If you need to use a pharmacy, the 4201 Concord Pike Walgreens is NOT for you! They have limited hours on Friday and closed on the weekends.....I had surgery on a Friday and tried to pick up my pain medicine but they closed well before other pharmacies and did open again until Monday morning. The worse part is that they did NOT have someone on call for emergency prescription fills..... Avoid using this store....Patrick H.

Exceptional customer service but unfortunately their systems were down so I wasnt able to get what I needed at the drive-through pharmacy and had to go to another Walgreens.

Pharmacy tech refused to administer COVID vaccine to individual eligible under two different provisions of Delaware guidelines. Even when showed rule and reasons for qualification, Pharmacy tech was adamant in denying service.

They never answer the calls

Dropped a priority overnight package at the location. 2 days and it stayed at back office. Called up fedEx they had no clue. Called the Walgreens and the lady says “there is only one package and it’s not yours”. She decided that a package with white mans name can’t be mine. Intuitive, some one with an accent can’t have that name. Anyways long story short overnight priority package has not left the facility in 2 days, and I got the taste of nice customer service at Walgreens.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at this Walgreens since it has opened at this location. The pharmacist LISA is the best. Lisa is always so pleasant, happy to answer any questions you may have & just happy to help you.EJ is very sweet, always says HI to me & asks how Im doing when he sees me. My Mom picks up my medicine 99% of the time & if its Lisa or EJ they are always asking her how Im doing & tell her I said HI. There is a Walgreens up the street from me, but its totally worth driving the extra couple miles to get the excellent service.

Very poor customer service! I will never go in again! Not even worth one star. Disappointing.

No good no clean there wash room

I love this walgreens it always has on sale items in stock unlike the other walgreens in delaware. And i love their clearance selection today i got an olay bodywash for 0.69 !!!!

Lisa is an AWESOME Pharmacist! God forbid you get Ejike the other pharmacist, he’s rude, short and condescending. He has the personality of a tack. If Lisa ever leaves, I’m out of there.

The pharmacists are very nice and helpful, but some of the assistants - specifically Cathy - always has a nasty, smartypants comment. God forbid you need her help.
