It was the worst experience I never faced before. I am not recommend Nithin Bokka. Even though if u guys want to go with him u have to check the invoice multiple times and trying to put each and every point even it is minor thing also and don’t pay the amount before he finished the work. We have that experience because we payed all the amount after then he gave suggestions like the remaining work is not a big deal and u guys go with local handyman and they charge some amount, u pay that amount and they will complete. He said when we stared working with him I am not the guy to look for dollar to dollar but he will look for dollar to ….. (I don’t know the least amount to fill there).

The countertop was beautiful!!!!! They installed it nicely and cleanly. And they were super nice! I was a little picky with my colors (only wanted whites, grays and blacks) so they were able to pick a part of the stone that had those colors for me. (I did not want the browns). They communicated via text and phone which was my preference! My husband loved it so much (and he does not give compliments easily) that he said it looks like an adult kitchen! :) Would def go back to them for other projects!

Talk about customer service! First off, they opened their warehouse early for us so we could come and select of granite counter top. Came to our home to assess the install situation and noticed that one wall wasnt quite plumb and so took measuring to new heights. On the day of install their two guys worked magic fitting the counter top perfectly! Their seam work is excellent. Recommend them? Totally YES!

They do decent work at a reasonable price. I recently hired them to put granite counter tops in my kitchen and were very happy with the stone quality. It is beautiful. Recommend hiring a plumber if there is a lot of plumbing work to be done.

I reached nature crafts for my basement bar . They have many options to choose . I got very beautiful white sparkle quartz stone and grey granite . Installation time is very quick ( less than a week ) and very responsible staff . Finally I would say that they did awesome job .

I reached out to them via Facebook and one of the owners reached out to me guiding me in detail the difference between granite, quartz and marble some of the information I did read online but got to learn a lot more. I was leaning towards granite because of what I read online but ended but with marble that looks so beautiful. Thank you guys!

I am very pleased with my new quartzite countertop, its beautiful, didnt know much about quartzite at the time that I was looking for a new countertop, but after seeing it at Naturecrafts warehouse I decided to go for it, the workers came to do the removal and install all in one day, they were very professional and cleaned up good, and my kitchen looks great.
