The starbucks near my house is closed for remodel so I thought to drive an extra 10 minutes to get my coffee. Wish I didn’t. Asked for no ice, got ice. No flavoring… tasted so bold just to see there was coffee grounds all on the bottom. Thanks Starbucks!

This was my local starbucks when I lived in Eastlake. I miss it now that I am in Madison. They were always great never got an order wrong and always gave me ideas of different drinks to try.

Arrived at 759m and employee blocked us while we were waiting behind another vehicle stating they were closed. Excellent customer service fail!

Its one of the larger Starbuck Ive seen. I like having more space. Its much more welcoming that way. 😊

I am not a coffee drinker, but I desperately needed something to help wake me up. The drive through lady suggested an amazing mocha and I also got a chocolate bread thingy (still on 0 hours of sleep as a I write this. Would definitely recommend to my friends who drink coffee.

We went through the drive through and ordered a couple of drinks, a mocha cookie frappacino and a Tango Passion iced tea.. The order ended up being incorrect. The drive through send to move fairly slow too. Highly recommend ordering through the app instead of at the window. EThe barista we interacted with was very friendly though.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this location. At a previous location, a very helpful employee explained to me how to order my drink because I was paying more for ingredients I wasn’t getting. I ordered that way at this Starbucks and the employee changed it to the previous order so that it was more expensive. Not only that; but when we brought it up to her kindly, she said “they are not supposed to tell you that” and turned to another employee whispering about us right in front of us and rolled her eyes. This was very disappointing as every starbucks I have gone to the employees have been more than kind. Although, I finally got to meet a Karen who was actually named Karen.

Staff is not only extremely nice to customers, but they also seem to treat each other well, and maintain a happy, positive attitude, which can really be hard to find these days. The dining area is very large with lots of quiet, outlet-friendly seating and they staff keeps it clean and inviting. I have spent a LOT of time inside this establishment the past few months (doing school work) and this is consistently the kind of positive stuff I am witnessing. Keep it up, and thank you!

This is my favorite Starbucks location!Claire goes above and beyond every. single. time.I wish I could remember everyone’s name! Angel, Dynasty, Fran, Paige. You all make me feel extremely welcomed and that you really are happy to see me. My coffee is always right, I never have to wait long. The few times I have ordered food it was awesome. So yum. Everyone who works here is super friendly! And I love how there isn’t ever a huge line like many other Starbucks in the area! My only reason for not giving five stars is that I often receive my cold brew sweetened. I worked at Starbucks for two years as a certified barista trainer and a shift supervisor. It seems they need to coach some of their baristas on the accuracy of menu items. Iced teas and iced coffee come automatically sweetened unless specified, but cold brews do not. Other than that, keep up the great work. I’ll just specify unsweetened to avoid this issue in the future.

This is the best Starbucks location I’ve been to hands down. Ive been through the drive thru close to 500 times and not once have I had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and some of them have even noticed me as a regular and ask me questions about my day, Jeep and weekend plans. They make me feel like a part of family and that is something you can’t compete with!

It’s a good place and all, but I’m lactose intolerant so I ordered my drink with coconut milk (which doesn’t have lactose in it) and I had a reaction not so long after having my drink and I had nothing else before that could of caused a reaction. Also I went there with some friends and they messed up my one friends order then they gave my lactose intolerant friend whip cream and most likely regular milk even though she told them soy milk with no whip cream. I mean it’s a good place but what if we had been allergic to dairy or something else that we asked not to be put in. How can we be sure that we won’t have reactions? I will continue going there but next time I’m taking my medicine before hand.

My experience at this Starbucks has been mediocre compared to other Starbucks locations. It is close to where I live and frequent, so its convenient--sort of. My biggest complaint with this location is customer service. Three times now Ive placed confirmed mobile orders and failed to get my drink. I recognize when they are busy, so I try to place my mobile orders in advance to avoid standing in line. Not at this place. it seems to be a disaster for me, so Ive avoided it and if I crave a coffee that badly, Ill just wait until I get to work.That issue aside, each time theyve missed my order, I get a hurried, but polite apology and they make my drink. Still, its a huge annoyance for me.Parking is a big negative there, so pay attention to Googles busy times charts. In the morning, if I grab a coffee before work and before the Huntington bank next door opens, parking isnt an issue.

One of the best on Euclid/20 in Willoughby near Giant Eagle, Red Robin and across from the police department. Large, comfortable and outside seating too, overall calm and quiet atmosphere; actually has 2 restrooms ladies was very clean.Enjoy this SB

Always out of the good stuff. Always! Holiday beverages forget about it they never have them always out. For a $4-$5 cup of liquid everything should be perfect every time. You pay for a coffee and they’re out of a product that goes with your coffee and you still pay full price for that item. Good move on the new location.

This store needs to teach who ever does the ordering to look at everything before placing an order. Everytime I come there they are always out of apple juice so I have to end up going to the Mentor store which is out of the way. Please just ask for help if you dont know how to do it correctly.

Willoughby commons Starbucks is the best Starbucks I have ever been to! I have a very annoyingly difficult drink I order and they get it right every single time! The staff is so courteous and will do anything to make your order correct if something is wrong.

Very friendly helpful staff. Spacious clean and a great layout. It didnt seem very wheelchair friendly on the side I entered so call ahead if that is an issue.

This used to be a top notch Starbucks. The place is always busy and there is usually a wait to get your coffee.Edit: Baristas need more training. They dont use blonde espresso even when told to do so.

There was one associate making the drinks for the inside and drive thru, other employees were complaining about there breaks, a patron lifted up her leg and put it on the counter where people pick up their drinks and food to stretch I assume, like she was in a gym . My order was wrong my Frappuccinos were full of shaved ice, I allowed my self to be charged 11 dollars for two coffees, my family asked me to go to McDonald’s instead where the ice coffees are a dollar and a half, next time I will . Driving away I knew it was unlikely that I would ever allow my self to get ripped off at Starbucks again .
