Ted offers great training courses to fit every skill level. He is extremely knowledgeable on all topics that he covers and makes sure that you are as well before the course is over. I highly recommend his training courses not only for the experience that is earned, but also because Ted is a pleasure to have as an instructor. 10/10

Ted is very customer service oriented and goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Very knowledgeable of every aspect of self defense. Only place I will go, is here. Give him a chance, you will not go wrong. I am excited, I just left omega!!!!
