Last time I shopped here, I thought I was getting a hell of a bargain by buying a good amount of discount food. Turns out, the food I bought from them had all been expired by a few months and about all of them had to be thrown away. It mightve been $10 worth but its still a waste. The staff needs to really be looking at foods for expiration dates.Otherwise, an okay store.

I love to stop by and stock up on their random products at steep discounts. Shoe sizes are hit or miss, but excellent brands, often at more than 50% off retail prices.

The staff is super helpful and accommodating, they really go above and beyond to help people! The guy in the furniture department is excellent, they have great deals on furniture.

You just never know what you may find! New items arrive all the time! This should be your first stop if youre looking for furniture, light fixtures, bathtubs, and more! They have a great selection of clothing and shoes for the entire family. Sporting goods like a kayak, catchers equipment, punching bag, and baseball socks. Theres kids toys, law and garden goods, and automotive supply. If you like it, but it! Theres no guarantee that it will be there the next time!

Pudding that I bought from there I TRIED to make one night. Using both boxes I also had to use 6 cups of milk. When I tried everything to get it to thicken and it wouldnt, I looked at the expiration date, and it had expired 2 years prior!!!!! I now know too look, and I 👎now want YOU TO LOOK!!!!

Not the best discount store out there as theres not tons of things there, but the prices are pretty good and sometimes you can find a really good deal.

It used to be an excellent resource for clothes, food and furniture but the prices have gone from liquidation to full price while maintaining less selection of what I want.

I mean its a discount store. You may find something great for a deal or you may spend an hour and find nothing.

Amazing deals. Good quality clothing at a fraction of the cost. Honestly didnt look at the food too much for appliances were also greatly reduced and staff were friendly!

Love this store! You need to stop in frequently...some days you may find only a few small items to purchase, another day a real treasure.Bill and staff are so friendly and helpful to all, they are like family.I always enjoy shopping here.

This place is a hidden Gem! Every time we visit our relatives in Vermont, it is always a must stop on our travels. If you are looking for furniture especially, ask for Bill! He is super friendly and knowledgeable. My one daughter calls him Uncle Bill. :) Dont change a thing! See you soon!

I used to love to stop into this store when in the area. Not so much after my last couple of visits. Prices on most items are not all that discounted. Store wasnt all that clean either. Think it was bought out and things changed along with the name. Used to be Mr. G now Vermont discount store. Wont go again.

One of our favorite places, Mr Gs.Lots of food,clothing, furniture. They have it all only everything is discounted. The store is neat and clean. Its pick and choose to your taste etc.tight.budget give them a try.

Be very careful! The highest store manager, Bill, was working in the furniture department, the more slender one, roughly in his 50s, white, with glasses about 6 tall, 185lbs, wearing glasses attempted to assult my four year old in the furniture section today. He was shoving furniture around and near chased us out of the furniture section. Pushing a heavy flat furniture box right at my childs feet nearly kocking her down and right behind my back.I turned around to see her pinned up against large standing piece of furniture. The manager never apologized. He just glared wide-eyed and said I was watching. I have kids of my own!I will NOT be going there again. And I dont suggest going there with children. It is not a safe place and does not uphold community integrity.

Very good prices on perfectly good items from food, otc medications, clothes, appliances, and furniture. They get some pretty great stuff but it goes quick so its best to stop by frequently. My understanding of their items are they are floor models, returned slightly damaged, new, past expiration, etc.

Great place to get discount groceries and household goods. If youre not afraid if dented boxes this place is a gold mine, easy 50%+ savings on grocery store prices with a really good rotating selection of organic and gluten-free goods. Not a super glamorous store, but that would defeat the point of a discount store :)

Great deals! sometimes I question the price of some items being a little too much in the furniture dept. bc you can find similar online but its still really worth checking out you never know what you can find.! I tell everyone at my workplace to go there bc I shop there very often

They have an amazing selection of foods that are barely expired and perfectly good. Some decent footwear and clothing. Some good looking furniture and appliances and even some decent electronic stuff.There stock is not always the same so checking back in everyone once in a while is a good idea.They do also have some really old stuff particularly in the electronics section so make sure your things are compatible.And of course its all super inexpensive. Definitely worth checking out if youre looking for stuff on a budget.

Some amazing discounts for frugal people. But pricing often inconsistent and sometimes items not cheaper than nearby stores. Items may be past best buy date.- - be aware. The store always smells funny although store floor itself seems clean enough.

Always a little fun to walk around and see whats here. Get some of the returns from other stores. Pricing can be inconsistent to great. Always check expiration dates to make sure you are comfortable with it. Weve found brand new pants for $7 here! And where else can you find matzo meal for 25c

Great deals. If you are shopping for discounts then stop here. They have rugs, furniture, food, clothes, plus plenty of misc items. Dont expect to walk into a glamorous store, that isnt what you should expect to find with discounted shops. Expect to walk into a warehouse set up with discounted items. Staff is friendly. I have purchased two couches here in two different trips so far and I will definitely be returning for other items going forward.

(Mostly) great discounts on the things you use or need. Theyve expanded their natural and organic section, for me thats a big plus.If you know prices, youll spot the bargains, because not everything is a deal.I can get non-expired items for less at other stores in some cases.But if you are a conscientious shopper, youll know!

Tons of discounted random food, clothing and small appliances. Its like going down a bargain rabbit hole.

Experience was alright overall. Some things were more expensive than if you just bought it from Walmart or wherever it was originally. Some things were a decent deal. Its really hit or miss. The staff look miserable and arent very friendly or helpful.

I used to love this place so much for thier fair pricing but lately theyve been a bit pricey but I have noticed that they will bargain with some of thier items ;)

For what it is, its a great store. Their second hand groceries, and households supplies have amazing prices and are well organized. The furniture isnt a bargain. Would be nice if they spruced up the interior - its just a ware house inside.

Prices are high for slightly damaged or items that were returned to the original retailer. If Im going to buy a skirt for $16.99 Id rather get in a retail store where theres fitting rooms, and bigger selection.Some products are reasonably priced for what they are, others are less than 20% off.Just went again to see what I could find. A small bag of dog treats which is a dollar ir less at Wal-Mart., Dollar Tree, Family Dollar and Dollar General is marked $1.98.Although theres an out of date section with slashed prices, check you items!!!! Most everything in the store is within 6 months past the date the lady told me. So my purchase was o month farther from the expiration date of 2018, and they raised the price $0.50 per unit sold!!!!! Since when do you up the price on expired food?????Guess they keep changing names to fool us.....You dont keep changing a business name because your doing so well you want to confuse customers lol.

I shop at williston liquidation all the time today I asked bill the manager about a price on an Apple Watch and he told me cause I was a frequent customer he would knock $100 off then when this kid that works there said no way that’s all it took. I don’t see how when we already had a deal they could go back on the deal????
