This is my go-to store for great finds. Always fun items. Prices have gone up quite a bit, but 30% off day make it all worth it. Cashiers are always super friendly and helpful. They work very hard and I appreciate them. The store is always clean and organized. Love it here.
Always a fun time in a second hand store. I have always gone to Savers for jokes and Halloween costumes but never really appreciated it until now! A friend and I had a great time taking pictures of all the oddities while getting great prices on the things we liked.I appreciate that this Savers is currently teaming up with an epilepsy charity. The cause is near and dear to my heart so great to see something different. After this experience Id like to purchase more items second hand and do whatever I can to decrease clothes in landfills. Looking forward to donating, too. Thanks so much!
Nice second hand store. Did not like the self checkout. Shoe prices r high.
Always find some good stuff here. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I have been a frequent thrift shopper at Savers for several years now until tonight. There are no longer fitting rooms at this location and I had about 10 items I wanted to try on. I was told I need to purchase these items and I can bring them back for a store credit if I wanted to return them. Savers is a second hand store all of the clothes come in bags and on hangers and put on the floor so if you’re going to tell me there’s no fitting rooms anymore due to covid that’s a TERRIBLE excuse to not have fitting rooms anymore. I put all 10 of my items back on the racks and I will not be shopping at Savers any longer which is very disheartening.
I love the summer tank tops at Savers and every Tuesday they have a senior discount.
I love this store. It is always well maintained. The staff are super friendly. The amount of variety is really good.
I have so many bags full of beautiful women clothing to donated, but I’m not going to donate to them .Their prices are to high, and some of the managers are very rude .I’m going else where to donate them.
My only gripe about this place, is that a manager was needed to do a simple exchange which I thought was dumb but its the policy apparently. Other than that, the merchandise there is usually good.
Everything was very organized and easy to find.
I love going to savers. Good place to bring things in decent shape you no longer want and always find some nice surprises. Very good and kind staff.
Well organized. Shorts and Columbia zip up jacket for ess than $10. Score!!!
I always find exactly what Im looking for. Good selection, I enjoy shopping here. My reason for reducing a star is 1) they dont help with getting furniture to the car but if thats the case they could at least provide a trolley cart even if they just have one on hand so that you can take it to your car and bring it back. 2) Before closing they shut down all registers except one and this causes backup, I had to wait almost 30 mins in line just with 2 people ahead of me!
Great source of quality thrift items
I would have to say this is the best savers store and thrift store in general in the area; huge store, always have a ton of CDs and youre probably bound to find something good depending on what youre after.
All peoples it so kind when I return to changed the clothes the Sr that he helped Im so happy to come back its absolutely I recommend the store
I was reading the reviews and saw so many saying the employees are treated like slaves. Before covid I went weekly and I have to say there are a few employees that children are people too. When a child/ teen asks you a question dont be rude like they dont matter. Putting this aside I have had nothing but great experiences there. It seems to me that the people who feel like slaves are the people who need to realize doing your job and getting paid for it is not slavery! When you started the job you got a list of their expectations. You knew what was expected of you so stop complaining and be grateful! For those of you that said its a used clothing store its not rocket science to run it obviously do not know how much work is down in the background to keep it up and running. Also the prices went up because it costs more and more to maintain in todays society. I am not happy about the price increase either but am grateful for the treasures I have been able to get at an amazing price and just pass by the things that arent priced the way I feel is affordable or a deal. Be Grateful!
First time in this particular Savers. Great selection. Wonderful customer service!!!Definitely will be back!!!
I brought 2 heavy side tables made of wood. First of all they wouldnt take out of car, I had to struggle to get out. Once I got them out, the young man told me they were scratched and they didnt want them. I then had to put them back in car myself. Didnt realize they wanted brand new furniture. The tables were scratched but not badly. Easily fixed.
I need to make this known they overcharge for comics and graphic novels. I’ve been to other savers and those prices are never as high as they charge. The comics they charge $2.99 for would go for around $1 or less in a comic store. They are also placing the price tags on the comics which significantly brings down the market value. I have found some good deals outside this area but since a lot of my purchases from savers are graphic novels. That’s why I’m giving a low rating
Now it is self checkout.
They get alot of donations soo they stay pretty stocked, the people are pretty friendly and as a bonus theres a huge dollar tree right next door
The prices are getting too high
Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
Store is clean, organized and friendly next to Wilmington station. Easy way to get from Wilmington station to Wilmington Crossing.
Great option for a very large selection of secondhand clothes, all at a very affordable price. I like how all the clothes were organized by size, style, gender, etc., unlike traditional thrift stores which tend to just lump all the clothes together with no real pattern to it, making it very difficult to find the clothes you want. This is a great option for people looking to have a smaller impact on the environment and to save lots of money on buying clothes.
Bought 9 pants kept 6
Store is clean and organized. Staff is friendly. I would recommend multiple visits with store to find great picks.
Great place clothing for everyone in family, including foot wear and socks. Assorted household items, electronics, curtains, some sports gear. Special occasion dresses, womens & mens outer wear. Definitely a place to browse. A great place to donate items. This location does not have furniture. The Nashua location stocks furniture.
Called talk to a manager and ask them if they would take a full size bed and she says yes . We got there and a guy said we would only take the head board. We before they said they would only take a full bed every time you call it a different story they need to get their act together. Some one could have used this nice bed but they would not take it
Love it here
Best Savers location in Massachusetts!
Shelves were bare ..but saw full bins and shelves in back no one on floor stocking I donate a lot ..no great finds today
Sells donated stuff at usually good prices. Inventory changes rapidly, so if you find something you like buy it, it may be gone next time. Plenty of parking and next to a great Dollar Tree. 30% discount for seniors on Tuesday. I usually check books and electronics first. Across the street is a very nice Market Basket. Savers, Dollar Tree, and Market Basket have shopping carts to lean on if you need it, are wheelchair accessible, and are good walking exercise, especially in hot weather, since all three are air conditioned.
Great deals found fitbit surge hopes it works
Its great for deals. Everyone is really nice who works there. My only complaint is that its hard to find help cause there are no uniforms and its hard to tell whos working there and whos just a customer. But thats a minor thing.Id go here over the Job Lot or Good Will. Also, they make donating stuff easy.
Large clean store with great thrift items
Store is generally well organized by product and by size. Prices are good and sales are good. Sometimes it smells like smoke from workers taking thier breaks, and leaving the door open. Often the whole store stinks of cigs...
High quality stuff at a lowest price
I dont shop here as frequently as I used to. They keep changing the rules on their points program, which I dont like because every time I do go there, the rules have changed again!!! However I will say that Sabrina and Ashley are very friendly and helpful as ALWAYS!!!
Been here a few times. Its one of the better savers Ive been to, but what do you expect its a thrift store. Ive dropped off a few bags of clothes for donations. They give you a coupon with percent off when you buy stuff there depending on how much you donate and donation slip for taxes. I prefer to come here to donate then to donate to salvation army.
Prices mostly reasonable depends how used it looks. My favorite thrift store just closed (Sister Thrift) had way better deals. Savers is larger with better selection.
I recently started thrift flipping and Savers was the first thrift store I sourced at. I’ve made about five trips so far. They have a really good selection, and if you look hard enough you’ll always walk about with a few high quality brands for very cheap. I find a lot of lulu and athleta here for cheap every visit. I do agree with other reviews though - some of their prices are high. You just have to know your brands if you’re looking to flip. If you go on days they have 50% off sales you’ll find some amazing deals!

Easy drop off of slightly used things. Good charity. When we clean out the storage boxes and our closets, we always find something to donate.
The staff here are so friendly and helpful! 2 people helped me try to fit a large piece of furniture in my tiny car for an hour! They always are willing to look for things that might not have been put on the door yet too.
Have been to the store a few times since it opened, and have had positive experiences. Not sure whats going on, but when I popped in today, the prices seem to have skyrocketed. Most everything I looked at could be bought *new* for the same price. I saw some Dollar Tree items marked $1.99! A single, unbranded wine glass = $3.99! Really? Not a set (x4), but ONE glass. They are also not careful when packaging small items (i.e., splitting up a set of alphabet rubber stamps into 2 separate packages, each containing other odd items. WHY? I would like to have bought the stamp set, but because I would have had to pay for TWO bags with twice the extras, it wasnt worth it). Also not worth paying $59 for a dress, even if it hasnt been worn. Someone from this store needs to do some comparison shopping at other local thrift shops. I usually leave with a cartload, but only 2 small bags came home today - and only because I was feeling generous! Very disappointed with the way the store is going :-(
One of my favorite savers. Brand names, and items in good condition. Great place to find great deals.
I use to love going to Savers! However I feel they all have gotten very greedy on there prices of donated items! They even took away there punch cards which offered you 30% off the whole purchase! NOT the 20% they do now. And make sure you dont spend more than $100 as anything OVER that doesnt get that additional 20% off either! Im a buyer of nice jewelry which I havent found anything good in a long time at most Savers. Gold is almost unheard of now and if there its priced WAY above scape value! Their ridiculous priced on their silver jewelry too if they have any.I do believe the more valuable the item the less it makes it on the store shelves. For a thrift shop with so many donated items, Shame on them for continually raising their prices! In some cases its more than the original store price!! BUYER BEWARE!They also dont pay there employees enough! The turn over for employment is great. At least the CEOs and Fat Cats of the Savers brand are making a MORE than profitable living!! After all isnt that the bottom line in this money hungry greedy world of business!!NOW its in the non profit or in this case for profit thrift shop world thats getting very greedy.
Love this store! I have bought so many things to decorate my home at Savers. Their selection is great and everything is is in great shape!
Such a nice store and the help is very attentive. Wonderful buys ona lot of wonderful items. Love shopping at Savers in Wilmington, MA
Place is clean ..great brand name stuff plenty to choose from something for everyone everything from clothes to shoes to household stuff also have printers typewriters sheets blankets towels baby. Clothes and toys too much to list just go check it out .cheap prices.. helpful employees open till 9 930 gives you plenty of time to shop
I have bought 2 items in the past two weeks that have been marked wrong. One was a dress the other was a set of sheets. They were tagged as King however while washing them I realized that they may be full size sheets at best I called the store to find out how to return them and they wont take them because i dont have my receipt. I have the price tags but no receipt. So buyer beware. I would not shop at this store as who ever is tagging items is either not pay attention or just doesnt care either way I was a savers fan up until today.
Well organized, great prices. Very good selection of clothing, toys, furniture, books, and lots more. Best thrift store around.
Clean and organised but some items are priced very expensively. I go to thrift stores because my husband and I cannot always afford to buy things new, especially for our growing infant. Many of the items I was interested in were priced as they would be new in the store. Its really a shame that thrift stores have become so pricey that the people that need them cannot afford them.
Wow, this location is incredible. Staff is super helpful, everything is so neatly organized. I found some wonderful treasures on my first visit. I will be a new regular at this location.
This place is cool. Its like a salvation army but modernized. Cant say I love the prices
Nice place...clean but expensive considering you dont know if it works and there is no warranty...
Great place to shop if youre a customer looking for great deals, but if you want to work there especially in the community donation center you better be ready for hell
Can find some good items for a great place. Just make sure to try on any clothes in the dressing rooms. Ive been to a few Savers and the items always are tagged wrong. Then again it all depends on the brands as well. But I found some gems in this place. Including a beautiful Bureau set for $25, a $75 kids DJ set for 5.99. And my wife got a pair of $80 jeans for $12.
Always something good here, whether its playclothes that are going to get mucked up and outgrown anyway or some new serving pieces. This particular location is bright, clean and organized.
Good quality clothing priced fair. I found 2 shirts tags still on under $10.
Awesome place to buy inexpensive used clothing, shoes & household items-We go here weekly because the stock changes every day
The prices were better this time:) staff is friendly
Clean and well organized. Constantly stocking shelves as you shop. Senior discount on Tuesdays. Used Items. Fair Prices. Watch for stains or imperfections.
I love this Savers whcih i should not be telling the world because I find brand new clothes with tags on them everytime i go. Not the same as other savers!
Good selection, very well organized. Great prices!
Neat and organized store for a great browsing or shopping experience.
Clean, neat, found some great bargans!
I love searching for a good bargain at Savers! I usually never leave empty-handed!
I mean I just love everything there especially Halloween time
Low prices with a fairly good selection of items.
All of the Savers are great! Someone elses trash is another persons treasure!
Nice people, good prices, you can usually find a working typewriter, 2$ for all vinyl, fantastically organized, lit af.
Great selection and easy to find what youre looking for because clothing is organized by category e.g. skirts are all together, blouses, long sleeved jerseys, short sleeved jerseys, etc. - dont have to search too long for a specific type of clothing. Ive missed the Revere store but now that Im in Woburn, the wilmington store is pretty convenient. Nothing like a real bargain! :),
This Savers is generally neat and organized, and also usually has a good sci-fi fantasy selection for books.
From Inexpensive name brand clothing to starter kits for a humble aboad or lavish condo
This is an awesome Savers. Practically brand new, clean, great sales.
This place is a rip off.. youre selling 2nd hand things not new, what a joke.. avoid at all cost!
I love this place, my go to thrift store.
Good prices
I worked here the clothes are way over priced especially the clothing Your better off going to Walmart they have jeans brand new for as low as 5 dollars And ive noticed almost everything in Walmart is way cheaper and better quality not to mention brand new and not used please take my advice shop at Walmart and save more than you ever would shopping at savers The only time you would save more at savers than Walmart Is when they have there sales of 50% off and be careful of the items you buy there they mark up prices on sale days Making it look like ur saving money but you really not .also when I worked there I was the person who had to sort through the items and I have found dead mice, live roaches, and dead ones as well as live mice I wouldnt be surprised if the items they put out on the floor to have bed bugs please beware of what you buy at savers in Wilmington or any other savers you visit .do yourself a favor and just shop at Walmart .
Best thing that happened to Wilmington!
Wasnt sure what to think before coming to this store for the first time. I left feeling great because they had a great selection, good prices and the store was very clean and neat.
Savers is based on all donations...They literally are unbending when it comes to truly helping out less fortunate! I saw an elderly lady ask for tomorrows sale price because she was going into the hospital and wanted the bathrobe to wear during her stay because she couldnt afford the absurd price of 19.99 for a used robe ...after the young girl confered w managment...she told the elderly lady no..you have to be here tomorrow! My heart literally sank!!! I felt so bad for the sweet old lady!! So think twice before donating to Savers...they are not there to help the unfortunate Im afraid
Great place too shop
Probably you may satisfied, and good staff.
Great place to donate and purchase.
Store is neat and tidy, staff is friendly and helpful, prices cant be beat.
Very organized unlike other Thrift stores, great prices,
Great clean business with freindly staff.
Great staff!! Cool finds
Cheap great clothing, furnishings and appliances.
Clean store, fresh merchandise, inexpensive, parking, great staff. Thanks.
Always good finds sometimes a little pricey but know your prices
Looking for VCRs? Youll have your best bet here although some of them can be sold broken but you can test before you buy.
It is clean and organized inside.
The staff was wonderful and engaging. My finds were unbelievable.
