I bought a bed platform through Mattress Firm. The experience was rewarding and quite satisfying. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and I felt like I got a great deal. Highly recommended.

The sales girl was clear and conving. The delivery time offered me was fabulous, next day. Couldn’t be easier. Oh yes, and on sale!

I was welcomed to the Wilmette showroom by the friendly and delightful Allie Verry. I had selected a mattress online and she quickly called the warehouse to see if it was in stock. There was one and she quickly put a hold on it while we went though all the other decisions. Allie couldnt have been more helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I am very pleased with my experience at Mattress Firm today (4/20/21) and I eagerly await my new purchase to be delivered on Thursday (4/22).

I went into mattress firm looking for an inexpensive bed. I was not disappointed, this is the best investment I did in my life! I bought a soft Beautyrest Black Hybrid bed! KAT was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I got a great deal on a floor model! Go and see Kat she is wonderful!

I couldnt be more happy with my purchase. The salesman, Chris, was a joy to work with. He was so patient and not pushy, which I didnt expect before walking in the store. I have already recommended him to some relatives who need new beds.

The lady named Erica is very helpful and made sure to find me a mattress to help my back problems and my snoring. Very attentive service.

Luis was awesome! I took in a picture from website of frame I wanted. He looked it up, none in stock, so found one at another store. I paid for it then, drive to other store and guy was waiting for me and brought right out to my van. BEST experience. Luis was funny and made experience really great. Answered questions about a mattress I’ll be buying in near future, too.

I bought four beds today. The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

Actually shopping at the store was great. Delivery was not so great. The drivers were trying to either steal from my house or were casing the place. The kept trying to separate me with one or the other to leave the other one wondering around my house. They were acting very suspiciously. I would not recommend that mattress firm use this delivery service anymore.

Very disappointing with the commitment made by the sales rep. Mattress was not at comfortable and really created pain in my and my wife back. They charged like delivery fee again and also 20% restocking fee. At the time of sale they told us that you can return without any charges if you are not comfortable with the quality of Mattress. I would never ever go to Mattress Firm again and also not recommend any friends & family members.

This is my second time buying a matress at MatressFirm I stoped by the Willmete location, at Lake Ave, I was just looking around, I wasn’t sure about buying that night a mattress, well I want to give 10 stars to Mr Kyle Zahnow, he is so kind and helpful, He really cares about the costumer’s needs. He exceed my expectations, he is the best seller!!! I was just looking and I end buying my second matress at MattessFirm, great experience !!!

I was in the store couple of times and had all my question answered by my sales associate MR Zeb Klocker, he was cheerful and patience and I think he gave me a good deal on my purchase

I wish I can give this place more than five stars. I am seven months pregnant and I finally convince my husband it was time for us to get a new mattress to accommodate my growing belly. We decided to stop into this mattress firm early Wednesday morning, we worked with the gentleman named Chris. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable as he lead me through the different mattresses to find one that was comfortable for me and my belly. He even suggested a split adjustable base box. To help with my comfort level even more. He even took time to go over crib mattresses and explain all the different choices on the Mattress Firm web site since they do not carry them in store, he answered all my questions and for the once he could he said he’ll find out the answer and email it to me. One patient man I tell ya. He’s a tremendous sales person to work with. He listened to my needs and adjusted accordingly he was even able to schedule a same-day delivery so I can have a good night sleep. Last night was the best sleep I was able to have in weeks. I did not want to get out of bed. I even had to poke my husband a few times to make sure that he was still breathing because not once did he tossed or turn in his sleep and that never happens. Thank You Chris. I’ll be recommending you and this location to all my friends and family. You were a pleasure to work with.

Chris was great! He helped us find the best mattress for us, and even helped us find a really good deal. He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. We purchased a mattress back in Dec, and after a little over a month decided that it wasn’t what we were looking for. We came in the switch it out for a different model, and Chris made sure that everything went smoothly and that we got exactly what we needed. Would definitely come back for our next mattress purchase and recommend this location (and Chris!) to our friends.

I went into the store knowing only that I wanted to buy a Queen sized mattress, little else. Allie (the store manager) was VERY helpful and walked me through a lot of options before we found the perfect mattress for me. She was very knowledgeable and her customer service was great! Would absolutely recommend.

Mattress Firm on Lake was my first and only stop on my new mattress journey. Allie the manager was incredibly helpful explaining the process and gauging what kind of mattress I would likely like. She pointed out to me to the one she thought I would like and I purchased it that day! I got the floor model (in great shape and marked down to roughly 50% off!), but they also had incredible deals on the other mattresses. Not only that but she went out of her way to make sure the delivery team would accommodate my narrow window of delivery time and I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes.

Amazing customer service! We needed a bed frame, so we picked one up at the store. When we tried to put it together, the holes to put the frame together were “off.” We called the store and they sent an employee over within minutes to put together a new bed frame and took back the old one (as well as our that was broken!) They were all so kind and helpful. It is nice to see customer appreciation at its finest.

Excellent service! Cris showed us the adjustable base where the head and feet go up. We fell in love and decided to purchase. My brother is looking for a new mattress, I will send him to this location for sure.
