Today i went to this Advanced Auto and asked the CSR if he could help me with a fuse since i couldnt get it out. I was told, We dont have that service. So i told him thats okay Ill go to Auto Zone, i know theyll help me there. Thats what i get for going somewhere convenient instead of where i normally go. 👎BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! ALL props to AUTO ZONE! They went above and beyond. They found the correct fuse.

Never dissapoints. Always clean and well lighted. Helpful staff and seem to have whatever is needed, and appropriate advice. Allow minor repairs in parking lot.

The only thing I dont like from the store on Berryville is when in line. The customer jumps in front of customers that have already been standing there for sometime and the associate will take that person. They dont say oh this person was before you until I say something.

Had parts prdered and sent to my place of business and ended up with a gas cap I didnt order and than come to find out they sent me the wrong parts after recievig specific numbers of the specified parts I than return the next day to pick up the items that needed to be re ordered justbto find out they semd one right and one wrong than Im told the gaskets ordered will be available tuesday of next week now I am sitting around waiting for parts they shoulda had in the first place not to mention the fact no one informs me that the fluid I ordered is obsolete so qith that said only a select few old employees know what theyre doing stop hiring these bookworms and let the ones who know what theyre talking about keep there jobs
