My husband and I went in to change our cell service to Xfinity. We came in after our workday - close to 5:30 pm. I will give kudos to Kathy, as our sales rep. She provided excellent customer service, answered our questions, gave us her full attention. However, her co-workers interrupted her twice to tell her the time and that it was getting closer to 7 pm (the time when they close). I found this to be horribly rude to her and us, as the customers. I tried to speak with the manager concerning this situation the next day and was told that I was not allowed to speak with said manager and that the person greeting me was to handle all situations. If you cant handle customers then you are in the wrong business. Not sure how to rate this - 5 stars for Kathy - zero for co-workers and manager.

David was wonderful to t w o people that were extremely frustrated trying to set up their new X1 box modem. Were hoping once we get home, with his guidance, we will be all set. As far as your telephone assistance system. It stinks. your Comcast customers deserve a much better automated system than that. Hours trying to get to talk to an agent. Hung up on the system without being able to get in contact and pick up where was left off. Ridiculous. Its unfortunate we had to drive 30 miles to the store to get assistance. David was fantastic. For your customers that are not computer or technology savvy.. its stinks that we would have to pay to get the system installed by one of your service techs. For what you charge for your cable system, the technology service call should be included.

The price keeps going up and the features keep getting taken away. In addition they add channels that I would never watch, but they make us subsidize for those that want those channels, specifically Latino channels. About non responsive, I asked the question of their assistant, “can I get just the internet?” I repeatedly got, I need more info! That’s non responsive. They don’t get it and never will, TV is entertainment and not a necessity, especially for those of us on fixed incomes. They also tell you things like, Peacock is free. Again, I don’t need or want the feature. I am looking really hard for an alternative!!!

Service rep Steven took a lot of time and perserverance taking care of my problem with mobile service, making suggestions for new phones and helping with purchases. Very knowledgeable and considerate. Too bad Xfinity no longer allows him to transfer info from old phone to new one.

I went to the store in Williamsport, PA with a problem with my phone touchscreen not working. They wouldnt even look at my phone telling me that the digitizer needs replaced. What I wanted was a way to shut down my phone so I could first try a reboot. They could not tell me how to do that since they dont have technical support people. I left there very upset from their lack of help.I came home and Googled what my problem is and the directions are to press the volume down button and power button at the same time for 7-10 seconds. Now my phone works again. Thanks Google. As for xfinity workers, learn how to reboot before suggesting a costly repair for your customers. I cant believe they couldnt even tell me how to shut down. Even technical support over the phone couldnt tell me what to do except to send me to the store.

The customer service person we talked to was not knowledgeable at all. We had a question as to why we only have 2.4 internet and was told the last time we were there that it was being raised to 5.1 for the package we have currently. He doesnt even know what those numbers mean. He has to call another customer service person over because he didnt know how to change something on our plan. We are about to pull everything from Comcast and go to another provider. Service is horrible!

When you call you cant a rep on the phone it takes 20 minutes and half the time they are rude when you get one and they have no knowledge of internet information we were on the phone for 2 hours and a tech came out and hooked us up and that was it just hooked up internet and left didnt stay when they said they having trouble he just left and when they kept transferring us it would and up very disgusted with xfinity

You cant even talk to a human being. I was told there would Not be a price increase for my contract for two years. Less than a year later I get notified my bill is increasing. Cant even talk to anyone about my service. They are terrible. If there was less than a one star than they have earned it

The manager and staff have no knowledge of Xfinity processes after sale of phones. We were switching from Verizon and the experience was much worse than Verizon. We had to cancel our order because the staff and manager had no clue why Xfinity was holding up the shipping of the phones. We had to order them because they were not in stock in store. They loss the sale of 4 phones due to poor customer service.

I recently upgraded my iPhone and purchased an iwatch for my granddaughter. I was assisted by a trainee who was very helpful and professional in every way. I had every question that I had answered and every item of concern was addressed. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience on Christmas Eve.

I went in to pick up items I had ordered and the man who helped me was very kind. He ended up having to put in a new order for me and said it was going to be 10 minutes at the most. While I was waiting the manager walked over and mumbled something to him. Right when the manager walked away the man helping me said I need to take the next customer, would you mind sitting over there until I get you your things? I of course said I would because I didnt want to start trouble, but I felt discriminated against because I am a young adult and wasnt purchasing anything that day, and the waiting customers were middle aged adults who were upgrading their plan, and were doing so a significant amount from what I overheard. I didnt appreciate the manager telling the service rep I was with to move on to the other customers when there was another available rep who wasnt busy. I was waiting a few minutes when the rep I had noticed I was getting frustrated, went back and got my things. I didnt need to be pushed to the side when all that needed done was retrieving the items, scanning them, and giving them to me. This store deserves a single star only because the sales rep I had was very kind. The manager needs to be put in check because that was unprofessional and rude. I wont be doing business there again. If I hadnt gone in alone I doubt 100% I wouldve been treated that way. I never leave reviews because I always have a pleasant experience, but this experience left a mark.

Dave that works there is awesome. He always provides good service, is super kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He remembered helping me at a previous visit as soon as he saw me and got me right into the queue to resolve an issue that corporate had screwed up on. I have had good experiences here always, but Dave definitely stuck out the most. He is also super helpful and easy to talk to.

Taffy is an excellent source of information. She quickly found my current account, updated a cable box, showed me the Samsung cell phones xfinity has at special prices, as well as provided the cost per month should we move our cell lines to xfinity. After comparing xfinity costs to my current provider I will definitely return to speak with her!!!

Im already over Xfinity mobile. They never added unlimited data to my plan so my bill was sky high. Also, when i went to take care of the issue at the store i overheard a customer say that he was too old for some of the options the rep was telling him to do and the Rep replied and said Well, there are people older than you and they do it This man was well over 70. The reps comment was so rude and unnecessary.

Excellent customer service and product knowledge!! Recently switch to Xfinity mobile service from Verizon. I unfortunately had an issue with my phone within a day. I made a first visit to the store for assistance even though I did not purchase the phones or transfer service at the Williamsport store. Damien and Ryan went out of their way to assist me with my issue and addressing my concerns.

This store is a joke. My bill went up $40 a month and they said they are a retail store. They are not in the business of solving problems like this. Their standard answer, It is what it is. I called and got a very foreign gentleman and could not understand him. I am at my wits end.

I have been in store twice. I paid my bill using the payment machine both times and this is a very convenient and simple process.Also, i had to exchange a non working remote for a working one. Again was an easy, NO questions asked process. Was given a new, up to date remote...WITH BATTERIIES!THANKS FOR BEING THERE AND WILLING TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I stopped in to the local store to discuss my bill and go over account options. I worked with Shaun and he helped me understand my options and what I could do to save money. He talked to me about Xfinity Mobile and how much I could save by switching with them. I am saving over $200 a month by switching. We also talked about my current security with ADT and I decided to switch to Xfinity Home Security which will also save me money. Xfinitys Home Security looks like a much better product than what ADT currently offers me. I created this google account just to leave a review because I was so impressed with the store employee and how well he listened to me instead of trying to just sell me.If you are stopping down at the store make sure to ask for Shaun and give him your business. He will take great care of you!

Wait time...15minutes. Actually wait time 1 hr plus. Understandable people have appointments and they are prioritizing that. But when walk ins come in after you and the d bag on the Q screen skips 4 people who have been here longer than me...pathetic. Another thing Comcast cant do right. This company is the most shady internet provider Ive ever delt with!! We were supposed to be locked in at the same price for a year. Im so glad we dont auto pay or wed never know they jacked the price after a few months! We went in to have it corrected and they refuse to honor the one year locked in price contract!! Weve had sooo many issues with this company, they even made us return our old router to get their newer ones saying wed be receiving a brand new router box. Our old one was a refurbished box that worked great! We received the new one and it was older then our old one!!! It was used hard by the look of it, and didnt even work!! So we had to take it back ourselves and tell them they sent us a junk box and tried to pass it off as new!! This company is run by a bunch of lying money hungry corporate frauds.

I dont usually make a review unless I have had a notable experience (either good or bad). I recently made the switch from Verizon to Xfinity. After a couple years of being a verizon customer, I was paying $85 a month for 2 GB data and monthly payments on my cellphone. I asked to get my bill lower and Verizon stated there was nothing they could do. So I went from Verizon to Xfinity! As of right now a $20-40 cheaper bill depending on my data usage, a new phone, and took advantage of their prepaid Visa promotion ($200..ask about it before the end of 1/2019!). It was a no brainer!Michael Z., who was the employee that helped set me up with Xfinity mobile, was by far the one of the most pleasant people from a company I have ever spoken with. He helped me pick a new phone, transfer my information, set up everything and was super informative about any questions I had. I would like to give great emphasis to the fact that he was so kind to me. I was so pleased with his help that he is definitely my go-to employee and Ill be specifically requesting him for any visits or appointments I may have in the future. Thanks Mike for all your help. Youre the MVP! You rock! If you get wind of this, I hope you remember me. I got the Samsung s9+ in Lilac 😎.(Also of course to mention, I have not experienced any issues with Xfinity mobile. I am very happy with my connectivity, my access to hotspots, the price I am now paying for my cell phone services, etc.Yes, you may need to wait a little depending on the day or how busy it is...so I would recommend making an appointment if that is an issue. That is the only thing I noticed during a walk in...but when I made an appointment I waited 3-4 minutes or less!)

I would never recommend going into this store for their mobile services. If youve been with the mobile plan and go in to upgrade make sure you verify the card you want them to charge before they do it without your consent!! The new store is nice but how they have people waiting in queue always gets messed up. I waited 20 mins just to speak with a manager! The company has pulled me in a full circle with no resolution to help me (which is a very simple fix). The employees and managers worry more about how their books look rather than putting the customer first. We were rushed through the entire transaction! Every single person that asks me about their mobile plan will be advised to call the 1800 number. They actually follow policies.
