Friendly, Helpful, Knowledgeable. Great quality products to fit most any budget. This was my first visit to the store, I had no idea but they have so much more than paint and related products. I will definitely be shopping here more.

Store manager Torey is awesome. Very knowledgeable of paints and what the store carries. Always very helpful. The downfall is, she always seems to be by herself without any help. Upper management should look into adding more employees maybe from the other store to help with the work loads as there is always a line and one employee.

Make sure to confirm your total at pickup if you order ahead online. I placed an online order, had my husband pick it up. All seemed fine, the gal even called to confirm my order and fixed a mistake I made. I accidently ordered flat instead of satin. Come to find out I was actually charged about $80 more than my online order actually came to. Instead of $157 I was charged $237! I thought maybe I made a mistake, so went back into my account to confirm and I did not. Then did a double check of adding everything I got back to cart and came out to same total even with her fixing my flat to satin mistake. I left a message for manager to call me back but no one has called as of yet. (Edit: the store is now working with me to make it right. I appreciate it. I do have to wait until I am able to make it back to the store since I live out of town for a refund for overcharged amount but at least it is progress I guess.)

Better communication. And coupons at the store. I never got an email with the 40% off coupon.

Kellan went above and beyond helping me out with matching colors and mixing up a color needed right before closing. We pulled in at 7:02, he had the paint ready and waiting and extremely nice about the whole ordeal.
