Terrific little store the family start at today on our shopping excursion. Lots of interesting merchandise from yeti Simply Southern. Ray ban and many others. Great little spot that we will be back to visit on our travels through the area. Store was very clean and well organized staff was very friendly and helpful even removing the tags from a backpack for the youngest after we purchased so she could use it right away. There are no palmettos or moons to buy. But my wife loves buying clothes here.

Today was the first time I visited Palmetto Moon at Mayfair in Wilmington NC and will be my last visit. I walked and NOONE greeted me or even asked how I was doing. As I was looking around, I heard a staff member ask a customer entering the store how they were doing. Unfortunately, I didnt get the same warmness and as I looked around several employees looked at me NEVER asked if I needed assistance, and looked at me and kept walking. The cashier, though sweet was somewhat apologetic. But it was too late. I spoke with two employees before I left and let it be made known that they need to work on their customer service ethics and that I will NEVER be shopping in their establishment again. Unacceptable and very degrading. Thanks for nothing employees at PM and for making my first visit so uncomfortable and my last.

Cute shop with southern saying shirts, yeti merchandise, a variety of men and womens clothing, flip flops and more. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely be going back.

For starters I didn’t appreciate being followed around the entire store. If I needed assistance I would have asked for it. Secondly, when I went to pay for my purchases I was asked if I had another form of identification to prove that, that was MY actual card. I didn’t appreciate the embarrassment nor the frustration. As a first time shopper, I’m not sure if I will ever go back again.
