Bad place to make delivery, they took 6hours to unload.
Saves you $$ on delivery. We live very close by and have a truck to transport any large items we purchase. We a have purchased a lot of furniture from Crate and Barrel so this is such a great option. They are very organized and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes.
Bad place to get a load live!!!! 6+hrs foor loading they just throw it in the trailer!!!! Will never be there for a load again
Its fine... But I cant exactly give it 5 stars. Actually they were very nice there because my salesmen screwed up and didnt tell them when I was coming and they still got my chair set up for me...I just had to wait 5 minutes.
They should edit the description for this location to ensure people don’t think you can buy Crate & Barrel goods here - it’s ONLY pick-up.
