So beyond thrilled!! Not only does the exterior of my Mazda CX-5 look amazing, in its hard to match red, but I was also blown away by the detailing they did on the interior. 🤩🤩 I’m pretty sure the car wasn’t that clean when I bought it brand new! 😂 The office staff were great, too. They kept me updated and were friendly. I HIGHLY recommend!

Picked up my wifes car to find that the techs had removed the plastic fender guards with a SCREWDRIVER. Damaging the guard and scratching the paint. The car still had tape on it and it was filthy. Who uses a screwdriver to remove parts. They did fix it but now the car has more repainted panels on it than it should. Yes, this devalues the car. It was a pain to deal with getting it redone but it was done better the second time. Honestly considered making them pay for the devalue of the 45k car. We will never recommend this shop....A SCREWDRIVER?!?!?!!?!

I am extremely impressed with the work Artistic Auto Body in Wilsonville did on my truck. My truck is 5 years old but it looked brand new when they finished working on it. Also they worked seamlessly with my insurance company and got me in right away. Hands down the best experience I have had at an auto body shop.

I had an awesome experience with Artistic Auto Body in Wilsonville. Not that anyone ever wants to have to send their vehicle to a body shop!My truck had suffered some damage and needed to be repainted. Insurance claim process was easy. Once I made contact with Artistic, they worked around my crazy schedule to setup the estimate. Took literally just minutes, that was sent to the ins. co and I had an appointment shortly after.Super conveniently located next door to them is an Enterprise rental as well, so when I dropped the truck off, I walked next door and had my rental in minutes .Repairs were completed as expected and in a timely manner. The best part of this whole experience was the communication. They asked how I preferred to communicate (I chose text) and I got text updates nearly daily. When there was a slight delay due to the ice and snow, they let me know asap what and when to expect and true to their word, it was done on time.The whole process from start to finish was painless. Staff was awesome and I felt like they wanted my business and I wasnt just another number, etc. IF I ever have to use a body shop again I will definitely go back to Artistic. Without hesitation I would recommend them to family and friends.

Michael was unhelpful. I dont believe he is qualified to do his job. He was actively trying to not get my damages covered by my insurance. Do yourself a service and Choose another place. This was a listed place based off my insurance, I will be suggesting my insurance company USAA not use them based off my experience.

Ive used this shop twice in the past year for 2 different vehicles. The employees are friendly, greet you quickly when you arrive and explain the entire process when dealing with insurance. They handled all the insurance paperwork, reserved a rental car for me and got me checked in for repairs in minutes. The vehicles were ready when promised and the work was top quality. These guys are great! Someone keyed the hood of my car and I filed a claim for the repair. Artistic Autobody was professional, friendly, and quick! Artistic Auto Body fixed my 2000 Honda Accord was damaged by a hit and run driver who was caught. They worked well with my insurance, and did an excellent job.3 months later, my bumper was damaged again by someone who was not caught. Being a 2000 Honda Accord, with only 115,000 miles and still in great shape, I didnt want to have to buy a bumper and possible other part for over $1,000. A gentleman there, (I apologize, that I forgot his name), took my car, drilled a new hole and was able to secure my bumper to my car. Minor scratches still show, but otherwise, my car is great.The amazing thing is that he didnt charge me anything for doing this.I love Artistic Auto Body. Thank you so much.

I would highly recommend Artistic, I dropped my truck at 7am and the truck was done by 4:30. They were courteous and very fast, plus the Enterprise is right next door for a rental, very easy process. As a former claim adjuster who has worked with Artistic on the other side of the claim process, I had nothing but good dealings with them as well.

I came in for a safety check on my car and John took a look, figured out the problem, fixed it immediately and wouldnt charge me. That have great social distancing measures in place for COVID-19.

Brought my car in for a repair after an accident. It was tough to get an appointment because they are busy, but they are worth the wait!Fantastic work that they stand behind. After the fix, I brought the car back because a fender was loose on the collision portion of the vehicle. I thought maybe they forgot to reattach a clip, they hadnt touched the fender but repaired the fender anyway for free. I had another issue with a rear shock, again on the collision portion of the vehicle, I thought maybe they had over tightened the bolt (turned out that a previous shop had used an incorrect nut on the bolt). They assured me that there was no suspension damage from my collision, showed me what the issue with the bolt was and then proceeded to spend a half hour, after hours, getting the bolt undone. Again at no cost to me.They go above and beyond. Extremely happy with the work they do, the car looks fabulous and theyve treated me right.They are not a budget body shop, but the work they do is fabulous.

I just had my vehicle repaired here, and had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely friendly. I had some issues with my insurance and an untimely payment, but they were patient with me throughout the experience. My vehicle looks fantastic now, everything exceeded my expectations. The work was done on time, with paint perfectly matched. When I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out -- better than I left it. We took our car to Artistic based on reviews we got from the Internet and also the recommendation of our dealership. We were not disappointed. Our car had been hit in a parking lot while we were watching a movie. Artistic were able to complete the repairs in one week even though they were busy with lots of accidents caused by the snow. Brought in my new car for repair based on the good reviews. The work was shoddy at best, they replaced the front bumper but it was obviously not aligned well because it wasnt flush with grill. There was some major gapping. I mentioned this to the front desk when I picked up my car. But I was honestly so happy to just get my car back after several months, I didnt press the issue. Now I regret that! Because after a couple of months, the bumper began to come loose. They had guaranteed their work for 1 year, so I brought it back in. Of course now they wont make good on their guarantee. Avoid this place! Poor quality of workmanship.

It was a little bit frustrating having to wait and schedule an appointment to even get an estimate, but seeing how busy they are will make you understand. This place was extremely organized and professional from beginning to end, including detailing the car inside and out. I was extremely pleased with the overall service I received.

This was our fourth visit over the past 10 years to Artistic Auto Body in Wilsonville. Again, we were extremely satisfied with the work performed. One of the reasons we keep coming back is due to the excellent free detail they perform before they return each vehicle. Much better than the detail work we obtain through other professional shops in the area! Now all I have to do is figure out how to come up with minor body damage on an annual basis to take advantage of their detail service. ;-)

Good service, worked with insurance to make my life easier.

I got a new bumper painted here for my car. The color match was on point but the quality of the work was ok. There is overspray on the trim and some specks under the clear coat. I wouldnt say the customer service was the best, for someone spending over $1000 on aesthetics for their car I dont expect the royal treatment but it was certainly uncomfortable and not an experience I would like to go through again.

Life is full of glitches - things that just dont work the way they should, right? My experience with Artistic Auto Body was No Glitches! Brought our van in to be fixed, they explained the process, costs, etc. When it was done, they called us, we went and picked it up, they even did a mini-detail on it, and surprise! -- No Glitches. Had a minor rear ender accident. Took it to Artistic. They handled everything from insurance to getting me the rental. My vehicle was also stalling. So as a bonus the ran the computer and determined that they could fix it. Their attempt was in vain, BUT they sent my vehicle to Tylers Automotive. No charge for the extra work and got it to a great mechanic. Cleaned the inside of my Vehicle and it looks like nothing happened at all. Great service. If your cars in a wreck, check Artistic first.

Unfortunately I have had to take my car in twice in the past two years for repair. But artistic autobody made the experience very pleasant and even put me into a rental next door. I was trepidatious but felt they were really on my side.

The cosmetic repair was good but when I received my car theyre was a warning light saying my license bulb was dead. They said they tried to fix it but they didnt have any on hand .I said okay its just a bulb so i replaced it but it didnt work I then took it to my mechanic and it turned out whoever repaired my vehicle had got water onto the housing and fried it. I now need to pay more to get new wiring! Extremely upsetUpdate: I took it back and they fixed this for me free of charge. It wasnt wiring but a simple fix. Thanks

I was involved in a collision on 4/4/17. The other driver illegally changed lanes in an intersection and hit my car.I took my 2011 Nissan Rogue to Artistic Autobody in Wilsonville on 4/10/17. Don was very thorough and described the process well. I received calls from them notifying me of any updates and an estimated timeline for my vehicle repairs. My vehicle repairs were completed on 4/13/17 but I was unable to pick it up until the 14th which was no problem for them.I picked up my vehicle today and I cant even tell where the damage was. They even detailed my car and left me some extra touch-up paint!Its rare to find a business that provides excellent customer service and even rarer to find one that goes beyond normal expectations.Thanks Artistic Autobody crew, and thank you Don!
