I have purchased 2 vehicles from Gasoline Alley. My son has purchased one as well my brother. Both my exploror and my truck are still on the road after five years without any major problems.

This review is way overdue. However, I owe it to these guys. We were going to trade in our escape to buy an explorer they had. Once we started to move the kids car seats over to the explorer to take it home we realized that it did not have the room that we thought it did. They were not the least little bit pushy at all and we’re completely fine with us putting the car seats back into our escape and not buying the explore after we had already made the deal! Previously about seven years ago my wife bought a car there and a week or two later it was having some issues. She took the vehicle back to them and they fixed it very quickly. This is a very good very honest dealer and would recommend it to anyone!

So i thought i found a vehical i was going to purchase and drive 6 hour to make my final decision. Of spending approximately 15,000 dollars. The dealer employee Carl kept pushing for me to purchase the vehical sight unsold. To ensure that i wouldwnt have the vehical sold out from under me. Kept telling me i have an hour to approve my loan through my bank. I was even capable of putting it on my credit card. But it would be nice to not Incure an extra 500 dollar processing fee. Otherwise its staying on the market! If a person has money available to purchase something... And the simple request of inspecting the 15,000 dollar purchase.but instead carl is more concerned with selling immediately. if im driving 6 hours to come look at and purchase a 15,000 dollar vehical. I reserve this right to check my product out before payment. (Carl, said no,i dont have the right to go through it) exact quote from Carls mouth. Then i hung up the phone. And wont deal with such ignorance. Ive lost total interest in dealers that operates like this! he can keep it for sale until i pay for it! Well if im driving 6 hours and renting a car to purchase it.only i would be incuring expenses and 12 hours of my time wasted if the vehical wasent what they claimed it to be. Any decent human being would hold a vehical to allow the customer to decide if they want to make the purchase! And give me a chance to get there! I would highly suggest avoiding this car dealership. At all costs... And them trying to force the sale down my throat with trying to make us pay extra fees. To expedite the money for them was beyond insulting and rediculiois! So buyer beware!!! At gasoline alley! There not interested in being professional at all and arent working to get there customers any sort of deal! There only interested in running prices up as high as possible... And are the most unprofession place i have ever delt with. Very disappointed! And i hope they arent in business much longer! Car dealers that push like this tipically are sell vehicles with issues they dont want you to know about... Thats why they push so hard for the sale. The used car industry is a buyer beware market... So always keep this in mind when a used car dealer is trying to cram the sale down your throat!

This is the second purchase this year with salesman Rocky Roach. My son and his new wife needed something affordable and dependable as they start their life together. He also needed peace of mind as he will deploy again next month with the Marines. Both times Rocky jumped right on it and made it happen. Were all happy with the Expedition and Explorer. I bought a 2002 Toyota 4Runner on January 3 2021 and today’s day March 2nd didn’t received the title. This vehicle is extremely bad conditions full of rust and they re paint to covered the poor condition. I tried to reach them several times and always give me excuses. I tried to re sell this piece of JUNK but I can’t do it because I do not received any documentation.The best excuse for KIMBERLY ROBEY is that? I called you 14 (See Picture) times on March 2 and you never answer to resolve my issue with the title, which by the way Im still waiting.My recommendation DO NOT DO BUSSINES WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Customer service is hard to come by these days, but these guys have it down!!! I wish that I could give Scott Riley and Amy 6 STARS.I drove 1.5 hours to look at a low mileage Jeep. Once I got there, I met Scott Riley (he was the most honest and friendly auto salesperson that I have ever met).He informed me that the Jeep did not have AC, and while I thought no big deal, he highly encouraged me to reconsider. We drove it anyways since it had mud tires, which he said would be very loud. He was totally right, it was super loud, and hot - even with the breeze.He had another Jeep with all-terrain tires and AC, in the same color, but I didnt like the wheels on it. I asked him if he could get the other wheels, fix a brake light, inspect and do emissions - his answer was no problem...Scott, did everything that I asked, and kept me informed through the entire process (great communication). The kicker is that he met me in Northern VA to finalize the deal, and deliver the Jeep since I didnt want to take a 1.5 hour uber back to the dealership.GREAT JOB SCOTT!!!Jason Schneider

I went to gasoline alley looking for a gas saving car. My salesman Scott was super nice and helpful on my car purchase. Im very happy and pleased with the way I was treated. Most places take advantage of a young female first time buyer but Scott didnt. He listened to what I was looking for. Did what he could you help me get a car today. Four and a half stars. You never know what you are going to get, especially going out of state to look at a car. But Scott was honest and helpful over the phone, even holding the car for us until we could get there. I bought a car in spite of the salesmen, Garth, who repeatedly changed the price and what was included. Car said it came with a warranty, and Garth used white-out on a card that they use to keep track of the vehicle to change the price so that he could honor the Internet price, and justify not having to give a warranty. This was in spite of saying that they wouldnt get rid of the warranty, and he waited to bring this tidbit up until I had spent over an hour waiting on paperwork. As the deal progressed, the vibe in the office got progressively weirder and more awkward as well. I should have trusted my gut and walked, but I didnt, and I regret it; I needed a car sooner rather than later, and I do like the model of car. The car hasnt had anything explode in it, but after getting it home and being able to dive into it more, I was able to find a few things their mechanic missed, or ignored. One of these problems is a well known potential issue with the car, and will cause massive issues if left unchecked. Its neither a hard not expensive fix either, its approximately 40 dollars in parts, and 2 hours of labor. If It had progressed, the part would have exploded, and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. This kind of oversight does not speak well of this dealership. If I could take the car back, I would. I wouldnt recommend Gasoline Alley.

So I took the overly priced junker back to the other lot and came back to Gasoline Alley, I am now a proud owner of the 2004 Lincoln Aviator. There was no stress, and everything went so smooth. If you want great cars with a great value you have to come down to Gasoline Alley of Winchester VA. Simply put, it was the best car buying experience Ive ever had.

I contacted Rocky Roach to inquire if they had any Celicas on the lot, and to my pleasant surprise, they did!! The best part is that it only had 69,000 miles and one owner!! Really good experience, worth the 70 mile drive. They had sooo many cars to choose from here. Throughout the process of buying this used Ford Edge, Scott kept us up to date with the information banks and his used car lot were saying.I am very pleased with the friendly service my family and received and I absolutely love my Ford Edge.

We purchased a 2007 Honda Accord Coupe with 36,400 miles from Scott. Was pretty pleased with the deal, I think they could have come down a bit more on the price based on my research, but I was satisfied with the deal. Finding a 10 year old Honda with miles that low is a bit rare. I took it to my personal mechanic for a once over and they could not find any issues, except the tires were dry rotting. Gasoline Alley agreed to put new tires on the car. Scott also found me a very good interest rate for a 10 year old car and we financed about half of the amount. I found Scott to be helpful and no-nonsense, he did exactly what he said he would do.

Rocky recently put me in a RAV 4 and I absolutely love it. He helped me find a lender and was patient with me as I made a decision that was weeks in the making. Ive had experiences at other dealerships that were overly persistent and annoying. With Rocky, I had time to make a decision and wasnt pressured into buying. Im so glad I purchased this car - its immaculate on the inside and out, it drives GREAT, has low miles, and even a new car smell. Gasoline Alley was able to give me a great deal and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

We bought the car 2004 Dodge Durango, and paid more than $7,000, they ask us to get Emissions Inspections, we take to the works shop, the car is not passed, because oil leak, we brought the car back right away, until today is more than 5 days, still not fixed. I will not recommend any one to buy the car from them .

I purchased by car via the Internet. The car by appearance seemed well taken care of. Conversations and answers by the salesman Rocky Roach seemed professional and honest. However, upon seeing the car and putting the sales price down, the tires seemed worse than described. I had to get all the way back to Wisconsin. One tire failed within 250 miles. I had to buy a new set of tires. A repair was done to the vehicle that I had to have redone due to improper installation of the item. That fix cost me another $150 dollars. I generally like the series and type of vehicle that had with low mileage. However, had I driven the vehicle prior to my money into it, I would have taken a pass.

The price was fair, the vehicle is great so far, (and I know that there is always a risk with used vehicles and problems may arise in the future.) and the customer service was superior. I would recommend this dealer to others. Be aware of what you are buying, do your research beforehand, and make sure your promises are in writing.

I purchased a 2004 Mercury Mountaineer after finding it on their website. I went to the dealership and met Mike, our salesman. He showed us the vehicle and it was in great shape with good miles. He was honest about a couple of small issues the vehicle had which were taking care of. The sales process was very easy and Mike was great. About a month after the purchase I felt some engine shaking so I immediately called and spoke to Tim the service manager. I took it in the following day and received a call from him that evening. They looked at it up and down and could find nothing wrong. They even went ahead and changed all the sparks plugs just in case. After picking it up that seemed to take care of the problem and I have no other problems. Thank you!!

HUGE SCAM! I bought an older suburban from them. After I bought it, I was told by someone in the community that is an expert in the car business that Gasoline Alley is notorious for changing mileage on vehicles. I pulled the car fax report that they didnt show me but told me it was clean only to find out that the miles showing on my car and paperwork were much less than the previous owner purchased it with several years earlier. I called the salesman several times and he didnt do anything at all. I was stuck. Ive since talked with a dealership about trading in my Suburban but because of the fraudulent mileage which they could see immediately, a dealership will only give $1500 for it. Gasoline Alley is horribly crooked. This is the first time Ive ever written a negative review in my life. Im not typically vocal but buyers should know know. Please do the right thing and take your business to many of the other ethical dealerships in Winchester.

I bought a 2009 f-150 nice looking truck with low mileage but after buying it took tooth and nail to replace rusted brake pads and rotors. Then after that Tim Oates wanted to charge me for it since it was after the sell but decided to waive it. Then on my way home the front speakers blown so I called and told Tim he said make a list of whats wrong with the truck and bring it in the morning and drop it off Ill take care of it never fixed it. Then next day I called back into the office they put me on hold tim picks up and says hes at home but picked up the office phone.The next day I called about the speakers he told me he could only give me $100 for the speakers and that was the best they could do thats not even enough to buy one speaker. I told them it needs new shocks he said my warranty wouldnt cover it because its only for the engine so now everything has to come out of my pocket. Terrible place they rob you and play you like a fool Tim Oates is not a good salesman unless you want to get screwed over who doesnt know how to take care of customers and will rip you off in a heart beat. I have to give him a star in order to post this but they do not deserve a star at all.

I came to Gasoline Alley to look for a third vehicle. I looked through their website, which was very helpful, and found a 2003 Dodge Dakota with very low miles. I contacted them and spoke to Scott who contacted me immediately to work out the details. I came in the next day with the down payment; test drove the vehicle which was already detailed since I already had a pre-approval. The truck drove nice for an old vehicle, no rattles, noises, or problems. After a few weeks I love the vehicle! Scott and his team where champs on processing the deal quick, with a clean detailed vehicle! I’m definitely coming back when I need a vehicle for my new teen drivers!These guys posting about this dealer lying are unfounded here! These guys where upfront from the beginning, even explain a rubbing noise from the rear of the truck, I have an F-150 that does the same thing, and understood where it was coming from already! They could have hid that, but they were truthful in my book!If anyone needs a vehicle, come by and see Scott! He knows his vehicles, and will work hard to get you in a vehicle! Nice folks providing great service. They were very patient as we worked with our bank which was delaying payment. Never felt rushed or put upon. I was a bit disappointed that they couldnt fix the problem we found on the car as we were driving off the lot but since it was as is I cant really complain, Im happy that they tried.

Just bought a car through Gasoline Alley. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Rocky Roach was our salesman and he was professional and courteous. I will definitely be going through him again.

Car was over priced but was advised the car had low mileage, had a turbo and was well maintained by previous owner. Financed vehicle with them, after one week of driving the vehicle oil was leaking and car was not driving as smoothly. Seems the car which was 13 years old and only had 40k miles on it had a blown turbo. Went back to the sales office to inquire about the warranty they had offered. Come to find out it seems to cover everything EXCEPT a turbo. Negotiated/fought with the owner, and they agreed to cover half as long as they installed it. Doubting the car sales lot would thouroghtly work on the vehicle, I had no other choice. Car lot claims car was repossessed and was bought from an auction, hence the reason it had low mileage. Attempted to trade vehicle in and add existing debt to the new loan. Was advised that the car isnt worth what is left to pay on it and the car lot wouldnt take the car back. Couple days ago I was driving and heard a pop noise and a cloud of smoke arising from under the hood. Had car towed to a garage where it was evaluated and advised it would need a new engine, and made clear the odometer had been tampered with . Worst experience ever with financing a first vehicle.

Absolutely great people and environment! I went there looking at a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Sport but left out of there with a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Absolutely love it!! Steve took my car as a trade and really knocked down the price of my Jeep for me! They even did my tags and taxes right there on the spot! Huge help!! The guy was too pushy I know his name is Scott Riley something like that anyway. I was in there the other day looking for a car he was pushy and rude to my family. I did not like his attitude towards my family at all and on top of that he tried to get me to look at a car that was way out of my price range. I recommend that people in search for a good decent car look elsewhere because this is not a good place at all. If I could give this place no stars or half a star I would but Im stuck with one star.

Garth is a liar...problems from day 1! Manager in back was bad talking about us and we could hear him. It was closing time basically didnt want to deal w us . We left. Day 2. Went back got apology ect so we bought car. Got we owe paper they owed us a oil chance and a detail . Car was filthy. Took car back early morning. Got a call afternoon to pick back up. Car was not detailed at all. Basically looked worse than when dropped off. Salesman Garth telling me right to my face it has as Im showing him all the dirt. Car was never even touched period!! Cant stand a liar !!!!! Hope the car holds up!!! Update!!!!!!! 12/2 2015Was told by Manager Chris to bring the car back they would order part and do the rest of the work!!! Was told today he would not do any of the work until I took down this review!!! Not gonna happen Chris the world needs to know your crooks!!!!Ive also contacted the State Trooper because there is no way that inspection sticker is valid! Along with the DMV! You signed a You owe paper and you will fix this car!!! I dont want any more excuses and lies!!!!
