All these stores could do a better job of training their employees, but they are hard workers, and go far and beyond!!

Not my go to place when I need a part this place is under staffed u can literally spend a good part of ur project & day while waiting to get attended to & then hope that they have what ur looking for along with it maybe the rite part & then another 10 minutes while he/she looks & then tries finding it & if ur lucky & now another 10 to 15 minutes go by I myself dont have that time to spend when Im looking to get my job done lol when we could b putting a cold 1 after a job well done that didnt take all day to

I called this morning not knowing at all what to do to change my oil. Dan was very nice over the phone and when I went in, Matthew not only checked my oil and assured me that it wasn’t oil I needed but also informed me what was needed, showed me what to look for and what to expect. He was very nice. Great experience.

I brought in the parts I was looking for, they were both pulleys for the drive belt for my KIA van. We were able to find the replacement for the tensioner pulley, but all the pulleys listed to replace the A/C idler pulley did not match the one from the van. In addition, the employee that was helping me also went through a lot of trouble to get the idler pulley off the bracket so we could see that the bolt is actually part of the pulley itself.A big thank you once again!!

A young man named Zach, with fabulous hair helped me. I never know what my husband is sending me in there for, but Zach was patient & graceful the whole encounter. He really was a great help! I’ll visit again when I’m in the area & my husband sends me on another auto parts goose chase.

Employee Daniel who works here has helped me numerous time solve mechanical issues with 2 of my vehicles. His advice has saved me money several times. I trust him as my go to parts and auto issues guru. He is always smiling and happy to help me. I trust him and only goto this location (williamstown) because Daniel is there! I live in glassboro but goto Williamstown because glassboto employees dont treat me as good there. I cant say enough how important it is to trust your parts guys knowledge! John from store 1672 was fantastic. He was so friendly and helpful to me when my car needed oil. He directed me on how to put the oil in the car with very simple instructions. I was in and out of there with oil in less than 10 minutes. Would recommend going there.

Fast service even with coronavirus blockade in place...

Stopped in today for a bulb...turn signal bulb, front. for my BMW 328i. The gentleman I spoke to said my car doesnt have one. As I clearly do have a front turn signal, I asked again and was told I must be mistaken, my car does not have a front turn signal. Five minutes later I bought one from Advanced Auto down the street. Really, a car not equipped with a turn signal?

Yesterday i needed a new motorcycle headlight socket. I stopped by the Williamstown Autozone to see if they could help me. Zach was the one who waited on me. I wasn`t even sure of what i needed. Im reapeatedly disappointed when ever I use auto zone. Employees typically know very little about the parts they sell and/or are very slow when getting parts.

The people were VERY nice. i went there because my car had a check engine light on.a man came out and hooked up the little computer to the car and then we walked inside. they told me it was because i put too much antifreeze in. so i was VERY happy they didnt try and force any products on me AND the man told me how to take care of the problem. awesome customer service!

John W at the service desk made my experience an extremely unpleasant one that I will not have again. Due to a mix up with my payment that was a very simple Issue to resolve I was given attitude and had to listen to the employee complain every step of the way about a very simple issue that I’m sure is encountered everyday. The customer service of John was so poor I felt the need to take the time to write a review. At the same time I did not give one star due to the professionalism of the manager on staff who swiftly entered the situation to solve the issue and apologize for the poor service given by his employee. The manager on staff is the only reason I would consider continuing business with this location.

I went in with an issue and talked to this Italian looking guy and got some good info from him and also a customer. I had to go back after a short time and ask for the worker but he had already left for the day. So I ask the woman working the register... she was very knowledgeable about my situation. I would go back there every time for now on

We had a long list for several vehicles of diferent makes anf they had most of the parts on hand, what they didnt they ordered and would be there by saturday noon.Has parking and is visible from roads.

Always awful customer service, does not matter if the store is empty or busy you will wait. You could be the only customer in the store and there is no employees to be found. I frequent this store because its convenient and close, the service has always been awful.

Standing in line watched someone come in cut in front of me associate ring him up than looked past me to ask th gentleman standing next to me what he needed horrible service Ive been coming here for over a decade time for a new supplier.

Knowledgeable staff and fair prices

Always awful and rude. Today I called a woman started helping me and in the middle of our 2 minute phone call for one part she stopped and said Im off the clock now some else can help you and hung up. I called back and someone else answered said how can I help you I told them what kind of vehicle I had and what part I needed, then they said well Ive got to finish with these other customers before I can try to help you then put me on hold. Im typing this while sitting on hold right now for over 15 minutes after two attempts to call for a part.

Asking for help is like asking for an arm or leg, asked an employee to put a light bulb in my vehicle, he walked outside, looked at it and said he couldnt do it, the headligh housing needed to come out, I work on vehicles was just being a bit lazy that day so I knew it didnt have to come out, he went back in and I changed it myself in less than 5 min, precise all his effort
