Brianna was very easy to work with- all in all a great car buying experience!
Called to get a quote on a block heater install for a 2016 Honda Civic. Was told it would be $280+$87 for parts and labor. Scheduled an appointment for 8/5/2019. On 8/3/2019 received a call stating they had some vehicles that were going to take longer than expected and asked if I could reschedule. Rescheduled for 8/26/2019. The morning of this appointment received another call stating the mechanic that was going to work on my car had called in and they could not get it in that day. Rescheduled again for 9/3/2019. Took the car in, got to the service counter and my appointment was not in their system. They were able to work the car in. After 5 hours, received a call saying the block heater install was done. Went to pick up the car, got to the service counter, and the bill came to $548!!! Almost $200 more than quoted to me at the beginning of August. The last time I had a block heater installed was for a 2001 Honda Accord. The total was $255 for parts and labor at Don Bissette in Minot. Learned my lesson!! Will definitely never go to Ryan Motors for any other service need in the future!!
They are the definition of sleezy car salesmen. I would never recommend this place to anyone. So heres my story:I schedule a test drive for a vehicle Im interested in. I contact them on the day of and Im told to come down. I leave work in the middle of the day (so this trip costed me money out of my pay) to come down for the test drive. At this point, my point of contact throughout this (Aaron Logan), tells me the car is two hours away in Minot. He then tells me he didnt know this was the case, as if I was born yesterday. He asks me to have a seat so we can go over some things and starts pitching another vehicle. The vehicle he is pitching me literally costs twice as much. I explain this isnt what I was looking for and was about to leave. He then asks me to wait for a second so he can get his manager. The manager comes over and essentially tells me about how they vehicle they are recommending is far superior and essentially trash the vehicle I was looking to purchase (Carfax 1 owner, no accidents of any kind and excellent used car ratings across the board). He then has the audacity to ask me to wait around for 45 minutes to see if the vehicle is even available at the other location because the person he would be trying to reach is in a meeting. So I guess no other employee at the dealership has the capability to check the status of a vehicle on their lot?The whole ordeal was a complete waste of time. One star is being generous here.
Just watch a YouTube videos and fix your car yourself. It’ll be way better than going to their service.
I did not feel any pressure to buy and the sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their product.
Took my honda pilot in for service, today. My bill was more than I was quoted. The quote seemed low and I should have done my due diligence and double check when I dropped off the car. We did have a strong disagreement over the bill. I can say that they were professional and reasonable in their response to my complaint. Im satisfied with the conclusion of our business transaction and I plan to use Ryan Honda again in the future. I must also add, Im glad they are not like many other businesses in the area. Many are so busy that they dont care about customer service, because they got a line of people waiting. Ryan Honda took the time to come to a resolution. Thank you
Continually goes out of their way to give me the best service possible. Outstanding place to have oil or tires worked on. Friendly staff.
My dad Scott Asay and Everybody there is very helpful I love going there they got all the cool cars
RIpp off and needs love. Needs a womens touch.
Not really a dealership. Kind of not like the dealership in minot who let me test drive the car and replaced my new crv steering wheel without a question when sticky stuff pealed it from an envelope. They deserve your business minot. Williston seems to have a dealership selling log homes but we want modern cars not sold from barns. I told manager again and again to redecorate and use me but nope they old and stubborn so bring your business to minot. Their the customers are first. Not managers thoughts.
Charge $290 for diagnostic alone not even fix timing belt or engine pulley which the estimate to be $2900 rip off people
Service department is helpful and friendly
Takes over a month to get your vehicle booked in for repairs of any kind not what they used to be, they either need a larger shop or more staff or both the only reason I came here was for a warranty recall
Nice staff
Too slow service, but they doing great service
Need to stop changing your appointments
Good service
Disappointed with length of time
