Good in-store experience with a decent amount of supplies.Tried to place a large order for a construction company and spoke with Jason and John, both of whom were unhelpful and unclear in instructions on how to move forward. Jason told me to send my employee in to get materials, and once he arrived, we were informed by John that he would not be able to move forward with his purchase until the manager returned in an hour and a half. Pretty disappointed with the processes and helpfulness of the staff, and I felt it appropriate to share with the management team.

Very poor customer service at the desks with extremely poor attitudes. The guys in the back are pretty helpful but they are only a portion of the overall experience. The few times I have tried doing business in here, it has been worse than pulling teeth. Seems they have zero knowledge of the products they sell and do not make any effort in that department. Ultimately, I am not a fan of poor feedback, however, the final straw has been pulled and until management decides to address some issues up front, we won’t be doing business in here again.

Depending on the which salesman you get the service at Williston home and lumber is usually really good tell them what you are trying to do or what you are looking for and the staff there can solve just about any problem you have when it comes to home repairs.

Very Good,. They always get me in and out. Very quick. Go to the counter ask them want you want and you will be in and out in 5 min for small stuff. And 30 min for special orders, and they will deliver!
