Needed to make several changes to my plan/lines today. Jacob was so helpful, and friendly and understanding with his service. He figured out all my options and then made suggestions based on what would save me the most money. The reason for needing to make changes was complicated and unexpected, and Jacob was sympathetic and thorough in figuring it out for me. So happy he was working today!

So Aaron was amazingly patient with me (I did not have my passwords or other things ready when I went in- my bad). Cheery and fun, we joked. Sean was just as great as he was last yr when I needed help too. You seem to have a very good crew at this place. Thank you.

This store had excellent service and were very skilled in their job. Kaylee did a great job at transferring everything over even when most of the screen wasnt working.

Debbie was very pleasant and helpful during our visit. She explained the problem with my old phone and explained why trying to fix it would not be practical. We looked at a variety of products, she explained their features and let me choose what I wanted. No pressure. The set up went well. I was very pleased with the friendliness of Debbie as well as the other customer service reps. Good job.

Good Service And deals great for new phone purchases!

I loved the service I received today! I had to go in multiple times and Ty was patient and understanding! I’m there was a few complications with account numbers from our old company but Ty figured it all out and was super easy to talk to! Note to the marketing department: He loves Reese’s Pieces could you give him some of those instead of Jolly Ranchers? 😊Jacob was also very helpful! I brought in a phone to trade it in but I had passed the deadline so he helped me trade it in for a a screen protector.

We were helped by Shawn. We had called ahead to find out availability of phone and asked him to hold onto it as we were driving an hour to get there. He was very professional and even had the phone out and charging before we got there making the process of activating the phone quick and easy. Highly recommend to others.

Had some technical issues but he kept going until it was finalized. He looked for all the savings he could find for me. I’m very happy with the customer service I received.

Always get done what I need to get done hah. Fast to answer, and generally good natured. If they cant fix it, theyll find a way another way. Just be careful of pulling your phone out around them. They love to offer out the spectrum mobile plan 😂

My screen cover was very cracked and the last drop led me straight to my Verizon store. I was pleasantly greeted by an associate who immediately started working on my cracked screen cover. He told me he could take care of it and it would be like new! While he cleaned my screen and applied the he assured me that my phone would be like new. However, he ended up removing that screen cover because of something with which he wasn’t completely satisfied. He removed that cover and placed . attention to detail was excellent ... my phone was returned to me just like new!! It was perfect! The whole experience was great! Kudos to Verizon and one of your excellent employees!Thank you for the opportunity to give back!!

What a great help Jake and Liz were. They went the extra mile to explain the difference in what we wanted to do. And what would be more cost effective!
