I love my Subaru dealer. They are quick and very efficient. Waiting isnt a bad deal either. There waiting room is very comfortable.
Everyone seemed happy at their job when I first walked up to the counters, I met with Mandy and Cindy both very pleasant and realIt would look forward to working with them and working at Winchester Subaru, I really feel this would be a perfect fit
Awsome service and they washed my car!!
Went to a few dealers looking at cars. Mostly Subaru but I also checked out the CR-V and Kia Sorento. Almost unfair to score off the car because the second I sat in the Outback I was done. But I had contacted several dealerships and Subaru of Winchester was, by far, the easiest and most pressure free people to deal with. Particularly Duncan, he put up with all my questions and changing my mind a couple times. I know at the end of the day, they want to sell a car of course, but I didnt feel overly pressured to make a decision on the spot that I might regret later. Duncan gave me comparisons and let me mull it over. He kept in touch without being pushy. Something I cannot say for other area dealers. The actual buying process was a breeze. I almost didnt buy the car just because I didnt want to go through the usual nightmare of buying a car. Got none of that. Upsell pitches were straightforward and he let me look over exactly what was being offered. If I said no, he moved on. I was in and out in around 90 minutes.Very pleasant. Good group of people there.Plus, they work with Costcos price program! The Outback is a fantastic vehicle.
