Very helpful when starting a new Smart phone and plan. Knowledgeable, friendly. Only draw back is paying the 3.00 extra when paying the bill in store. I patronize the one close to Rite Aide on Market and Little League.

Extremely rude personal, totally unprofessional. Metro PCS itself terrible carrier service anyway. But that kind of personal is unique. For them customer service is not necessary. For them number one priority is grabbing money from the customers.

The manager is awesome wont deal with anyone else.
