Great prices, but coordination is lacking. Forgot cabinets when loading my trailer, i guess thats my fault, even though the guy loading the trailer had the check list and was loading the cabinets up as he checked the list. Ordered counter tops through DH, and the vendor they use still hasnt completed the job its been 2weeks now, and its always a different reason. i wouldnt place the blame on DH, But they charged me, so the responsibilities is theirs to ensure the vendors they have are reputable. I fully understand the implications that covid has caused, but dont give timelines that arent realistic, jobs need to be quoted further out to a more obtainable timeline with the counter vendors, especially if they mess up the job order. I was called today and told that my backsplash didnt come in, even though i was contacted on Tuesday for the install of my backsplash on Thursday. DH seriously needs to work on customer service pertaining to their 3rd party vendors, i cant finish my kitchen till the back splash is installed. Brent at DH is helping, he is pushing the vendors and as i mentioned before, DH reputation is at the mercy of their vendors. I work in supply chain and understand the flow of things, as a Sr. Buyer for a multi- billion dollar company. Your only successful as the vendors you buy from, and the people you employ

My girlfriend and her father went there, while I was at work. We needed hardwood floor to redo the living room. When she got there she had questions because tbh she didnt know what she was looking for. Long story short a gentleman that works there tried to convince her that the price was going to be double amount we already planned out. I had her go there because I was told they had friendly service. Unfortunately not that day i assume.

Discount House is a great, quick option for remodeling. The prices are reasonable and the crew are knowledgable and easy to work with. The selection in okay; not as varied as some but reasonable. I wouldnt make my remodel purchases without pricing them out first.

Great place for countertops,cupboards and vanities and nobody can touch their prices.

We decided to go to Discount House after multiple friends had recommended them for new kitchen countertops. We dealt with Bryce from our very first visit. Bryce was great and explained everything in detail and guided us through the entire process. There was a hiccup or two during installation(fabricator/installer scheduling and processing), but Bryce and Discount House were helpful in getting things resolved. Countertops are complete and look tremendous. Follow-up call from Bryce afterwards was another example of solid customer service to wrap things up.

They have cheap carpet sure. But the cheap stuff is like so cheap I would be embarrassed to put in my rental. The next step up is good.

Great place to get good deals.

They need to make sure they give their customers the right merchandise. Traveled 46 miles, so I was a little upset. We had to make a lot of adjustments on what we purchased.

Discount house is my go-to place for all our renovations. Whether its vanity, countertops, cabinets tile or just about anything for your mobile home or house. They always have something just right. We got all of our floors for our own home as well as our investment properties at discount house as well. They always have great prices and great people that work there. I really enjoy working with Tony and Brent with all my projects.

Dont pay retail until you check them out. They were welcoming, professional, and helpful. No pushy salesmen. My neighbor whos primary residence is out of State is a former general contractor and he loves them. He just bought flooring for his home and loaded his pickup.

I found Brent to be the most reasonable businessman Ive dealt with in more years than I can remember. Having purchased flooring and carpeting at least 3 times from Discount House over the past 5 or 6 years, I recently was re-carpeting a townhome and selected carpet which I felt after its installation was not of the quality Id expected from Discount House. Took my case to Brent along with pictures of the finished job and after he checked the roll of this particular carpet in the warehouse agreed that there was a defect in the manufacturing of this roll of carpeting. He agreed to supply an equal number of square yards of a comparable carpet and also pay for the cost of the re-installation. Now this is what I call fair business practice!

Went there today with my father to look at laminate floors straight off the bat the man who came to help us was rude. We had the measurement of the room we are doing in inches and he acted like we were such an inconvenience, then we told him we wanted laminate and he said laminate floors dont exist anymore... um yes they do then we said we were trying to find the closest color to our other floors and he got snotty and said we have to get that out of heads because we dont know anything about the floor. So we found something like laminate that matched our floor on our own and asked how much it would cost for the amount we need he said over 800 dollars! We went to lowes after and found laminate floors because yes they still exist got much better service and got a price for our room to be done and it was only 200 dollars 400 if we went with some that has a protection bottom.

Wonderful products at a great price

Wayne is great! He was incredibly knowledgeable about flooring options for my rental property. He helped me make a decision on carpet and located an installer for me last minute. Everyone that works there was always helpful and observant each time I stopped by, even when I stayed 7 minutes after 1 pm when they close on a Saturday just to ask questions.

If I could give zero stars or negative Stars this place would deserve it. Waiting for an estimate you can actually grow grey hairs. And then your specialist get sick and then no one in the office wants to help you or take responsibility for the fact that you still dont have an estimate and then hangs up on you on the phone. With the way that you run your business I hope you lose your business very soon. It is completely unacceptable that you treat your customers like they do not matter

I love this place. No, you cant get auto parts here. If you want bath towels..dont bother. They sell only what is advertised on website. But that is why they are the best. It is family owned and family pride is at stake. We bought hardwood floors 2 years ago and searched every Big Box store ( Lowes, Home Depot ) and all flooring sales company from google search, and no one could beat their prices. And on top of that, the installers are right there, you can talk to them. Try that at Lowes. Our installer was still working there 2 years later when we went to get flooring for our second house. Needless to say, we bought the flooring there and had the same installer do the installation. Both installs were flawless

Good price but had misconication on a product and would not help with return. Wanted a 25 percent restock fee plus 115 shipping fees. After I spent over 5 thousand with them and in progress with another 4k I would expect a little help. Had a 5 star review changed to 1 star customer service sucks and will never do business again.

Terrible service. Nothing went good on the job. If you ask a lot of questions please please use someone else. When my wife or I called for follow up ( there was a lot of that) we felt like we were so bothering them. Cabinet install off by a day and countertop install was 4 days of calling to line up, as as I type they are still not here or called like they said, not sure if we are getting tops today or not. Please please run from themUpdate, 3/29/19. Wrong sink top sent. We decided to take the 500$ break instead of reordering sink top. I am sorry you cant make this up. Worst service ever, no remorse just get it done and move on. Worst service ever.

Terrible. In one word that sums up the experience. We have several rental properties, and had used them in the past, but this last every bit of the transaction was terrible. The salesperson was rude from the beginning, and that is when we should have just left. We proceeded to give detailed instructions because we had our GC picking up the order. When it came to that day, the salesperson wouldnt release the carpet to our GC and refused to call my husband to verify he was the correct person to pick up the order; basically just gave our GC (who is the nicest, non-confrontational man) such a hard time, and he just left. GO TO LOWES!!! Their prices were actually less, and we were sick we didnt shop around more before trusting this terrible business.
