I really cant say enough good things about this company! The office girls were very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. The install was completed in a very quick and timely manner. The team did an amazing job in our tight space. They left us the sink cut out which we brought back later to have cut down to top a small cabinet we added afterwards and they did that for us at no charge. Who does that now a days?? I highly recommend this business!!

Beware! No contracts given. Improper and unprofessional installation of an Exotic level of quartzite, purchased at Francini’s. They did damage to other appliances in my kitchen as well. My sink is held up by a 2x4. The overhang standard is 1 1/2 inches, my overhang was different on every piece of stone.

I had a great time working with the installers Joel and Louise. Every situation is different and not all projects work out the you plan, but my wife and I are very pleased with the job you all did. My mother brought a granite countertop from here and upon delivery the workers dropped and broke the granite countertop. They told her that they was taking it back and was going to bring another one out. Well they did return with a countertop, but not telling her it was the same broken one without telling her. Couple days later she realized it and called and they did not want to take responsibility for what they did. Had to keep calling and finally threaten them about taking them to court. She paid over 2000 dollars for the countertop and all they compensated her was the broken countertop that they mended back together and 500 dollars. I would have taken them to court for every dollar I paid for it. I think it is awful customer service and getting over on the elderly. Shame on you!! If you buy something from them check your items carefully!

This company was a pleasure to deal with. So responsive and easy to communicate with. So painless. So well priced. No bogus add-on fees or charges. Good selection. After 6 weeks of spinning our wheels with Lowes we bailed on Lowes and came to Mid Atlantic. Mid Atlantic did the job within 10 days and for about half the cost. We noticed a scratch a few days later. They came right back and buffed it out free of charge - no questions asked. We are very happy with the result and we feel good about what we spent.

Absolutely wonderful people to work with! Did my very large kitchen and I really couldn’t love it more. Albert and Steffanie were perfect professionals. I saved about $2,000 off other local companies and all work is done locally. Save yourself some money but you’ll have to get over needing a fancy office as you won’t find one here.

My husband and I were very pleased with their service and prices compared with other local companies. All of the staff and the owner were pleasant to deal with and were extremely timely with appointments. We had a problem that was rectified to our satisfaction. I wish that I had known that Lorenzo also did kitchen remodels before I contracted with a different remodel company.

Best place in Wilmington to buy countertops. The office is great to work with with a showroom and plenty of selection in the yard. The installer are solid professionals that seem to know what theyre doing with granite. I really enjoy my new granite countertops. Thanks guys

LET THE CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!! WECT NewsWe hired this company @midatlanticcountertop@midatlanticcountertops@midatlanticcountertopsin October 24, 2018 to remove our countertops after we had hurricane damage and paid them to store it. Lorenzo Padilla /Lorenzo Ferrer the Registered Agent for the LLC and owner came along with two other gentlemen to remove them. One piece broke but that can happen and would be an easy fix. They took the countertops to store them. For at least 3 months or more we have been asking about where our counter tops were and no answer. Today Lorenzo tells us well you file a claim and we only counters for 2 months. Im sorry I said but they are ours and we paid you to store them and we were never told a time limit nor does any paper work give a time limit. Furthermore you knew we had extensive damage that would take more than 2 months. I have referred several people to this company but that will cease. I wonder how they were treated. When we said we wanted our storage money back and a credit for our countertops he trues ti tell me what I paid for as if I didnt have my canceled receipt. I said look we dont want to have to go to court we just want our money back and be reimbursed for our missing counters. He said your insurance was filed. Are you serious sir? They still belong to us. Did you use them elsewhere or resell them? He told his receptionist Kenzie he would see us in court. To the court house we went.

The only good things I have to say:1.The selection of granite and marble was good and prices were reasonable2. The young woman in the office (Stephanie) was lovely, although she had only been with the company for a month.The bad:1. installation was a NIGHTMARE! The crew was completely incompetent, ripped off a towel bar, creating a hole in our bathroom walls.2. The silicone sealing was a MESS! See pics3. The installers actually broke the marble garble backsplash, had the audacity to glue it together4. The crew accepted a tip, never mentioning any of the damage! We found it after they left.I did contact Stephanie, sent in pics. She was mortified and profusely apologetic. She sent a crew back to replace the backsplash later that day. I was told they would fix the walls but we just wanted them to fix the backsplash and get out. I was never contacted by the company owner or manager at all. No offer of even $100 refund or any kind of compensation on an almost $2000 job.

Best granite and countertops store.They have great selection of granite, have very good prices, are honest, showed up on time and finish quick.They redo my bathroom, shower, bathtop, countertop, countertop on second bathroom in a week.Did an amazing job and we are very happy and will recommend them to family and friends.
