Bought several well priced 2nd hand maternity clothes and baby necessities. Store has an odd layout but a better selection and quality than what Ive seen at Once Upon a Child.

Huge store very clean great selection comparable with once upon a child I suppose but $60 for three pair of pants three shirts and a dress is a bit pricey

I would have to say bravo about any place like this that specializes in everything from early pregnancy to early puberty. If you have not been here to see to buy things for your kids then I recommend this place highly there is a dedicated staff that creates an atmosphere worthy of even the hardest critics time.. first impressions: organization important and is a top priority. Price point is very evident importance and priority as well as cleanliness.

Went in for the first time today with my 2 year old, who gladly wears a mask- and yet none of the employees could be bothered to, nor did they say anything to the multiple customers in there without them as well. We left right away even though were vaccinated because its just annoying at this point. We are in the middle of a pandemic, be smarter, be considerate, care about other people.. including kids.

Amazing staff and amazing selection, took my mom in there while she was on vacation with my niece to find some beach wear and they had everything she needed including the right size shoes. Prices are more than fair. I highly recommend for any one who needs to shop for kiddos come on second hand items are the greatest for kids they grow soooo quick.

This is great family owned re-sale children’s store. Very nice selection of gently used clothing. Highly advise moms to check it out. Worth the drive.

I went to sale some items that were in 3 different bags and was told a bag smelled like smoke so they couldnt buy any of it. First off my home is smoke free. Also if there is a policy in place for the smell of clothes that prevents them from looking at toys etc. that should have been mentioned when my items were dropped off. I would have thought if my clothes smelled like smoke they would have smelled it in the car or from the bags when they assisted with bringing them in. I liked this store at first especially since they were the only place that sold maternity clothes resale.Customer service was nice and the store was tidy during previous visits; which is why I gave them two stars but I will NOT be returning. I feel they didnt have a problem taking my money but obviously had a problem buying items from me.

Definitely my favorite childrens resale store in Wilmington. Staff is always so friendly and knows me and my wife by name when we come into the store. Rewards program is great and helps you save even more money! Staff is always cheerful to serve whether buying stuff for our kids or selling off unwanted items! Great selection of items available for purchase!

I really enjoy shopping here. I will often stop in here first for new toys and clothes before hitting target or amazon. My daughter is 9-months-old and she is burning through sizes and loses interest with basic toys so this is a great option for good but small investments. Store is well organized and clean. Maternity clothes here are decent as well. I wore a few things during my pregnancy.

Good business but the manager Jon often undermines and embarrasses the employees. I came in their irate because I wanted to return something and I didn’t properly read the receipt about the return policy in the certain item. Jon yelled at the employee in front of me for just doing their job and then gave me a refund. Basically if you push hard enough they’ll bend and do whatever you ask. Great for the customer but as a manager you should have your employee’s backs when the customer is in the wrong. Also so sorry to the poor girl I yelled at. I realized my mistake after I went home :(

Fast and friendly service. They hold items for you out of courtesy and also allow you to add them to outstanding layaways, no questions asked. Jon Messina is genuine and down to earth. He gets more excited to do seasonal occasions such as Easter and Christmas than your own children. This second hand store for children is the best that Wilmington has to offer! They typically pay on the low end for clothing, HOWEVER it reflects in the price they charge their customers! Its such an awesome little store! There are so many NEW things to purchase that you can do all of your Christmas shopping for your littles! Go check them out!!

The best childrens resale shop in town! Great prices & a huge selection. The stores layout is roomy & you have the actual space to clearly see the merchandise & shop it without feeling cramped & overwhelmed like most resale shops. Great play area for kids, too. Special deals via text & facebook - lots of promotions, events, & community involvement. The owners know their customers by name & their likes & dislikes! My daughter loves it & so do I!

Let me start by saying I am not quite sure why people waste their time selling things at MOAC.They do not give you anything for your things! Sure they will take things that Once Upon A Child will not but they are giving you on average 1.00 per item. I have sold at MOAC on 2 separate occasions and the first time I had 42 items and they gave me 42$. Second and most recent trip I had 35 items and guess what they gave me 35$.The clothes they bought were Nike,UA,Nautica,Polo and Gap. Those items fetch me double at Once Upon A Child and I do not have to wait 4 hrs for them to go through my stuff like it takes at MOAC. I can only assume people sell stuff here because OUAC will not buy it. Next time I will just donate it because this store is cheating people!

Went to get pictures with the Easter Bunny and there was no wait at all. The staff is always courteous and professional, the store is always clean and organized.

The store was well organized but if you live far away I wouldnt bother driving all the way out to the store to sell stuff. They wont give you at all what your things are worth! I am very disappointed.

I will start by saying the owner and employees here are friendly but I would not sell anything here again! This was my first time selling at MOAC and they honestly do not give you anything and I mean nothing for your clothes. I had Nautica,Polo,Under Armor,Gap and other new clothes that had never even been worn in total they bought 34 items for 40 bucks.I have always sold at Once upon a child and did a couple of days ago,Once upon a child bought only a few items around 6 because they were full of the sizes I had brought in but on those 6 items I was given 31.00 pretty good money.I sold 34 items here at MOAC and only received 40 dollars kind of a scam if you ask me. Never again! Also you are not getting a good deal on their used selection in the store folks all of the clothes I looked at while waiting were priced higher than what you can buy them for on sale in the actual stores new believe me I know I am a bargain shopping queen.

Hit and miss for what I am looking for most often. Selling here is disappointing. I miss kid to kid. I like this store for shoes for kids. Sometimes prices seem a bit on the high side for condition and I often pass on items wondering how they bought them to resell but passed over stuff I brought in...to each their own! No lost love just not my go to for kids consignment.
