There is a lack of communication that is easily disguised as them trying to exploit you. They dont tell you the cost of repairs but they will repair it and demand compensation after.I would go to a local mom and pop shop for repairs than here. You can get your warranty stuff taken care of for your KIA, just dont expect anything else to be fair.Johnsons 2 is a preferred alternative than this place, especially for brakes and Butiners Tires is down the road and they are better priced than here.Enjoy the free advice.

This ones for the service department:Oil pressure light came on half-way through my memorial day road-trip and I had to leave the car with Parsons. The next business day they prioritized my issue and was able to get me back on the road that day. Thankfully, it was only a broken oil pressure sensor.

We bought a car from Matt Herman and I have to say it was the easiest and fastest car buying experience ever. He wasnt pushy and didnt make us feel bad when we left to check out one more dealership. He mentioned being there for us when we got the car and even after. Sure enough we saw a minor scratch on our new car the morning after we got it and he helped us get it taken care of immediately with no questions asked. I have dealt with other dealers in my 52 yrs and I even worked for a dealer while in school and learned a bit about the business. And 1 thing Im not a fan of is dealers and getting either a certified used or new vehicle but understand its part of life. I must say I give my salesman a 15 out of 10. Mile Compton was very professional and easy to deal with. He wasnt pushing for a sale and he has been a mechanic for kia prior to sales. He know the cars inside and out. I did shop at other dealers and Parsons worked the best for me and made the best of the sales experience and getting a very nice certified sorento. Sales management along with office staff and service department are very friendly and very easy to deal with. I do enjoy dealing with small town dealers vers the large high pushing dealers. Now maybe you wont get the same feeling as me but Im very satisfied and all the extra time Mike took with the sale and im extremely satisfied and im very thankful.

We were stuck in an emergency situation, with a tight time frame on a holiday weekend 6 hours away fromOur home in NY during the covid19 pandemic. I’m updating this review as of December 2020. My review stays the same regarding excellent vehicles and service. However - NO ONE WEARS MASKS! We are in the worst part of the COVID-19 pandemic. I’m waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and a girl working the service desk is not wearing a mask, the main receptionist is not wearing a mask, sales people sitting at desks in the open showroom are not wearing masks. There is an order from the Governor at this time mandating masks be worn. I am very disappointed to see that this dealership is not strictly enforcing the rules to protect the public.Parsons Kia sells the best vehicles - Ive had several Kias and have never had a bad experience with one. The sales staff dont pressure you when you buy a vehicle and the Service Department is great. Always friendly, respectful and they fix things right the first time. Ive been a customer for over a decade and will continue to be a customer.

I took my 2020 Telluride SX in for an oil change. They gave me a loaner to run errands that was dirty, I asked for another one and it was slightly less dirty. Premium vehicles deserve premium dealership experiences.

Although we did not purchase our 2016 KIA Sorento there due to absolutely no interest in negotiating, weve had all our service work performed there except the very first one which was done at the dealership we bought it from. The service department has been great to work with so far. We havent had any major issues, but we will continue to get it serviced there.4 stars due to the first attempt to purchase a car there.
I am from Jersey and had blown an oil sensor about a month ago and had them fix it$16.00 Piece and it cost$350.00 in labor. Cheaper than what it would have been in Jersey and their service department was great. Friendly and fast.So last week I was in the area and had them check my front left tire as it had been making a noise. Turns out my alignment was way off. They took me right in and was done in about 1 1/2 hrs.You get a coupon for a free car wash that is good until December 2019. I will save it for when I am passing by in the future. I dropped my car off last Tuesday to have an exhaust leak fixed. I was told it would take a day or two to repair and was given a rental vehicle. It has now been a week since I dropped my car off and it has yet to be fixed. My fiancé called last Thursday for an update and was told that I would be contacted and given one... Yet again, my fiancé reached out this morning (a week after dropping my car off) to get a status update and NO ONE HAS ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME. So this afternoon I reached out myself to get some sort of answer on the status. I understand that stuff happens and things come up but it is a company’s responsibility to keep their customers updated/informed throughout the process. To top this all off, they gave me a rental with “Parson’s Kia” written all over it. Why should I be doing free advertising for a company that has been stringing me along and leaving me in the dark? Communication is literally obsolete here. This is the second time I’ve had work done here to my vehicle within the last 2 years and I can say it will definitely be the last time I take my car there.
We recently visited to look at the Sedona. We worked with Sam who was honest, knowledgeable, and polite. She listened more than talked and assessed our needs to make a recommendation on the best model for us. It was a refreshing experience to work with someone who understands that the short term approach to sales may be the classic pushy ABC, but the long term approach and path to repeat customers is building relationships.
I give it a three because the sales are good their willing to work with you BUT the service after purchasing a vehicle SUCKS!! The shop is awful and the GM NEEDS to do something about it. None of them really know what they are doing and having a good shop means a lot to a buyer!!!Also the sales man brad is awesome and is point blank sexy! Id take him over the car any day ;-)
Recently purchased a 2018 Optima for this dealership. We worked with Stevie as our sales person. We were not convinced that a Kia was the car for us but after some time at the dealership and a few hours to think it over we went back and closed the deal. One of the influencing factors was how easy and low pressure the dealership was to work with. Highly recommend.

Gil Bayles was our sales person. This was one of the best sales experience Ive ever had. The pressure of buying a new car can sometimes be overwhelming. Gil did a fantastic job of not only providing us with answers to all of our questions, but also did not pressure us into something we were not ready for, or more than we could afford. He was very knowledgeable about the products and services provided by KIA which left us with very few questions to ask. He listened to what we wanted and didnt want, and then with absolute professionalism coupled with impeccable manners provided us with confidence that we not only found the best sales person for us and the best product for us. About 2 years ago I purchased a 2006 Saturn Ion from Parsons with assistance from the wonderful Susan Hobbs. 2 years later, (a week ago) I totaled that Saturn. I then returned to Parsons to get a new car because I knew they would be able to help me. Susan once again did an amazing job, and got me the perfect car, and even did some magic and got the car I wanted in my price range. 5 Stars to all at Parsons Kia!
I bought a car at Parsons KIA in Winchester Va had a good experience until today. My daughter and I went in with a car budget for her. I stated upfront the price point. Sales guy asked what monthly payment... I stated a price again. She needed to finance; I knew at 21 she would need a cosigner... But let her do the paperwork herself. Soooo sales come back and say she needs a cosigner - I would have cosigned.... BUT when I asked what cars were in her price range he ignored the price I gave him and went back to payments - when I stated I wanted to focus on price he said - BRING HIM A QUALIFIED BUYER and he would talk to them... In other words my daughter wasnt GOOD ENOUGH for this dealer... I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. BUYER beware! I spoke to the manager and this SALES person literally laughed at me when I stated I could cosign as I have great credit - as if I was a street urchin! I own a successful company - have great credit, and work damn hard for all I have. This place does not deserve my money.... Or yours. DO NOT go to PARSONS KIA.
Went their with an illuminated engine light as I was passing through. They diagnosed a major problem, got me a rental car and are currently fixing my car. Awesome.
Literally terrible. The sales department might be good, but the auto service department tried screwing me over big time.I went in to get an inspection done and they tried telling me my repairs would cost me 2500 dollars. Afterwards, I got a 2nd opinion from a mom/pop shop and they told me they didnt agree with most of the repairs included in their quote and that I only needed one thing replaced that would cost me roughly 150 dollars.Does the individual that looked at my car even have a conscience?No.

The process was no-nonsense and the deal was quickly put together including financing and a trade. After some very negative experiences trying to lease with other car dealers, I made a call to Parsons Kia. I spoke with Ray, and over the phone I laid out my credit situation and the financial parameters with which I was comfortable. He assured me that we could work out a lease on a Sorrento, and I made an appointment to come in. When I arrived at the dealership, I was happily relieved to find NO last minute finagling, changes, or unpleasant surprises. Parsons went above and beyond to ensure that our lease agreement was completed as smoothly as possible. Without exception the staff members were genial and helpful, and Im very happy with our beautiful new car.

Not a huge fan of giving your car keys to the sales rep and then finding out that they moved it to the other side of the lot and checked it while you were test driving one of theirs. First time thats ever happened, and that was the only place out of 5 lots we visited who thought it was normal practice. Sorry, that creates a sense of distrust immediately. Also, lose the commission breath. I understand that you sell cars to make a living, but not everyone has to hear every false deal that day. Its ok to be told no.
Took my Optima in for a recall check. The staff was very helpful. I was a walk in so didnt know if they could get me in. Within 2 mins of being their they got my car in and checked everything passed and I got an oil change.
Same thing every time I take my car for routine maintenance, they always impress me. I had a first thing drop-off appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, BAM! done in an hour, they called me at like 9:01am to tell me they were done. I wasnt suppose to pick the car up until noon. Love this place.

From MATTHEW HERMAN in sales, DAVID JONES sales manager, to GIL BAYLES used car sales manager. I test drove a used van which had an air bag light on which I knew was due to a dead battery. I was told they would fix and give me a call next day in which they did but said it was NOT FOR SALE anymore because of the issue and I told them it was most likely the battery but they said there were more issues.. I came in, in person for 4 nights straight trying to buy this van and got the run around that they were sending to auction because to expensive for them to fix but I could talk to this person or that person who wasnt in at the moment.. Finally, today I take off work early to speak with used car manager just to get there and for him to tell me they SOLD IT to someone else!! Come to find out they decided to hold it for a co-workers friend or family member that got scared because it finally had a buyer (Me)! Ive been in the car business for almost 10 years and have never seen anything this dishonest! and ILLEGAL!! I WARN YOU! Do not support this dishonest business! I can only imagine how their service department operates..
I came in to Parsons, not sure which direction I wanted to go in, car or SUV. Jim helped me and he let me test drive the Optima and the Sportage, which were the 2 vehicles I was interested in. He was very attentive and willing to help me out as much as possible. I went ahead and bought a 2013 Kia Optima. Love the car! I recommend Parsons and go see Jim if you stop by!

If I could rate a negative I would!!! My family has purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership in the past 6 year. Took my car in for repair only to get it back damaged. They have refused to admit fault, but have offer to pay half of a $700 repair. If your 100% confident that your not at fault why would you be so quick to pay half? Completely dissatisfied with there custom service!!! Now I have to pay to fix the damage they created. Thank you parsons kia!!!
I took my grandmother s car 2017 kia sportage when i picked it up it was 1900 they didnt call and tell us how can it cost that much the car has a 10 year warranty im shocked they wouldnot call ahead of time to let us know this was about six months ago this dealership is the biggest rip off

Best Buying experience of any vehicle we have ever had!! We have bought 29 cars over the years thats a lot of sales people but none could compare to Stevie. Stevie Kremer was like a second Pap to my 17 year old daughter when she was trying to decide and helping her buy. They went out on a test drive together he sat and talked ---talked like a father not a salesperson to her. Stevie helped her decide between a car or a sport utility he gave ALL the pros/cons all the maintenence and gas mileage. Even went back to service with her to talk to them. STEVIE you went above and beyond . I knew he would take good care of her, her dad had to work and we kept calling for his advice, Stevie knew it was hard for us so he spent all the extra time with us. Even went back and got a better deal when the deal was already great because the kid needed more off. I just cant keep saying enough good things about him and everyone else there the sales manager the general manager the service people even the guy that did our paperwork was just incredible nice. Never was there ANY pressure to buy it made the experience so enjoyable. You have earned our business for in the future and I cant thank you enough for helping my daughter.

I am in the market for a new vehicle and replace my old Sorento. I went into Parsons Kia to look at the current models just after noon today. The receptionist was not at the desk (not a big deal) but I was left looking through the showroom for 15 minutes by myself. I was opening doors and looking in the vehicles inside the showroom and reading the stickers. I had a couple of sales people look at me and then just walk outside to smoke and have a conversation. There was also a young lady who was working there that saw me but just continued to text on her phone. After being completely ignored (except for a couple of glances) I figured either they just dont care or Sales Customer Service is really bad. So, I left. The only reason this is not 1 star is because the repair area is actually pretty good (I have used it in the past). Time for me to drive to another dealership and look at vehicles.
