A Phenomenal experience. Ive been getting eye care since I was 6 years old and this is probably one of the best experiences Ive ever had. The Dr explained my eye condition to me in a way no one has ever done so before and it really helped me understand my condition. The staff from the front of the house to the back where amazing and Ill be making sure my family takes our business to this location specifically.

Truly amazing experience. I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my appointment when I believe a partially deaf customer came out, and one of the ladies out front, Tiffany had no hesitation to switch her mask to a clear shield just to help this gentlemen out to read her lips and service him while maintaining covid safety protocols. I then had the experience with Tiffany to be able to also pick out my glasses/check out with her. What an amazing experience. She had a personality that shined for days and gave her honest opinion on glasses I liked, picking out glasses can be overwhelming but she made the experience so funny and personable. Because of this experience, I will be back for years to come and I hope the team they have sticks around.

Dr was so awesome and so was the rest of the staff! I needed so much and was expecting to sirens $500+ on just the essentials, but it was so much less than that! Truly great experience! I dont normally go to the eye Dr every year, but honestly, I am going to start!

After multiple bad experiences at the other location in town I didnt have high expectations for this one but boy was I wrong! Everyone was so nice and pleasant! The eye doctor actually took the time to make sure that I understood everything. I had to bring my three year old and all the staff was so patient and kind to him, that is not always the case at a lot of places so I really appreciated it. They had a nice selection of frames and my glasses were ready in less than two weeks which was amazing because the other location takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks to get anything to you. My husband also had a wonderful experience and they managed to ease my daughters fear of the eye doctor. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Got contacts and glasses. First appointment over 2 months ago. Contacts I got were an irritating material, easy fix, but the wrong prescription. They tried to fix that. Got the glasses a month later, something was wrong, got them sent out again. In the mean time contacts are STILL worng. Glasses come back another month and a half later and are STILL wrong. The person out front, dont know her name, did not listen and wanted me to wear glasses with the wrong prescription for two weeks minimum.

The doctor was fine, but some off the staff were snobby and rude. 1st, they put the lenses on the wrong sides and when I tried on the glasses not only did they not do a fitting, they poo-pood my complaint that I couldnt see, telling me I just needed to get used to the new lenses. I ended up having to make and wait for an appointment, only to find out that the lenses were in wrong. The staff on that day were quite nice and professional, but after waiting another 2 weeks for glasses, the 2 snobby women were there when I went to pick them up, and, once again, they would not fit my glasses. They just made me feel like I was interupting or bothering them. Finally, they never answer the phone. It has been the worst experience I have ever had getting glasses and I do not recommend going to this location.

I had an exam with Dr. Corey Crouch several weeks ago since I was needing new glasses. He is the most caring, personable, and knowledgeable eye doctor I have ever been to! I would highly recommend him! Winchester is so fortunate to have him!

Do not go here! The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I left completely in shock of how rude the Drs were. The Dr also told my child she would be putting something in her eyes that would burn (during her first ever eye exam )then was clearly irritated she was scared.

Worse place I have ever dealt with. Initial appt. DEC.12, NOW FEBRUARY 17. No glass yet had the wrong lens twice. Waiting for 3rdremake of the lens over 2 weeks. No call yet. Thankfully I went to Costco for a second pair... received a call in 3 days. Can see with them 😍 I will definitely go to Costco again!! Will not be going to MyEyeDr. Again!!! One star because it wouldnt post with none.

Today I went in for my first eye exams which was 3 years overdue. Let me start off by saying the entire staff was professional and courteous. I was greeted inside by asking me nicely to replace my mask with one of theirs. I did so but asked if I can step outside to put on the mask 😷 in fear of being contaminated by changing it inside they obliged and let me step outside to change same. I commend them on allowing me this. The wait time was none at all even though I only scheduled the appointment a day prior. The office was clean. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. At no time I felt rushed. I was worried because of the negative reviews. But after going in person and experiencing it myself I didn’t see any reason for a different ratings. In my case my experience was good. They also take the COVID-19 seriously by placing mask and hand sanitizer as you walk in. So to add it up I had a good experience. And yes I recommend this place.

Yea don’t go here... they made me change myMask to one they provide which isn’t even the correct kind checked my temp let me in only had 1 chair left in waiting area which was not 6ft apart sat in the window baking in the sun pulled me back and told me they didn’t write my temp down checked me again it was apparently higher so they made me leave no organization at all

No willingness to help. My husband woke up with a very red, irritated, sore and oozy eyeball, with what looked like a smooshy lump or pouch on the side. Given that its Saturday, I was elated to see this office was open. Emily, at the front desk, was kind and took our request be seen so quickly, to the doctor. He abruptly said no, that he was booked, without even knowing the problem. We are 10 minutes away and could be there quickly to be squeezed in, whenever possible. I believe there is a true difference between doctors who will shave time off of their own schedules to allow a few extra minutes to help someone else and those who require a full lunch break and strictly lock their door at precisely closing time. Maybe its just me, but I would go out of my way to help someone in need, when others have no problem looking the other way. I just wouldnt have expected that from a doctor.

Always very welcoming and friendly. Love they offer a discount for second pair of glasses which also includes sunglasses. My contacts always normally have a rebate which is very easy to submit and receive.We’re people are saying being charged for the prescription I have never ran into that issue and have been told that if I find a lower price just tell them and they will beat it so that way you never have to worry about losing your prescription.

Just had an appointment here today it was the first time I had been to this location and they were absolutely fantastic the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had Dr. Collins for my exam and he was also super friendly and explained everything to me I would reccomend this place and I will be returning for my next exam.

The doctors here are very good. The one I had gave me the most comforting exam. The examination was very accurate and he thoroughly explained the current conditions of my eyes. Its so nice to finally have the perfect prescriptions!

Had a great experience from the beginning. The staff at the front was friendly and welcoming. Visit with the doctor went great and they found me a pair of glasses that I actually liked since I hate wearing glasses and can never get contacts in my eyes. Everyone was very professional and patient with me.

Worst experience ever. I went there for my safety glasses since my work pays for those and they have to be purchased from them. Right on the voucher my job gave me it says all glasses purchased same day are 50% off come to find out they charge my insurance full price and I still paid over $100 out of pocket and I planned on buying 2 pairs but then they wanted close to $400 for 2 pairs and for me to drive and pick them up. I can purchase for the same price they wanted me to pay out of pocket 2 pairs from the company that makes the glasses with lenses and have them shipped to me and not have used my insurance then got 2 more pairs with my insurance. The manager didnt even know if they could take my voucher. I spoke with 2 other stores and was told the voucher was not honored correctly. When I brought this up I was told this is how they do things. I will never use MyEyeDr again for anything Im paying for because they rip people off and dont care about their customers. They just care about people spending their hard earned money for something people need so they have no choice but to buy glasses especially when going somewhere else when your already there is an inconvenience.

First my prescription was incorrect, even after I repeatedly told the doctor I could not see properly. He responded by saying I could come back in to get rechecked. I went back again waited over 30 mins to see another doctor, who was able to give me the proper prescription. When got the text that my prescription was ready, I went to pick up my contacts, they had ordered the incorrect prescription, and only gave me contacts for my left eye. I received the text again that my new prescription is ready, they could only provide me with the left eye again.NEVER GO HERE!

Horrendous customer service!!!!!! Made a Saturday appointment, got there on time, only to be informed that my appointment was cancelled - and that they supposedly called the day prior to cancel. No call logs indicating anyone called to cancel my appointment. Super casual, nonchalant attitude about it as well...pfffffffff

Scheduled the appointment online, filled out all the paperwork, they had everything in order. I walked in, had my eyes checked with a less than 5 minute wait and then picking out glasses and ordering contacts for the year was a breeze! They price matched and gave me the best offer possible. Highly recommend them!

Scam artists. Made my appointment 9 days in advance. Was told theyd call w/any insurance problems. Drove 40 min. to get there only to be told they dont take my insurance. Couldnt call me because they were short staffed. BUT.... they could still see me at a reduce fee! Right.... offered to see if their sister store could see me.... No thanks. Office manager was rude and abrupt. Made me feel I should be more understanding of her employees lack of attendance than me, being self-employed, wasting a half of a day for nothing. Will take my business elsewhere.

This is a great place to get glasses and prescription eye wear. When I arrived they had all of my insurance information ready to go. After brief paperwork I went right in to my eye test with Dr. Larson who also was very nice courteous and professional. Once done with the eye test Deanna helped me find the right frames and worked with me on making sure everything fit perfectly. Deanna was super nice, professional and very good at working with what my insurance would cover and what I would be paying out of pocket. After all of that they also found and printed DMV forms for me to help me get up to speed on DMV with prescription eye wear now handled and finished. I highly recommend this place and as if that was not enough I also got an email from the owner Sue Downes thanking me for the business and making sure everything went well. Yes it was great! This is a place that cares about the customers, provides efficient service and has a great staff of people that like what they do and provide an excellent experience for those they have the opportunity to take care of. Go here when you need glasses or prescription eyewear!

This has been a rough experience with MyEyeDr. I had a long break between 2 clients, and needed an eye exam, so I figured I would see if I could get one done the same day. I live in WV but thought it would be much easier to do everything before or between my work clients. It was great; they were able to get me in 15 minutes later. I was very impressed with them being able to squeeze me in. The exam was great and very professional. Afterwards, they worked with me and my father over the phone (I am under his insurance) and we were able to get 2 lenses for a decent price, and they told me they would text me to tell me when they were ready. I should be getting one text for the sunglasses and one text for the regular glasses.I got a text about a week later (Aug 25) and a couple days after that I got an additional text. I thought, cool, both glasses additional resources done at once. I was wrong. They couldnt find the glasses, which I will admit it was partially my fault because it was under a different last name, but they also spent 15 minutes looking for them before asking me if it could be a different name. They found it, and it was only one pair of lenses. So they went to put them in the frames, and they didnt fit. I am a pretty understanding person, so I let it go. Mistakes happen. I was told it would be another week and that they would put it on a rush order. I got another text (Aug 28) and went back in and they were able to put the lenses in my regular glasses. I got a third text (Sept 5) saying my sunglasses were ready (again) and I went in, gave them first and laSt name, and they couldnt find it. I gave them another last name it could be under and they couldnt find it. Turns out, they messed up my order a second time and have to redo the lenses again, which will be another 5 days they said. They did offer to ship them directly to my house, because I am driving about 45 minutes when I get the texts that my glasses are in. Overall, they did great with the exam, but its been several weeks without sunglasses, which I need perscription glasses due to migraines. I doubt Ill return after this, and wouldnt really recommend them. I understand things happen, but to go several weeks with no glasses is not good.
