Fantastic customer service. I went to 3 other Halloween stores in Jacksonville and Wilmington but theirs was the best by far in selection and customer service. They knew exactly where things were and helped give advice. We loved our costumes and we got lots of compliments!

I went in this store on Sunday to buy my 9 month old son a costume. As soon as I walked in the door the gentleman at the door told me that I was going to have to take my purse to the car and leave it there. He said their had been a lot of people stealing and my bag was too big (it was an over the shoulder clutch) I understood though. When I walked in the second time I went in I walked behind a lady who had a backpack on and nothing was said to her so then I was kind of annoyed. As I walked around I realized I was literally the only woman in there without a bag and there were multiple backpacks and bags much larger than mine. It was confusing to me and the more time that went by the faster I wanted to get out of there. Got my son a cute costume though. Will be going to spirit Halloween in mayfaire from now on.

The Halloween and More costume shop on College Road is very well organized and they have costumes for everyone.The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is it because some elements of costumes, not the packaged, complete outfits, are a bit overpriced.We go there every year and likely next year I will give them five stars!It’s a bit difficult to run a business around one holiday with the off-chance that partygoers will also want to dress up in costumes when it’s not Halloween, so I take my head off to them!The costumes pictured came from Halloween and More! My children love to go there before Halloween and select their own costumes.

I believe its called Halloween 365 now. Much better than Spirit of Halloween store!

Very nice people and awesome customer service. They were very helpful for my daughter to find exactly what she was looking for. Patient and professional.

The staff was very helpful and asked if I needed any assistance finding something. And they had a great selection of merchandise.

Always have a blast going to this store. Even though they are open year-round now, I still only go around Halloween. Cool costumes, and decorations. A little pricey, but the quality is better than most.

The inventory of costumes is very good but extremely overpriced. The Store needs a revamp and some cleaning. The staff is very rude, specifically the manager on duty at the time that we went with my family. Hopefully the staff reads this review and works on their costumer service.

We just went in and purchased costumes for my kids and we had coupons. The manager on duty was extremely impolite with us right in front of my kids. She snatched the coupons out of my hand and when we were leaving she even snatched the receipt from my 9 year old at the door to check the bags. Dont shop here but if you do make sure you get coupons. It was still way overpriced with the coupon. You would expect this from a temporary halloween store but not a permanent site trying to stay in business.

Has a decent selection of plus sized costumes but is very small in comparison to the vast size of adult womens costumes. Id be a bit more impressed if youd expand plus fits out of the back corner a bit especially since a lot of the adult costumes arent really sized correctly. But accessories and wings are the best in town. Spirit cant compete with some of the quality that Halloween and More has to offer

Great costume shop with a HUGE selection of costumes, masks, wigs, make up and even a few decorations. The prices were comparable to most costume shops. It is nice that this place is open year round though. Of course, during the spooky season this place is packed and there isnt a lot of parking available. I parked on the side of the building and it made getting in and out of there a LOT easier.

I was shopping here with my sister, when tried asking the manager for help she was extremely rude to us while she was helping someone else. We patiently waited for her to finish up the transaction and tried to approach the manager again to get some help with finding sizes she then scoffed, rolled her eyes and walked away. We will never be shopping here again, this store needs a real manager.

I love this store! Huge selection and reasonably priced for the most part. I attend a lot of costumed events and they are almost always able to help me out. The staff is very friendly and it is obvious that they try to stay up to date on what is available in the store which makes shopping much easier. Make sure to go a little early before major holidays because they get super busy but they also handle crowds surprisingly well. Ive used them many times in the past and I will definitely be back.

Best costume store all around! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they always help to make any projects a success. If you have any needs for school plays or just hiking around this is your one stop costume shop.

I really like this Halloween store, they have both the packaged costumes but if you want to spend a little more they have these really nice costumes expecially pirate ones you can pick a skirt and shirt or dresses. The outfits outside the kits arent like the cheap Chinese stuff,but they still carry a lot of those if youre on a budget. Wilma was a helpful employee and made the experience even more delightful!

Great staff and great selection. If youre looking for a variety of accessories, Whigs, or full customes at a reasonable price then you have to check this place out.

Decent place but was kind of disappointed. Really didnt have many options for mask. Would think a store with the word Halloween in its name would have alot of options.

Halloween stores are already hellish, but this one is especially scary. A labyrinth of disorganization, a purgatory of mess. Ghoulishly high prices on dastardly low quality items. Dont procrastinate next year and have to subject yourself to this horror.
