If i could give 0 stars I would. Bought a motor for a 02 dodge ram && when I didnt receive it 2 days after I was supposed to I called. Jamie said the motor had an issue and they were pulling a second motor to test and would send out on Friday I should receive it Monday. The shop thats installing the motor received it Monday and put it in but the engine had a rod knock. Take it back to AA and long story short Jamie said they didnt test it just sent it 2 me because the truck they pulled it from was in a wreck and now Im out of the 1300$ I paid to have it installed all they can do is give me a motor but they wont install it.Update, I received the new motor & that too had a knock. I returned it and got my money back, this place is a joke. I would give 0 stars if possible

It seems these people are only interested in helping out their cronies.Twice Ive tried them, thinking that maybe they were just having a bad day the 1st time BUT no, the 2nd trip they were even more rude, short, and disinterested.They make you feel small and insignificant.I guess they make enough money off their steady garage customers that we every day people mean nothing to them.When I told them I was looking for a conversion van ladder the nasty lady actually rolled her eyes at me and passed me off to an old guy who pretended to look up something real quick and without even looking said NO and turned away.I wouldnt recommend this place or yhese nasty people to ANYONE.

I just found out that they sell cars. The only reason I know it exists is because my friends truck was towed there and it was expensive to get it out. I used to work for a company that tows cars off the North South Freeway.... and they charged out the you know what !! If they have the same philosophy towards selling cars I be afraid to purchase one there !!

Would give them zero stars if I could. While no one could come out and admit it, there is no public restroom. Office personnel found it amusing that I needed to use a bathroom.

I called this place to try to get a used glove box for our Jetta...I was so lucky to find it at a good enough price to drive an hour away but as I reached the place my tire went flat I had a nail in it. 😩 To my surprise I went inside hoping one of these guys would put my spare on for me. So I wouldnt have to wait for AAA .. they didnt have too. But they did!!!. Woody and his worker just wish I had a tip to give them as I had no cash on me. All I know that when you help others it shows there character. And the place was closing so Im sure they wanted to go home. Thank you guys !!! And thank you for the great glove box!!

They are only getting two starts because of the price they were willing to give me for my car. When I first called and got the quote for how much I would get, everything was very nice and professional. The guy on the phone told me he would call me back once he found out the price, and he did in the same day. Then I had to wait 3-5 business days for the tow truck driver to call. They said hed call on Monday and when he didnt, Tuesday. And when he didnt again, Wednesday. He finally called Thursday and we set up the time for Monday morning at 10am. Well its Monday morning at almost 11am and I have not heard anything from the driver and the home office does not seem at all interested in helping me figure out what is going on. Very unprofessional and almost rude even! If you dont like your time wasted, I suggest you go elsewhere

I ordered a clock spring for a 2001 Jeep Cherokee over the phone. I realized the part they sent me is missing a tiny plastic clip. Without that, its useless. They say their parts are shipped as is which is understandable but I expect them to be in working condition. The part is commonly broken off when removing it from the original vehicle. On top of that, the 1st person I spoke with laughed and said I should have never been able to order a clock spring in the first place--clock springs have to be installed new. Regardless of the truth in that, a company rep told me they should not have sold the part. So now this $48 part goes in the trash.I tried to save a buck but going to pay twice that to ensure I buy from a reliable seller. DO NOT waste your time buying from this yard.

Will NEVER do business with them again!!! Bought a transmission 7/3 that was supposedly rebuilt the month prior and they said it was warrantied for 6 months. Installed the transmission and the truck wouldn’t even move!!! Called them immediately and they towed it to aamco in egg harbor whom handles AA’s transmission services.(aamco will be getting 5 stars btw) regardless to say aamco verified that there were no errors in my installation however AA refused to honor their warranty, made up every excuse instead of acknowledging that they sold me a bad transmission and I was forced to pay for the transmission to be repaired ($700) on top of the $800 I paid to AA when I bought it. Friction plates inside trans were bad, they clogged my transmission cooler and overheated the transmission causing even further damage. AA feels they did me the favor of not charging me to tow my vehicle. The money I wasted with them I could have bought a transmission from jasper brand new in the crate!!! Only benefit I will give them is for the man woody there who although I could be wrong, made me believe he was helping me as much as he could. He was polite and kept in touch. However I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS A COMPANY. SCAMMING AND DISHONEST. WARRANTIES MEAN NOTHING TO THEM.

I been looking for a Monza 350 transmission for months until I saw AA Auto Salvage. I called about a 1975 Monza transmission that I seen on there web site. They had it there so I went there and saw it in person. To my surprise it was taken out carefully and in great shape for a 42 year tranny. Plus it came with the torque converter and all old oil drained. I bought it at a fair price and will be great part for my Monza. Thank you to AA Auto Salvage for having an older vehicle and parts.

I called and spoke with Tim and inquire about a part and shipping price. After submitting form for shipping and credit card payment I called to make sure that they received it. I was told that they will send my part next day. I never revived my part or a call with explanation why my order can not be processed.
