This place is amazing!! Everyday its buy one get one free!! On pretty much everything in the store!! Cant go wrong! All name brand stuff! Great buy!! Very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you I will be back tomorrow to buy more shoes and ship them back home! 💯💋🙏🏽🙌🏽

Everything in the store marked Bogo. I picked out two pairs of sneakers and two crocs.. went to purchase only to find out the sneakers where not Bogo and the Crocs were not Bogo per the cashierEverything in the store was marked BogoSo I decided ok Ill get one pair of sneakers and one pair of Crocs.. only to be told they are not Bogo????So I purchased one pair of sneakers and Im still confused 😕

It was 8:50 and there was people in the store and they wouldnt let me in, on 6/25/2021. And I asked the lady y and she said bc they didnt allow my kind in the store. And then the employees started laughing and pointing at me as I turned around and was walking back towards my car.

This is a very organized shoe store with nice employees that will help you with anything. I got two pairs of converse, and my second pair was half off. Thats a good deal! They have shoes up to size 12. If you have a bigger foot than that, you can shop online, and the deals still apply! Highly suggest this store for your shoe shopping. Oh yeah, they also have socks. 👌👍👟

Rack room shoes is one great place. My daughter ordered a pair of shoes on line, but wrong size. So we went to Rack room shoes an no problem at all. Exchanged them with no problems at all. Great place to get shoes. Something for everyone!!!

Was in the store for over an hour and at no point did a single employee approach me for seeing if I needed assistance finding anything or any kind of help. When walking with four boxes of shoes to the counter the entire staff was just hanging out talking about the temperature of the store and no one offered to help carry the boxes. At the register I wasnt asked did you find everything okay I was just ask cash or card and horrible customer service experience. When I spoke with the manager she was all what we give every client who comes in attention. Which of course was not my experience so I will not be going back and if you are looking for a store thats going to offer help with your purchases or locating what you need do not go here.

My favorite spot to get my summer shoes. I am a fan of Nike flip flops and Bobs...I was able to get all my shoes at one spot. BOGO is always a great deal. Im able to get more for my twin boys with the BOGO deals.
