Close, clean, easy to access facility. Will definitely provide what I am looking for.

I have been using SecurCare Self Storage in Willoughby Ohio for 5 years. Tom has done a great job managing the units. The storage units are very clean and the outside property is always in great shape - hIs summer flower beds are outstanding! I highly recommend this place for short term or long term storage needs. Tom has always been helpful whenever I have needed to downsize to a smaller unit or if I have had any questions ... he is the best!

This is the second time we have needed a storage locker in a year, and we definitely went straight back to Securcare. The facility is very clean and Tom walks through each building and inspects them on a regular basis. We have never had any concern about our belongings being safe and secure. Tom cares about our individual needs and remembered who we were from the previous rental. He makes you feel like you are his only customer.

I was referred to come here and I’m so glad I did! Tom was so nice and helpful! Also during this very hard time we are going through, he was very professional about keeping the 6ft distance and sanitizing everything for me! I highly recommend going here!

Ive rented a few spaces over the years, and I can honestly say this space has been by far my favorite. The convenience is great, and the facility is always clean.The best part, the owner/manager is a true gem. Ive had such a pleasure working with him during my stay, and cannot recommend him enough.

What a great experience . Tom and Jeff were both very friendly. The property is very clean and well kept. Even the storage spaces were very clean. There is great security and the process for obtaining a unit was very easy.Tom explained everything that I could expect and the contract was all online and didnt have to worry about a ton of paper. I currently have public storage which really sucked and very unprofessional . These guys were nice as well as professional. I highly recommend !

Tom is by far the most conversational and easy going manager I have dealt with in a long time at this company. I have been using various storage businesses in the past and NONE compares to here. Whenever I go there it is absolutely clean, functional, and secure. The lighting is very bright in the hallways, the elevator works flawless. I mange a bank and would love to have employees with his overall character and demeanor. He is a true asset to Extra Space Storage. Anyone looking for a long term or short term solution for storage needs,; this company and especially this location is a must go to. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Great Job Tom.

There are so many choices out there for storage that great service is one of the few ways these companies can stand out. As a two year customer at this facility, I can honestly say that Tom and the rest of the staff are the best. Responsive, approachable, professional, and available are just a few of the words I would use to describe my interactions with them.I have nothing but great things to say about the team and the facility. I have rented here over the years and I was hoping Tom was still there as he provided me quality and attentive service. Sure enough, after the new owners, Extra Space Storage, bought the place, they kept a wonderful professional in Tom, business manager.The only reason I returned is because of Toms wonderful reputation, knowledge and caring attitude of customers. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs! We rented 2 storage units at reasonable prices. Tom, the site manager, was friendly, helpful, and patient through the entire rental process from start to finish. He always answered my questions and he explained everything to me. Moving was stressful enough, but my experience working with Tom made it much easier. Additionally, I always felt that my belongings were safe with the coded gate, security cameras, and knowing that Tom walked the site regularly to check on everything. We will certainly recommend to our friends who have storage needs. THANK YOU!!

Very good storage spaces for decent prices. The customer service is amazing and the hours are super convenient. Only down fall is they should take the sign down on building B that offers FIRST MONTHS RENT FREE, its false advertising I had two units at this location and neither came with first months rent free!

Very nice & customer service oriented people. My only issue was the sign that led you to believe the first month was free, which it wasnt & my original reservation wasnt set up that way after I was told nobody could rent my space, & it was rented out. They got me the next available though, which I appreciated. I definitely recommend this location. Not many businesses are about customer service anymore, but these guys are! Bravo!

Second time Ive used this place for storage. They are great, fast rental process, great service as they offer the best and most realistic advice for my needs (storage size/insurance). I swear, someone is always on site and the place is spotless clean! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Tom professionally takes you through the facility to find the unit that bests serves your needs as well as the paper work and payment arrangements. The facility is well monitored, and clean! My wife and I felt at ease, thanks to Tom!

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I have been renting a unit for a few months here. And every single experience has been very pleasant. Everything is very clean and always well lit at night. Prices are the best around! And everytime I go to make payments or have any questions Tom is always more than helpful and polite. I actually have had a very very trying few wks and today was extremely stressful. I went into the office to pay rent late. Completely embarrassed and worried. But Tom was not only compassionate and kind, he completely changed my whole day around. I dont think he will ever know how a few kind words and an act of kindness can make a world of difference. Clean, secure, and great price! I used this storage location for a month while I closed on my house. The process was easy and didnt have any trouble once I moved out. I would highly recommend them for storage and would use them again, if the need arose.

Great place to store your property at a reasonable cost. Clean and Neat. The manager Tom is awesome and really helped me out in a bind. If I ever need a place to store again, Ill store with Tom and ExtraSpace Storage.

I went to several storage facilities before coming here and was told that the service was poor. I followed my budget instead of the advice and was not at all surprised to find out that the allegations of poor service was unfounded. I just recently moved out after three and a half years because I no longer needed extra storage. Ive had numerous encounters with employees and at least 100 visits to the facility over that time. I would highly recommend anyone in need of storage to this facility, which is the only place I would take my valuables to be stored. I will miss the manager especially, always courteous, friendly, helpful and kind.

This is my first time using a storage facility. I looked around at a few differant locations but this one had the best in everything! Easy to get to, EXTREMELY clean!
