In a crazy rush, I spilled Miso soup on my computer. I was so upset! I thought Id never be able to retrieve any of my files, photos and documents ever again... Not only did they fix my screen for a very reasonable price, they also shipped it to my campus and it arrived right on time for the semester. Great personalized service and support for your computer

They were able to recover and transfer all my data off the hard drive from my damaged computer. I had first taken it to a big box store who was unable to retrieve everything for me. Kehtron did a great job and had it done quickly. Great service from a local small business. I will go to them first, from now on, for my electronics needs.

My laptop completely died and I was unable to get any of my pictures that were saved on the hard drive. The staff was very friendly and reassuring that they can help recover the pictures of my kids, family vacations; everything over the last 15 years. The very next day I dropped it off, they called me to say they recovered all the pictures and saved them on an external hard drive. My family was relieved we did not lose these pictures forever.

Good friendly service. Dont take advantage of the manager because he is nice. I have dealt with the store for over 10 years and had no issues at all but I have witnessed unfriendly customers coming to the store and making a stink over nothing or something they themselves did or did not understand.
