Good luck calling them if you need something because they never answer the phone, instead of actually helping you they’ll be quick on the draw with “if you go to our website….” and God forbid if you ACTUALLY ask them to check another store for the product you need

I visited this GameStop and, by some miracle, managed to avoiding being crushed by the usual landslide of Funko Pops, so definitely above average.

Couldn’t even enter the store as there was a sign that said “Be back in 15 minutes” Well, I waited around and even killed sometime and they still weren’t back. They are losing business this way.

Staff is great! They are all very knowledgeable and quick to offer advice or directions. They always make sure I am taking advantage of any deals that are out there, and what games are coming out that are my kind of gaming. The manager is great as well. As shown with her amazing staff!

Go for all your game needs or preorders they only carry the new stuff now so if youre looking for any of the older consoles or games you wont find it just a heads up every body hope this helps

Came from Rocky Mount looking for a particular xbox one controller. The guy who helped me was excellent with customer service skills from beginning to end. They didnt have what I wanted in the store but was able to order it. Even apologize for the wait that I thought was quick. Id bypass my local store just bc the customer service was much better at this location. Simply bc they made sure I left with what I came to get. I went the 14th & the controller will be here on the 17th.

She would make Chic-fil-a customer service my pleasure experts piss their pants, and they set the standard. Just when I think I couldnt be anymore impressed, she raises the bar!
