The man that owns Specialty Auto (John Kimbrell)isnt who he portrays himself to be. He is dishonest.greedy and really doesnt know as much as he claims. Take my advice and take your car somewhere else. He will not take responsibility for nothing he does wrong so to avoid a bigger problem than you got take your car to another auto shop
