I went there today not sure of what the outcome would be. Car buying is normally always such a hassle. I had the complete opposite experience. Mark was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we got on the lot. He answered all of my questions and made the process very simple and quick compared to the hours I have spent at car dealerships before. I love the car I chose and it’s even better to know that they stand behind their cars. They will do everything they can to get you the car you want/need. Mark was very down to earth and when I mentioned a couple things that I had issues with about the car he called the owner and said we will take care of it. The owner even made sure it was put in writing! Truly an amazing experience. I highly recommend CarsRus for your car needs!
