No one was hesitant to help me or their teammates, the woman that helped me was astronomically nice, and I like how they treat customers like their buddies.

I recently worked with Trevor and Tyler at the Willmar, MN location and had great service. Trevor was very helpful with deciding what new phone was best for what I need. Thank you for the excellent service!

The help was friendly when they got to me they seemed to short on help that day . Other wise was good to help me with my problem. Just had a long wait .

Spent an hour plus and they finally figured out that my phone was not compatible with Verizon service even though it was a Verizon owned company that it was from. And the $50 Verizon phone card that I purchased wouldnt be any good unless I paid $200 for one of their phones. And of course the card is non refundable. What a wasted of time that was. The female agent was nice so she gets the star that I gave.

The customer service at Verizon is absolutely abysmal....

I really like Verizon, so I am giving three stars instead of the 1 star this store deserves. Terribly managed. It used to be better when Mitch was there. But now it is inefficient and joking around with other employees while a line of customers wait. But dont worry folks, there are lots of good Verizon stores out there.

I did not get his name but I wish I had. This young man helped me so much setting a new phone and w/o his help I would still be sitting in my car. Too narrow this young man the last thing said was the only way I will believe that covid -19 is real is if I get it. May thé manger can give him a raise Thank You buddy. Was shopping with a friend who in spending money took a lot of time to understand technology and what would best meet his needs appreciated when trying to get it to work in vehicle assisted so it worked.. thanksMy frustration as a verizon customer and listening and assisting for his needs when I decided to purchase what would suit my needs sale went under his name not mine. I am a independent single female who felt discounted as a customer and not crediting my rewards.

Recently remodeled. Looks lovely, wonderful service.

Wait time was a little long. But people were friendly. High pressure sales of add on products. Had to get rude to get away from sales person. When I had problems with phone a couple months after purchase. Verizon support people told me to go to the store and they would help with the replacement phone. When I arrive they (2 employees) both refused to help and sent me on my way. Guess I know where not to go next time.

Excellent place to go for a cellphone. I got a new smartphone today and love the people who work there. Very helpful and very pleasant to work with.

This is a busy place! However, they talk to you about what you are looking for or need, get your name on the rosterWait time can be about 15 min. And they are a hard working crew and knowledgeable about their products. It is worth the wait. The goal is to give you, the customer, time to look at all the new products. For me that is ok but because of leg issues i cant stand long on cement floors. There arent alot of places to sit here. But the service is great and the staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant to work with.

The salesman I met with, was perfect. I felt like I got exactly what I wanted, and I was never pressured. I highly recommend this store.

I had them switch numbers between two of my devices. Fast, courteous, and free help.

They were slow and took their time getting to us, told was going to be a bit of a wait but no more then 40 mins ended up walking out after and hour and 20 mins of waiting while the workers where trying to take selfies instead of helping more customers.. 😡 and then didnt get a text until 30 mins after leaving the store saying it was our turn.. Will not be going back to the willmar mn Verizon unless its absoulty necessary, my money will go to a different Verizon store.

Wait time 15mins, Traveling we stopped to get an idea of a price on a new phone, ended up getting a phone, then once committed to the new phone the sales game started. a phone case for $60 nope got it off Ebay for $10 $50 for a glass screen cover nope came with the phone case on Ebay. new charger cord for $20 nope $2 on Ebay. Nice try up sellers. Always remember you can say no and buy it on Ebay or amazon.

Friendly people, generally short wait times, but they never placed an order for my replacement phone like they said they were going to and ended up on the phone for over 30 minutes getting it straightened out.
