Joe the owner of the Northeast was hired to simply compress a pair of coil springs to complete a strut assembly. This is normally an hour or 2 job. After a week, I went to the shop and saw my suspension on the floor nearly bent in half. He refuses to make the situation right and I am out a few hundred dollars because of him. Please please avoid this shop. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. The worst part about this was that he was rude about the situation!!!!!! Avoid this shop!!!

I bring my truck there whenever I need something I cant do myself done and he does a fantastic job and is reasonable on his prices, the mechanic and secretary are awesome, such nice ppl I would recommend them to anyone

Joe is very knowledgeable about everything Ive brought to him to repair, hes replaced the transmission in my car and fixed my wifes car. Definitely going to continue giving them my business. Would have been 5 stars but as busy as they are it takes a while to get your car or truck in to be fixed.
