They were, excellent!! We were coming up the highway and my husband called them to see if they could take a look at it for us and Paul said he can take a look at it and to bring it right in. They were able to tell us exactly what is wrong with it. We really appreciate all these mens help. They even said they would stay open late for us to help us out. Thank you so very much for everything!!!!

I had an AC issue that needed to be fixed ASAP because I was going on the road. I called them because they are five star rated and they had me bring it in right away. They called me that afternoon and told me it would not be ready until the next day because of parts availability. The communications was excellent and the work was high-quality.

I have gone to 5 different places to get my car fixed and I was super stressed about my car. The owner here seriously could not have been nicer. They couldn’t find the wheel lock to my tires and he drove over to a tire place just to get the lock so he could fix my car that day because it wasn’t safe to drive. They have super affordable places and I have never seen such genuine people. Definitely a place you can trust!!!

Paul and team are great. I found them rather serendipitously but will definitely be back for any auto work. He fit me in the next day, listened to my problems carefully, was fiscally conservative in diagnosing issues, explained everything they’d be doing thoroughly, and is genuinely lovely to interact with. It was a 180 from other automotive repair shops I’ve taken my vehicle. Highly recommended!

I reached out to Valley and left a message. They gave me a call right back and I spoke with Paul. I unfortunately needed transmission repair work. Paul took the time to explain how things worked the cost involved and even assisted me in research to reduce cost. I didnt end up moving forward with the work but if you want someone to work with you and help you understand whats going on with your vehicle. I would direct you to Paul at Valley.

Stopped by on a friends recommendation and glad I did!!! The guy working was AWESOME !!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. He knew right away what was wrong with my van! Went to work fast and even tho the parts people brought the wrong part, it didnt take him long to have my van running tip top. And he was VERY REASONABLE with their prices! Im very happy with the service I received. Will be returning for any and all my maintenance problems on my van!!!

TL;DR A great experience all around. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is good.With my vehicles 100K warranty coming up on expiration, I took my truck in for an oil change and routine maintenance. To my surprise (not really) the work that the dealer shop recommended resulted in a quote of almost $3K. HA! Because we all have that laying around, right?Anyways, I opted to take it to Valley Automotive, and the pricing was much more reasonable. But, I was still in and out same day and saved myself a couple hundred dollars. They also advised me on what services I could hold off on doing to save some money. All of my questions were answered, and the guys were very genuine. Ill be bringing my truck back here for future work.If you need some work done and are searching for a shop that wont scalp you, its worth giving Valley a chance.
