I recently swapped out my gas block on my AR and after doing so was having some cycling issues. Called these guys up and dropped the AR off same day to have them look at. They got it all figured out and fixed up for me quickly. I’m new to the AR platform, mainly own handguns, so I had the gas block on just slightly wrong. Totally my fault but glad they got it fixed and for a very reasonable price. Also was treated with total respect. Joe is the guy that fixed my AR for me, definitely recommend!

Very helpful staff with good selection of firearms. The indoor range is very nice as well. Regardless of skill level the staff have always been available to help when I have been there. The pricing on their selection is some of the best in town.

Great Shop/Range. These guys have been awesome as Ive gone through the process of learning about, training with, and purchasing a handgun for home defense and range practice. Justin was super helpful on my first time in by pointing me in the right direction for a gun suiting my needs, hand size, etc. Devin (sp?) was really friendly in talking to me for a while about stock, ammunition, ranges in area, etc. You could tell he knows stuff. Tony was a blast to do a gun safety/handling class with. Great sense of humor balanced with a strong message of firearm safety and a really positive guy during my first time sending rounds downrange. And of course, my main man Simon who helped me through purchase process. Knowledge for days and he answered any/all questions I had in a really welcoming manner. Through out the entire process, there was never any pressure to buy anything be it training, supplies, or the actual handgun itself. I genuinely felt like the guys at BullZeye want to talk about guns first and if a sale happens....bonus! Start to finish, this has been an excellent experience and I plan on seeing these guys on a regular basis moving forward when life permits range time. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a shop and range in Wilmington and if the owner reads these things, as someone who works in a customer service profession....your guys meet the grade. For years Ive driven market street passed the small Flat roof building and judged it by its cover.Recently, I had a malfunction with my GLOCK 42, the BullZeye staff tested it for free. Short story my GLOCK was perfect it was my grip specifically my thump rubbing against the slide causing the malfunction.Anyways, inside the facility feels very spacious with high ceiling and the range is bright and clean. I used the range and it was not overcrowded with plenty of space between shooters to prep their gear.

Went to the range. Great indoor range. Nice chill staff. Safety is stressed. It states no rapid fire. I practice double and triple taps and they seem fine with it.Good to go with rifles too. Just no AP rounds.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. A great experience all around.

Shockingly Terrible Staff.. Do yourself a favor and read the first sentence again.(To the owner. We will never return and will tell EVERYONE we meet about our experience. Out of all the worthless counter clerks at gun stores, he was BY FAR the worst. He cost you easy money, repeat business and most importantly referrals.)

Excellent service. I went in looking for a pistol and a gentleman who was helping me was very very informative and helpful. I didn’t have to ask any questions he just came out and explained everything and more details than I actually wanted but for someone that actually knows how to do their job and about what they’re selling made me feel really happy with my purchase. The prices are fair everybody is helpful the stores clean and the selection is pretty decent .

I have purchased a pistol from them and practiced at their indoor range. Their staff is honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I also felt that their prices, particularly on the hand gun that I purchased, where very competitive. Would definitely consider buying from them again and will certainly continue to use their indoor range.

The best range in Wilmington. I’ve tried the others but Bullzeye is the go to range in Wilmington if you want a clean, well lit, friendly environment.

This place is really great. The staff is so nice and they took the time to answer any questions. I recommend this range for sure.

Nice indoor range. Staff are nice and knowledgeable. Clean and safe. If youre not a member you have to watch a safety video, even if you have been there before. They have ear muffs, and safety glasses if you dont own a pair. Always fun.

I needed sights for my pistol and Joshua was very helpful and professional. Even though he couldnt assist me at that time he went up and beyond in service to make sure I got what I need. Hes an asset to that establishment and Ill be back there again.

Outstanding customer service. The range here is absolutely the BEST range I have ever visited and the pricing is reasonable too! Amazing selection of handguns, rifles, shotguns, ammo and holsters, accessories. The owner is a superb guy, and the staff does not push a sale like many other stores. Slightly above price on their guns however, and as of this review they are not selling .22LR ammo unless you use it at their range. Other than that, great place!

Best shop in Wilmington. Extremely knowledgeable staff that is just as friendly to beginners as they are seasoned marksmen. Honest and dependable, I needed help with scope purchase and even though they couldnt get the optic I wanted they still spent extensive time explaining what and why regarding optics for AR platform.

I give their new range facility 5 stars - clean, modern, and you can shoot 5.56 there. Also their prices for rage time and accessories are reasonable.The overall 4 star is due to the following reasons;As stated in another review the membership card fee is ridiculous. If you dont purchase one you have to watch their safety video EVERY time. I am retired Army SF, combat veteran, and a certified State Department firearms instructor, so for obvious reasons watching their video after the first time is a big waste of my time and annoying. They have you sign a form (same one every time) - so why cant they keep those forms on file or on a data base so they can see you have watched their safety and range operations video?? Im all for safe shooting of course but the answer is obvious - to make people by a membership. I shoot indoors only occasionally, so a membership for me would be a waste of money.Second - every time I have been in there the owner is sitting in his office and on his computer. I have never seen him out and about mingling with customers, or working the counter. The guys/gals that are working the counter are, however, very friendly and helpful.I quit going to Shooters Choice like many others that come here now, and overall it IS a much better shooting experience. If they just tweeked a few things it would be the best place for indoor shooting in the Wilmington area. I hope they read these reviews:-)

I went in last weekend with no firearm experience whatsoever. I wanted to come in and talk to some of the staff about training and to see if they could answer some of my questions. Ill admit, I was a little afraid going in knowing hardly anything about firearms. However, the staff were very accommodating and treated me with dignity and respect. They were very nice, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. They made me feel like I was a regular customer, and I couldnt be happier. I was so impressed with the store and staff, that I signed up for a 1.5 hour private session with their instructor, who answered every question I asked and even made conversation about guns in general. Ill be back this weekend for the training, and I have a feeling its going to be a great experience!

Great place to go shooting in town, affordable safety oriented and comfortable atmosphere for guys or girls. Joe, the person that walked my girlfriend and I through the rules was friendly and patient even though he was obviously busy. 5 stars

Overall my experience was good. My mother and I went shooting here for some quick fun on the range. It was her first time shooting and the employees were very helpful and very safety oriented, something that should be a standard in this industry and sadly isn’t. Prices are competitive and overall somewhat far and the store and range are nice. Only complaint and the reason for the minus a star is that the range was unbearably cold. I don’t know why but inside the range was so cold that I could see my breath and my hands were trembling. The day we went was fairly cold, but certainly that level of cold in the range can be prevented. I’d recommend going if it’s warm outside or if you plan on wearing a coat and gloves.(Rental gun was fairly clean, a nice surprise as most ranges I’ve gone to this isn’t true.)

If you’re not already a member with them you are treated like a child. Even being a ccw holder there’s no escaping this. Wasn’t able to shoot tonight even though I showed up an hour before closing after driving a half hour to get there. Since I was required to watch a video that’s 10 minutes long on basic gun range safety (which is important) even though I could prove I was sufficiently adequate. Guy behind the counter wasn’t accommodating.

Justin and his staff are super knowledgeable of the weapons and ammunition I bought a glock g19 gen 5 along with a holster and a couple extra magazines oh and the range is super fun!

So this was my first time shooting in a range in a long time. I was a little apprehensive because of that fact, but the staff was friendly to me when I walked in. We watched a quick video which I dont mind..it helped with operating the target system. My ammo was accepted and we bought some targets. the range was extremely clean and looked very professional inside in its entirety. I was very pleased with my experience here and will be going back to continue my target shooting.

Found this place while I was getting my car inspected next door lol. Guys 50 yards (I think)indoors state of the art ventilation target machines and no walking no lets go cold every 5 shots so some idiot can see his scattered shots. One of the top indoor ranges Ive been too only problem I saw yesterday was a lot of knuckleheads in there but once I started shooting everyone stopped and basically was just watching my target. I shoot 3 times a week and I will make the trip from Myrtle to visit again dope spot!

I started going to Bullzeye February 2018 looking to get back to range shooting after many years since last time handling a pistol. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable helping me getting me back to this sport. I eventually became a member and have since purchased two pistols from Bullzeye after first renting several different guns. Very good selection of guns and well trained, experienced staff who are very helpful with all your questions and needs.

Customer service is outstanding. My husband and I were in there yesterday to find a particular item. Unfortunately its not made any more. These guys helped us so much. They spent a little over a half hour making sure they exhausted all options for us. We went to Jims and Shooters Choice and were treated like dirt. Great range! I was greeted by friendly staff as soon as I entered the building. Just watched a video and filled out a paper. Then I got to fire away. Range is price reasonably only $15 hr. Looking forward to coming back.

The only place I go to shoot my guns. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They don’t have a lot of accessories in stock but have a decent amount of pistols.

Shoot some rounds, enjoy some AC, take a moment to talk with the friendly employees, you wont be disappointed here.

Rude staff. Pushy salespeople. Wanted to buy a Walther, clown behind the counter kept trying to get me to buy a Glock. Didnt listen to what I wanted and was annoyed when I didnt buy what he wanted me to buy. I left and spent my money elsewhere. Dont ever recommend this place to anyone.

This was the highlight of my vacation. Im down here for the holidays and have never fired a gun before. I was nervous going in, but everyone was so helpful and kind that I had no problem adjusting. Thank you for helping me find a new hobby!

I have been there at least 1/2 dozen+ times (twice this week alone)...each time I am asked to watch the same 10 minute safety video...or I am given the option by Justin an employee (who recognizes me) to pay an extra $35 to join and then you dont have to watch the video...I dont want to pay extra money so...so he ques up the video which I have no problem with,... and about halfway through I shift my eyes to the gun display cause I am just sick and tired of watch the same dam video 6+ times. Justin tells me that his boss is watching me on the video camera and I need to keep my eyes on the video not the guy display... So reply let me get this straight If I pay $35 extra I dont have to watch it but if I dont pay the Money I must keep my eyes affixed to the TV, Really In what world does that make sense! .. In addition I wanted to buy a sig p365 from them that were soon to arrive Trey the owner wanted a NONREFUNDABLE deposit upfront AND WOULD NOT COMMIT TO PRICE ON THE GUN ...REALLY???. I called another shop they guy said he was expecting he shipment of Sig P365s next week, no deposit needed and agreed to $499 ($100 off) and would call me when it arrives. Trey & Justin, Its too bad you have a nice range there however you just lost a customer for good

Every employee that works here is nothing short of incredible. All are very knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to help you out, the range is also state of the art and incredible.I had issues with my Glock Truglo sights purchased and installed at Bullzeye and they went FAR out of their way to make sure my problems were fixed in a timely manner. Knowledgeable and friendly. Theres a certain condescending vibe I get from most other firearm dealers in town. (With the exception of Port City Guns and Ammo). You wont get that with Bullseye. Buying any firearm is a big decision, and you should be comfortable asking as many questions as you want. Im really looking forward to checking out the range, also. Its a much welcomed alternative to the other range in town.

With my pistol permit i purchased a 9mm pistol on a Saturday and paid for a lesson on Sunday and went to the range.Very helpful group of people from start to finish with everything. 1/13/18..completed the CCW class here also,very informative and great staff here.No photos to share..but top notch people here .

Nice range, helpful staff, good selection. Only thing that’s bad is the safety video that has absolutely nothing to do with safety, just show you how to operate the target.

Once my membership expires I will not be renewing, i was always allowed to shoot my own ammo that i brought in sourced from other stores but today was not the case... told me I could only use there ammo purchased in store ... when all Im shooting is a .380 acp pistol... unacceptable if you ask me!! And when I asked why I was told its policy thats it no explanation nothing not even a list of store policies which tells me all I need to know about you guys and your imaginary rules ... which is stupid bc I buy plenty of guns from here sometimes 3-4 a year being your ammo isnt very fairly priced compared to bulk ammo .. your loss bullzeye I suggest getting your employees together and teaching them all the same policies and have a list of said policies for members to brush up on bc had I known this I never wouldve got a membership to begin with

Range is clean and all the lane trollys work great. Wear long sleeves, cause its cold in there. Pistol and rifle, depending on caliber.

If you want to target shoot just make the short drive to Shooters Choice. You can shoot cheap TUL ammo (pistol only) and they are hassel free. It wouldve cost me $45 (100 rnds 9mm + range fee) to use the range at BullZeye because you cant shoot TUL ammo there. Instead, I took my 100 rnds of TUL ammo, $8, and I was on the range shooting in no time at Shooters Choice....not to mention, there is no video thats required for you to watch which you have to do at BullZeyes EVERY time you shoot, unless your a member.

Good indoor range with automatic target retrieval. A bit pricey for lane rental in comparison to holly shelter range, but bullzeye is much closer.

My goal for going to BullZeye was to buy a new handgun for conceal carry. I have a full size 9mm but it doesnt conceal well. After doing some research I thought the 380 would be a good fit. After browsing for a few minutes one of the men behind the counter came over and asked if he could help. I told him what I was looking for and why. He suggested the Ruger LP at $630. I thought that was a little pricey so he reaches into the display case and pulls out a purple 380 and sort of tosses it on to the counter and says I can sell you this but youre going to get what you pay for. How much is your life worth I though that was a little aggressive and the fact that he spoke loud enough for everyone in the place to hear also made me feel a little uncomfortable. I asked him if the Ruger had a manual safety and explained to him that I currently dont chamber a round in my 9mm because Im not comfortable with just a grip and trigger safety. His response was that I should just go to the hardware store and buy a hammer because thats essentially what I have when no round is chambered in my 9mm. Once again, Im feeling insulted and wondering what kind of sales tactic hes using. We continue to discuss for a little while longer and with every comment or question I make he has an equally condescending/arrogant response. At this point I knew I wasnt buying a gun there unless they gave it to me for free. I noted the price and went to the Wilmington gun show a few weeks later. There I bought the same gun for $360 from an Asheville gun dealer. Imagine that, I save almost $300 dollars. So not only are they arrogant but they are also gouging their customers. PS $15 per hour range time. Up the road their competitor charges $15 for the entire day. Why would anyone go here?

Great range and rifles permitted which is awesome. I think $35 for a ID card is rediculous when most ranges hand them out for free not to mention if you dont WASTE the money on one youll have to watch the safety video every single time even if its your 5th time to the range in one week but the only reason I wont be back is the bald know it all douche bag who is employed there. I feel as if I cannot train properly and comfortably at this range. My third and final encounter with this employee sent me over the edge and I will not be back. According to this employee rapid fire isnt permitted which is understandable due to range safety but apparently accidentally shooting a $0.05* clip for targets is a big enough problem to storm in, grab my firearm that was resting at my lane pointing down range to check it out as Im loading up my gear to leave and tell me that I need to learn how to keep control of my rifle because I shot a target clip LOL. Not to mention I was sighting in my new back up sights at 40 yards (max for this range) and decided it was time to go so I dumped the last ten rounds in my mag and as a result I shot the target clip. The fact that he decided to grab my firearm and proceeded to talk down to me is very unprofessional and uncalled for. He is the reason my business will no longer benefit this range.

It was Kool watch the video I think a lot of people can learn something new each time u watch the video I also think staff was great they kind of looked at me funny because I came in with air riffle but its not ur average air gun 357 Cal,, and BAD AS WITH OUT SUPRESSER OR WITH surpresser its American Air arms SLAYER its great for deer hunting so I figured Id try it at this range since it was raining I have my own range in currie but I give it five stars
