I brought my three year old in to get some glasses (we already had a prescription from his opthalmologist). It was such a great experience! The gentleman in the optical department was wonderful and so patient with my little guy who can be pretty wild. He went out of his way to help him get a green pair that would hold up to the every day life of a three year old. They also had a larger selection of kids glasses than Ive seen at other places. I think this will definitely be our new go-to place for our kids glasses.

I have been going to Pearle Vision for my glasses for many years. Sara has always assisted me. She is great. I have never had a problem with progressive lenses. She always goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are taken care of.

Sarah is very professional and goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. I literally got my prescription pair in 4 days, I was expecting it to take forever like most other places. I have never had my prescription pair ready in less then a week, these guys are super fast and professional. My advise to anyone looking to get a prescription asap to consult with these guys because itll be ready before you even know it. This review is form a random walk inn, I dont know any employees of this business on a personal basis. Ohh!! and I forgot to mention the gentleman in the green long sleeved shirt, he is very professional as well and the one who called to inform about my glass were ready, funny thing I didnt believe him initially, I was like are you sure those are mine and sure enough, Miracles do happen.

This office has the kindest doctor and staff you will ever meet. My doctor shy child was talked through each step of the process and the staff helped pick out the perfect glasses for him. They will work with you and try to help above and beyond what humans can do in an doctors office. I will never go anywhere else every again!

I took in glasses Id purchased through the VA. I needed to get them fitted (they offer this for free, regardless of where you ordered your glasses).They inspected the glasses and found crazing on one of the lenses and then made several recommendations for a possible restyle.They were extremely knowledgeable and showed me what the problems were with the pair of ordered and wrote down the information for me so I could take them back to the VA.Very helpful and completely professional staff!

After being highly recommended to this business, I stopped in to get my first pair of glasses after leaving my eye doctor. The staff was all friendly and helpful. During the time I was sampling glasses, a customer came in who had broken her glasses and the wonderful lady working went above and beyond to find a quick and reasonable solution as the customer did not have a back up pair. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Employees who care is rare. Will be returning for all my vision needs!

I have been going to glasses places for 30+ years and I have never found a place better than this Pearle Vision in Winchester. The employees are the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and professional (and most helpful) I have ever encountered. Prices are great as well. Highly recommended -- The best eye care in a 300 mile radius!

I spent $575.00 at this place for eye glasses a few years back and another chunk of change for my husbands glasses. Because my readers are now scratched up, I went in to see about getting replacement lenses just for the readers. Frames are fine. They told me Id have to pay $260 just for replacement lenses because my glasses were over 2 years old. What sense does that make?Left and took my frames to Walmart. They said no problem getting lenses replaced and charged me only $39! Talk about a price difference. $260 vs. $39!I will NEVER go to Peale Vision again. Terrible treatment to a customer IMHO. Especially given how much weve paid there over time.

Sarah and Ron were great. They showed excellent team work and excellent customer service. I felt very comfortable while choosing my glasses. They provided guidance and didnt push me to make a decision. I am a happy customer and cannot wait for my next visit.

Few times people surprise me and today was one of those times, an old man attended me, helped me immensely and I have to thank him, thank you for your help, I recommend this place are excellent.

I received poor communication and service after spending in excess of $400. When I questioned what happened I was reprimanded by the employee for suggesting that the store do something to improved the situation. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
