Two weeks to get the initial quote then I asked for a re-quote on a material change. After an email to the owner, a visit to the showroom and 3 follow up calls I’ve come to the realization they are not interested in my business.Total time spent trying to get the re-quote, 6 weeks and STILL DON’T HAVE IT ! Can you say Customer Service?? I’ve moved on!
