The dealership has a great guy Jordan that goes over and above the mechanic repair and explains everything your car needs in detail. the dealership needs working staff, but during a pandemic situation all business is not normal as well. Thank you for returning my car. so far so good!

This is an update to my previous 5 star review. If Google would let me use red flags I would. We went back to this “dealership” to trade in our Sport and buy a new one. This was August 5. They never paid off the trade-in. I called and/or emailed every week and was assured it was being handled. Supposedly the first check was lost then a month later they send another check that was not signed. They said LandRover/Chase Financial was behind because of Covid. Over 60 days later and the original loan was still not paid off. It has hit my credit report and now they are saying it’s being handled.Never ever would I recommend anyone to purchase a car at this store. Ordered a 2021 Landrover defender in October. There were some hiccups between the dealership and Landrover in the order, but just wanted to say that Gene Tull in sales was excellent to deal with and handled everything so professionally and courteously. He was very responsive in communication, keeping me in the loop, and made what could have been a negative experience into a much more manageable situation. I would highly recommend working with him and had a overall good experience with this dealership!
Bought a Range Rover Sport from Land Rover WiImington late last year. Loving the ride although still working on my English accent. Dealt with several of the guys who were supportive, but Ruthann is number one. She did an excellent job of working with my wife and I and answered every question in a timely manner. As a former Sales Manager, I watch for and appreciate strong sales support. If you want (need) a Range Rover, go to Land Rover Wilmington, and …… talk to Ruthann. You’ll be pleased.
I tried to purchase a car from this dealer and the salesman said the conversation was done and hung up on me. I finally reached them after 3 days and they hung up on me. Terrible customer service, not worth dealing with.
Top notch service and attention from the moment I walked in the door.Car shopping, for me, is never a fun experience. I was recommended to the dealership (Todd the manager in particular) he guided me through my purchase experience even giving me advice on a car from a different dealership.Ruthann took the time to test drive, explain, go through paperwork and enrollment in online and app features all the way through delivery of my truck.There was a software issue before I pull out and she took the time to bring in service to correct even after hours.This dealership is about 2 hours from my home and I will return any day.Highly recommended.

Very questionable sales practices. Whether it’s true or not, I certainly feel like I’ve been ‘bait and switched’ with a reasonably priced vehicle that is for sale on their website. I’m simply trying to buy a car listed for sale and according to both a salesperson and the sales manager it is not available and won’t be for an indeterminate amount of time, but two much more expensive vehicles are available right now. I was promised a call back from the sales manager today, and unsurprisingly didn’t hear back. It’s a shame - I have friends that work in the corporate office in Mahwah as I’m from North Jersey that got me excited about the brand. I’m hoping that LR Wilmington can turn this around.
After what started as a pleasant test drive the sales agent and I agreed on a price. Then after the usual low end car sales game where they make you wait and walk back and forth to the finance office, the disgusting used car tactics continued and after waiting two hours for them to prepare the paperwork I was given documents to sign with a price more than $6000 higher than our agreed on price. We walked out. Save your time don’t visit this dealer

I have bought about 10 cars in my life (including other luxury brands) and the buying experience with Land Rover Wilmington was hands down the best I’ve ever encountered. Chris Cuthbert was excellent, no nonsense and very high level of customer service. Very happy with the condition of the Disco on receipt and how fast they were ready for delivery.
I have a few Rovers under my belt and many great Land Rover experiences over the last 18 years. During that time, for a number of reasons, I have avoided the Land Rover dealerships to the best of my ability. The dealerships have never been my happy place in the Rover world. With that said, recently, I bought a used Range Rover at Land Rover Wilmington (which is a 1.5 hour drive from me). Land Rover Wilmington was a pleasant surprise. A smaller and more personable dealership than my local LR dealer. Had more of an old school Rover feel. Dealt with an awesome sales guy there named Bernie who took a lot of time and care to make sure we walked away happy. He had the truck we were interested in fully serviced, cleaned and dialed in for our visit. After many questions and a few hours of poking around the truck, Bernie cut us a great deal that we could not pass up. New or used, if you are looking for a Rover…. even it if you have a local dealer… check this place out, they are worth the drive. (Ask for Bernie!)

Had a great experience throughout the entire process, from negotiations to Delivery/Pickup of my 2020 Range Rover Sport.I worked directly with Rob Burrus during the Sales process - very straightforward, no strings attached, no negotiation needed. Overall, great experience.For vehicle delivery/pickup/paperwork, I worked with George Crescenzi - George was great in ensuring that all necessary information was gathered/provided prior to pickup and that the vehicle was prepped for a very fast and efficient, in-and-out pickup of my vehicle.My only future recommendation for the dealer - make it a point to verify with customers whether or not they want the front plate holder drilled into the front bumper of the vehicle. For something as irreversible as that, this goes a long way in avoiding a headache for customers who may not want this.In summary, great overall experience - I will absolutely keep Land Rover Wilmington as my Land Rover dealer of record, and will be recommending this dealer to others.
Had a nail in my tire and was down the street from this location. Called and the owner said to come in. They fixed it right away for me and the customer service all around was excellent! Also found out that the new Defender is coming out in 2020 - I will be purchasing my next Land Rover from this location. Up and beyond service, friendly sales people too (not pushy). A+++
I strongly suggest working with Jacob Moen. He made the process easy, doesnt pressure you, and has been associated with Land Rover for many years. Jacob knows his stuff and we purchased a Land Rover Velar in January 2020.

Land Rover of Wilmington has a small lot, but they make up for it in the perfect selection of vehicles available, as well as excellent and friendly customer service.I had made an appointment last week to bring my car in to have the ignition button repaired. They told me to be there at 7:30, and I was. They immediately took me in and did the work within a quick 30 minutes. I was back on the road and off to work!Even if the Wilmington shop is not your local service place, I highly recommend you bringing your Land Rovers or Range Rovers here.

Terrible service! They charged everything for service your car forgetting about your warranty, keep in mind you will pay at least few hundreds for service maintenance what so ever. The only part I leave two star instead of one is they washing your car

Service Dept has quickly deteriorated over about the past year and a half. I switched from another dealership because WLR was able to solve a loose wire problem for essentially no charge where Land Rover West Chester had vehicle for a week and still couldnt figure it out.My have theyve slipped since 2014. Feel like Im at Pep Boys with the nickel and dimeing, problems re-occurring after fixing, but the kicker was quoting me $10,000 for a head gasket repair that I had done at another dealership a year before for $4300 (whole other discussion why my 2010 Range Rover sport is a maintenance nightmare - would never buy another LR product).Normally dont post but after going speaking to their incompetent, condescending, and angry Service team and finally getting through to the General Mgr who explained to me that their service is great an no room for improvement because they get the Land Rover service awards (that I think is based on the good reviews they beg you for after service) I felt obliged to share.You can do better on your large investment.

I recently purchased a used Toyota Land Cruiser from this dealership, after finding it on AutoTrader. I drove all the way up from BelAir MD to look at the truck, and was very pleased at both the condition of the vehicle, and the service I got from George Crescenzi. George was very patient and easy to work with, he made sure I was able to look the truck over as much as I wanted (Im a fussy buyer). He even arranged to have the truck put up on a lift in the shop and let me look underneath, even making one of the techs available and lending me a few tools. Even though George is a Land Rover salesman, he knew the truck well and showed me several of the features. There was no pressure, I thought the price was good, and they even offered replace all 5 tires (of my choosing) as part of the price, since they were all bald. He worked with me on the funds transfer and has even arranged to have me picked up at the train station a week later so I can drive the truck home to NH. Very professional.

My aunt and I went to this dealership to check out the discovery and unfortunately after being there for around 15-20 mins, no one greeted us, I made eye contact with 2 salesman’s and they never acknowledge us.
