All the staff were very friendly, patient and willing to take time to ensure I got the vehicle that was the best fit for me. Scott is so funny and made me laugh lol making the experience even more fun. The prices are unbeatable!! And being the perfectionist that I am I did my research. (downside is Im still getting calls from the >10 dealer I called to compare but whatever). The vehicles are very well kept and I dont know how they shine so much but they do. No issues since driving out the lot and its about a month now. I only visited Beyer for about 5 hours and theyve already become family. Recommended!!

My fiancé and I decided it was time to get buy her first new car. We spent a week juggling phone calls and emails between dealers.These guys were understanding of the communications mess and worked with us to get the best deal possible.We were in and out of the dealership in an hour without having to discuss numbers for a second (we live in DC and had negotiated prior).They did not try to lump in and other extras without specifically asking. As scary as car buying can be, as long as you are completely candid and honest with them, you will be treated well. You don’t have to have your guard up.

Phillip did a great job explaining all the features of the Mazda3. He took us on a variety of roads so that we could see how the car performed. The price was better than any of the others near Ashburn. It was clean and waiting for us at the appointment time. We brought our own financing, so that part was easy.

Quick and easy. Fastest I have ever purchased a car. I had a price from another dealer and they honored the price I had no question. I was expecting some games, but that did not happen. Phil Joy and Dave were great as well as the finance guy. I was in and out in about 1.5 hrs and that even included driving the car for 15 min. I had a specific config I was looking for and Phil texted me as soon as it rolled of the truck. Would definitely recommend.

I was dreading the whole car buying experience, the researching, the hours you have to spend at the dealer and...the haggling. But my experience here exceeded my expectations.Having done most of the research online, I had a car and price point in mind. Emilee was the salesperson I dealt with and she answered any of the questions I had. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She kept in contact with me throughout the whole process.The price was right in range with what I expected and they were willing to make things work. Their trade values were right in line/slightly more than expected. No real surprises on either pricing.The purchasing process went by quicker than I expected. I was in and out in, maybe, 2 hours. All in all a good experience for what is usually a painful, time consuming process.

We were looking for a CX9 and got an internet quote from Phil. Took a chance and drove from Gainesville out to Winchester to see the car. He was great! Their price was so competitive and he was so knowledgeable. We’ve bought multiple cars in the 20 years since I’ve been driving but this was the easiest car buying experience ever. No hard sell of unwanted ad-ons. No making us sit around for hours and hours. We had a really great experience and I would 100% recommend more Northern VA people take a drive for a good deal and excellent customer service.
My car was taken in for service at the time for which I had made an appointment. After diagnosing the problem and realizing that my car would not be ready for several hours the Service Rep provided me with a loaner. The repair was made promptly and I was notified my car was ready for pick-up. I liked the ability to pay on line so that when I arrived I was handed the key and a copy of the repair receipt with no delay.
I had my car inspected. It passed but they called and said my back brakes were going bad and they would replace them for $550.00. I told them the brakes were new and it wasn’t possible. I get my car and have them checked and TWO places who said that the breaks looked brand new and were perfectly fine. Beware.
5 Star. No problems at all. Quick and painless. High marks for the sales manager Dave Vincent was great as was Phil Joy. This is the second vehicle we have bought from them in the past year. They have also beat every other price we were able to find.

Incredibly friendly staff. Offered a car if I had to leave mine for service. Comfortable waiting area. Mechanic took the time to explain things to me directly. Very impressed. This is the first Mazda I have owned and I am pleased with the car from Beyer and the service I have received so far.
They were great, needed to do my VA safety inspection that was expired without me realizing it. I was able to get in the same day I noticed I needed it done and it only took about 40 minutes from drop off to pulling out of the lot. Plus it was complimentary since it was a Mazda being inspected at Mazda which never hurts!

Totally awesome car buying experience. Helped my 73 YO MIL find a new car after her 13 year old Camry was getting a little long in the tooth. She had never considered Mazda but I had her take a look. She’s thrilled with her car and I’m thrilled with how the entire sales staff treated her. No surprises, no snake oil or silly pressure tactics, just nice people. She had a slight problem after the sale and they jumped all over it. Cannot recommend the car buying experience enough from Beyer Mazda. Hopefully we never need service but I feel pretty good about how they’ll treat her if an issue ever arises.
Excellent and specific feedback during the wait for regular maintenance. I did not feel pressured to do any additional maintenance which was certainly a pleasure. I will definitely use them again.

Ive always had a good experience with taking my car here. Ive been going here since I bought my Mazda years ago. The service manager is very friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time is normal compared to other places. I have never had any issues and will continue to use this dealership for my service needs!
Best experience ever. They took amazing care of me when I had to unfortunately trade in my 370z for a larger vehicle and cheaper payments. Would recommend them to literally everyone. Treated me like I was family.
Friendly. They sold me on buy 3 tires get one for a $1. Went to check out and they “forgot” to give me the deal. Tire pressure warning light went on a few days later - they forgot to reset. Car vibrates at 60 mph- the expert wheel balance was not too precise. Car is still under warranty and the battery is cracked and leaking - no prorated battery warranty $250 for another quality Mazda battery- instead went to Costco and bought an Interstate Battery for $90 with a 36mo warranty. On the upside they gave me a no cost loaner - new CX-30.
As always, the staff at Beyer Mazda/Volvo have treated me kindly and with respect. They took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and 30k checkup and they had my car back to me with a few hours. I will be returning for business, maybe even for another new Mazda in the near future.

In September, I visited Don Beyer Mazda in Winchester in regard to a touch screen warranty extension on the Mazda3 model. I was advised upon their confirming that the vehicle did in fact have the problem as described in the letter that there was a back-order on the replacements as they (Mazda USA) had not anticipated the number of vehicles that would have the issue that was notified out. I called back a couple months later, and was advised that there was still a back-order and they were looking at possible repair options. Fast forward to Febraury, I have called this dealer three more times, and was told theyd leave a message for the service advisor or transferred to a voicemail, and have not been called back. I honestly think this sounds like Mazda is trying to let the problem sit past the time they said theyd honor it, and was very dissatisfied about the lack of call back from this dealership. I have since happily traded my Mazda 3 for a Subaru. Best of luck to you all and best of luck to anyone else unfortunate enough to deal with the touchscreen issue that Mazda3 models issued from 2014-16 seem to have had, I do NOT miss dealing with it at all.

This is the only time I can really say, this was the most pleasant experience I ever had buying a new car. The paperwork DID NOT take hours we had already picked out a car that we wanted. We were greeted when we arrived by Brandon who showed it to my Husband and I the car took it for a test drive and were driving away in our new car in less than 2 hours. Yes, I did say 2 hours. there was no waiting for someone to get the papers or waiting for something to print.
