I purchased an Acura TL on November 17, 2019 from Best of Wilmington who advised me that the car was in great condition and promised that the would install a missing accessory the following Friday. When I showed up to the part, the salesman Jeff was out. I returned the following Friday and continued to this date. Each week it is a different blatant lie. Since this period, had to rebuild the transmission as well as other major services!DO NOT CONSIDER EVEN LOOKING AT CARS THERE! I have lost thousands already and still have not received the promise part!

I recently traded in my vehicle and purchased a 2016 ford explorer from the best of Wilmington. Had it for a couple of weeks and some problems came from the transmission but without hesitation Jeff and Jimmy did an excellent job at resolving the issue. They didnt have to but they did. Not alot of used dealerships would have been as helpful. I can honestly say they are awesome and keep their word. I would recommend coming here. Great experience 👍
