Contacted Luke about a paint job for my 2000 Tundra. My trucks’ clear coat was gone on all upper surfaces and other sun damage from life in the desert southwest.He gave a quote and detailed what their service would provide. He was clear what to expect and and gave me a lot of confidence my truck would look fantastic. He kept me informed on its progress and provide pictures during the process when I requested them! I am very, very satisfied with the outcome!. Excellent finish, no orange peel, no blemishes in their paint job. If I need further work done, they will be my first call! I filled out my info and pictures for an online estimate on a sunday night. Luke called me that monday morning at 830 and gave me the best quote out of other body shops in the local area. I told him I was interested but wanted to get quotes from a couple other places, he heard me and knew what people go through to find the right fit for someone to work on their car. He was extremely professional and personal and even gave me some advice on what to look our for.After getting some atrocious quotes from other places I gave them a call back and brought it in and while Luke was at lunch one of the auto body techs was still able to handle the situation and get the ball rolling for us. Even when caught off guard, he still kept his focus on getting the customer taken care of in a professional manner.They kept me updated on repair progress and got a really quick turn around time. The repair was done really well and they matched the paint and orange peel perfectly with the oem paint.I am really impressed with the teams performance from the actual repair to customer interaction and transparency.Dont be a dummy, just get your car fixed here.Thanks again to Luke and his team for taking care of my vehicle and myself!

They did not have time for me and honestly told me so. Recommended others who take care of me fairly. Ken is super nice guy and very honest.

This place is a complete joke! Demanded $12,000 to release our company vehicle. Stated our insurance had not paid them yet and if we wanted our vehicle back we needed to pay them cash and take it up with the insurance company. Created a huge hassle for us. Absolutely would not recommend.
