I could not be happier with the results from Smartlipo on my arms, flanks and back fat areas. I truly had no down time and very little pain. The entire staff ... Dr. Mohamed, nurses, receptionist, etc. are very compassionate and caring and are are there for you 110%. Dr. Fazil is my ob-gyn and more importantly the only person I’m comfortable with doing my lip filler and Botox. I’m a dentist so I’m super picky and notice everything and Dr. Fazil is amazing at filler (which is really hard to do well)... he’s gentle and the result is always absolute perfection. Before him, I had a plastic surgeon in town do my filler and Botox and it was a DISASTER- I looked like a circus freak show act. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fazil for Botox and filler - you will not be disappointed.

Horrible experience with them over the phone. Tried to book an appointment a week ago and asked if they could be so kind to send me some “before and after” photos to my email since there were no Botox or filler photos on their website. I was told by the receptionist that they’re in the process of updating their website and it will be updated by end of August. I told them I did not feel comfortable coming in within the week, without seeing any photos. She said she would have to research if she can find permission from any patients to share their before and after photos w/me. A week later (a day before my appointment), I still never received any photos in my email. I called back and spoke to the office manager who continued to tell me the same exact thing that the receptionist told me (and I truly believe she was the same person). I said to her that I cannot believe that there’s no before and after photos of any Botox or fillers?? She said she has maybe one that she “might” be able to share with me. It was like pulling teeth and it was so very strange for a professional practice to be so vague and adamant about not showing before and after photos to a potential client. She then proceeded to tell me that they’ve only been doing Botox for 3 months and fillers only since January. Meanwhile I was originally told that he’s been in practice 2 years. She corrected me & said he’s been in practice for 2 years strictly doing skin tightening and body contouring only, and just recently started doing Botox/fillers. In the end, I decided to cancel my appointment because I just did not feel secure about someone injecting me when there were no photos for me to see of his portfolio. On top of that, it just was so strange the conversations I had, it felt unprofessional from their end and uncomfortable to practically beg for photos with the receptionist. I don’t know what kind of practice they run but it was absolutely a horrible experience over the phone and did not make me feel good in any way, shape, or form about getting any procedures done. Little did they know, I’ve been a licensed aesthetician for 11.5 years and never experienced something like that. It felt shady, and very premature as a company from their end. On top of that, their phone line always sounds like somebody is picking up from their cell phone (and all they could say about it is that their reception is bad in their building with their office lines). Just a total bizarre experience altogether.
