They always have everything I need. If they dont have it in stock I can order it and have it delivered to the store. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Definitely better than the big box stores.

Did not find what we wanted but clean and organized. Friendly assistant.

Ordered 6 yards of mulch and was happy with the product. Called back 3 weeks later (today) for 5 yards of top soil to be delivered and was told they no longer deliver top soil. That’s like going to the tire shop and they only install bike tires. How do you run out of soil? Let me guess, blame Covid? Unfortunately it’s time to find a new source after 30+ years of buying from Agway.

The Customer Service here is excellent! I rented a u-haul and the pick up was quick and easy. The atmosphere is very positive and Im sorry I dont live locally or this would be a definite stop for me to shop.

Always a great place but surprised that clerks and helpers were not wearing masks or gloves. Seemed like most customers (including me) were. Tried to call order in for curbside pickup but went to voicemail and no return call.

I always love to come here to get my seeds and other garden and yard care supplies. They seem to have an exceptional selection of just about anything that you might want for your garden and yard. I also noticed that they have a lot of pet supplies and items for various livestock. Friendly and courteous staff are also a plus here.

I go here to get my propane tank filled up for my grill. Its close by and cheaper than trading it for another (I own mine). I have also rented a Uhaul truck from them and they usually had the size I needed.

Maybe not, but they got it Right Now, and can suggest that you replace the gasket too, or a quick disconnected arrangement that you might not have realized was AWESOME, etc...

I get my birdseed here. They have a great selection and they have a sale every fall which seems to be the best price in the area.

I was hoping to make these folks my new wood pellet dealer but they are always out and now Im informed they have stopped ordering for the season. Oh well so much for buying local.

A good verity of garden supplies !

Rented a U-Haul truck here and dealt with the owner upon rental pick-up. Had the rental until 3pm the following day. I rented the truck, brought it back early and had a rental for duniture pads as well. I drove the truck all the way back and forgot to put two of the furniture pads inside and left them at my house which was 30 minutes away. I decided I would call the following day to let them know and had a woman answer the phone who said the truck was already checked in and I was charged for the pads. I explained the situation and told her that I do have the rental until 3pm and understood I brought it back early and should have the ability to return the rented pads with no cost as long as they got returned by the end of the rental period. I brought the furniture pads back to the store and dealt with the Agway owner again who acted as if he didnt remember who I was yet quoted a comment and questioned a comment I said the previous day which obviously shows he remembered me. He said he couldnt do the return and Id have to call the district manager. He had full capability to process a return after talking with uhaul customer service as well as the rental truck we picked up had a wiper that was missing. Didnt realize this until driving down the snow covered road and went to use the wipers from road spray coming from traffic ahead and the wiper failed to work and caused us to experience dangerous driving conditions.The previous rental we had from the same Agway within a week apart had the furniture pads lock out tag broken and to avoid a charge I had to go into the store to inform them that they didnt check the truck in properly otherwise I would have incurred a charge for the opened furniture pads option which didnt have a break away tag.What could have been done differently---Trucks could be checked in properly and the owner could be better with customer service.-- The owner instead so arguing with me in the store about correct business practices could have simply issued the refund of $10 and listened rather than trying to speak over me.- The owner could have went ahead and took care of (me) the customer....and the fact he wouldnt take care of a $10 furniture pad return makes me question larger purchases that I would make in his store.- I would advise potential rental customers and store customers to be cautious when dealing with the owner who is a liar and acts like he has no idea what your talking about. He could have simply called me prior to processing the uhaul check in to verify everything but decided not to. I will not be bringing any business back to this store and will advise the hundreds of people I come in contact with everyday at my job not to as well.

Nothing special, chain. I really cannot imagine shopping for anything in there. the supplies are sparse and you often walk away empty handed.

Poor customer service, atrocious checkout desk, and incompetent employees. Employees have poor attitudes and mock customers after they leave. Checkout clerks are oblivious to their customers. The storefront is filthy; equvilant to a dirty mechanics garage. Guys Farm and Yard is down the street, as well as Home Depot.
