I was due a phone upgrade so decided to have a browse in T-Mobile. I was greeted by a lovely young lady called Kris who was so helpful with questions and information about the phone I wanted. She made my shopping experience a lot easier and sold the phone to me😊 I’m so happy with my purchase thanks to Kris

Worst customer service. 4 times I went for help w my phone seizing up. They were clueless. Went to ATT within minutes they got things straightened out. Signed up with them .the same plan. Saved 50 dollars a month. T mobile can go pound sand

T mobile is horrible. Can never get a bill right, cant call and speak to someone, these foreign people tell you to go to the store they can not look up your information. Cant call the store either they do not have a correct number listed. 1 month they charged me $153.97 for the $50 a month home internet. This place is a run around and not recommended

At first it seemed like they were doing their best to not ask me questions and get me an account and a phone on their way in a matter of minutes. Unfortunately with using just a drivers license to base my information off of, the fella that read the information used my middle name for my first name, misspelled my last name, didnt copy my email address correctly, and did not write my apartment number for my home address. Very frustrating experience and was told it would be 2 days to get a phone, after waiting a week later and dealing with customer service and very dismissive representatives from this store I had enough after I was told I had to wait 2 more days for it to return to the warehouse, and be shipped out. T-Mobile doesnt care about telling you the details or their polices, they care about taking your money as quick as possible without even trying to know who you are :) Good luck setting up and if others have had this same issue then please leave a review.

Julia really helped me and my family out a lot. She knows what she’s talking about and was very kind.
I decided to move my cell phone from Verizon to T Mobile, to save money. At Verizon I was paying about $65/month, but at T Mobile Im only paying $50. That deal is for 55 and older with auto pay. The hardest thing about changing was waiting 45 minutes for Verizon to answer the phone to give permission for the transfer.

I took my 90-year-old, mentally sharp aunt in to get a basic phone with larger numbers. The girl that waited on us did nothing to tell us about the phone functions, I had to keep asking questions which seem to be a nuisance to her. We left and went to Verizon where they could not have been more respectful and helpful . We purchased their phone and their service even though it cost more than T-Mobile .
I met with Bruce yesterday and I have to say, he was great, friendly and detailed. Also, very patient with my many questions. I didnt feel like just a phone number, but like they cared about having me as a customer...Thank you much 🙂
Only giving a 1 because it is the lowest. Would give negative 5 if was possible! Signed up for prepaid service and their system went down. Left the store and surprise they took $121.55 from my bank account. Called to get our service and they claim that they never processed a transaction. Gave us the run around bouncing between the store and customer care 3 days!!!! Now have to pay our bank to stop payment on their screw up. Will NEVER deal with this shady company ever again and have informed everyone I know of this insane situation. Buyer beware!!!

We were considering, before Verizon added unlimited data, switching to Tmobile. We have a huge plan - 7 lines. We had a lot of questions about switching to the Tmobile network. None of which the young girl at the cash register could answer. In her defense she tried to get the other young girl to answer our questions, but that girl was too busy talking to her friends on bluetooth about the new movie they were going to see that night. The girl would answer a question in one sentence to us, then her next sentence would be to her friend about the movie, through her bluetooth headset. Im used to checking in at Verizon, being greeted by a professional who actually listens to me and deals with whatever I need, so this was a shock, and there was NO way I would consider switching to Tmobile, even if it was drastically cheaper, if this was the service we could expect. Thankfully, Verizon offered unlimited data 2 days later.
