I needed a fender replaced on my Subaru, and spent several days getting quotes from many different body shops. I was a bit hesitant to check out Baha at first, mainly because the reviews were few and far between. But they were just a mile away from my house, so I decided to give them a shot. And Im so glad I finally did! I just picked my car up this evening, and I couldnt be happier. Even the first appointment, when just getting a quote, their customer service was several levels above every other place I had been. The owner and his employees were super nice and very real, and I didnt at all get the feeling that they were just trying to make a sale. The quote was a little cheaper than the other places I had been, so thats also a bonus. The biggest thing for me was their honesty. I had a few paint chips that I had asked about being touched up at all the other places, and was told that I would need to just completely replace the parts that were chipped, and that the labor to do so would add quite a bit $$$ to the total. However, at Baha, the owner was able to just touch them up with paint with no problem. My car was finished in a good time frame, at a very reasonable cost, and it looks perfect. They may be located a bit further out, but it is 100% worth it to come here. Ill definitely be returning for any future body work I need done!

My experiences with Baha over the years has been nothing short of amazing. My family and I have been customers of theirs for years and their work is always phenomenal and on time.Theyre so kind, patient and understanding. They never once made me feel inadequate because I didnt understand something and actually took the time to explain things so I could understand.They really try to work with you to the best of their abilities and I never once felt like they were overcharging, out to screw me over or nasty in any way.It really is a wonderful family owned business that Im happy to support. Ive referred many people to them whove also had stellar results as well.I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done! You wont be disappointed!However I AM disappointed in the negative review that was left by John. Yes, its a small family owned business and someone isnt always available to answer their phone because obviously theyre working their tails off to finish the work they currently have. Thats not an uncommon occurrence with small shops of any kind. Theyre only human.Honestly Vahe and his employees are by far some of the absolute sweetest and kind-hearted people in the business and just in general. Its a great group of people doing more than quality work with great attitudes.My guess is Mr. Grumpy Gills John over here most likely came in with a sassy attitude in the first place because theyre literally the nicest group of guys. Its a pity to see someone who had one slightly negative interaction be so nasty and rude to people who have been nothing but kind and generous to countless others.Also just to throw this out there as far as Im aware the only reason why theyre now working out of their home shop is because trimet booted them from their last shop downtown because of a new max line they put in but either way does that really matter or make a difference in their impeccable quality of work? Not in the slightest.

I have never left a review before, but if anyone should get 5 stars, it is these guys. They have helped me with my car multiple times now and are super helpful, kind, honest, and their prices are beyond fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car.
