Been going here for sometime buying diesel at $300 to fill my aux tank sometimes twice a day. Was turned down today. Very rude. It was a guy with a man bun and black shirt. The women are always polite to me. Had a co worker with me today and was disrespectful to him after I left. Never had this happen to me here before. All other am pms dont do this to me and I prefer am pm over other quick stops.

Needed to stop for food and emergency potty break, but the restrooms were closed due to COVID. Employees wouldnt even try to help my crying 4yr old who is newly potty trained. She cried even more asking why the mean people wouldnt let her use the bathroom. At least the employee recommended the In n Out 1 stop over.

Was just denied service at this store. My military ID is not good and neither is my Washington drivers License. I asked since I am not a California resident I must not be welcomed. Manager said that is right. I live and area and get snacks and gas frequently here. Its their NEW policy as I was told. How can you support such a business.

I have been working there for more than 5 years. It just went through some major changes like adding Diesel and the layout of the pumps. We re busier than ever and have the lowest prices around. This store is busy, well stocked and friendly... located on a very trafficked corner they do a brisk job yet have time for each customer.

Gas station. Free air. Good donuts. Free whipped cream. Ok customer service. Can have long lines during peak hours.

Ive gotten my gas and washed my cars at this gas station FOREVER. Not anymore. A week or so ago I got a deluxe car wash along with my gas. Aint gonna lie.. I wash my car there cuz its cheap. Waited until the guy in front of me was done, input my code.. NOTHING. There werent even lights in there telling me to drive ahead or wait. It just stopped. I tried the code a few times to no anak /avail. I had crumpled up my receipt and couldnt find it when I went to get a refund. I had paid for it NO MORE THAN 10 MINUTES BEFORE. Im pretty sure the girl I bought it from was still behind the counter (confession; I dont pay much attention to my life sometimes). I still knew the code m but they refused to refund me without the receipt. I was in a hurry so I left. Pissed. Looked in the car later when I had a minute and found the receipt. Carried it around for a week or so. Kept checking but the car wash was still out of commission. But my receipt said it was good until March, so I kept checking. Finally, the other day, I decided I was tired of waiting for them to fix it, so I went in with my receipt to get my $5.99 refunded. Cashier was attitudy from the gate. Said she would have to check the code to see if it had been used. IT HAD NOT. I had input it more than once in the day it was purchased. As I said, to no avail. Of course, she does whatever they do to check the number. And, OF COURSE, IT CAME UP INVALID. DECADES Ive been their customer. NOT ANYMORE. Ill go pay $0.10 more at circle k. They SUCK.
