What they carried was neat and where it should be, but a lot of things were few and far from being shipped to the store and all stores. We also dont have enough people to help us with what we want because everything is on the ships on the ocean, plus people are not wanting to work. I found that the older generation working can do better in most stores because they have more experience.

This place is really cool. It is not just a craft supply store. It is BIG. It has unique clocks, mirrors decorative hangers. Grab you spouse and check out the center of the store. Also a large selection of unique seasonal items up front. Its a Michaels Plus store. TRY IT ! My husband likes to go there.

New person at register was being trained, both were fabulous. Had to ask for directions within the store and all were very helpful and most all courteous. Thankd

This store has a lot of craft items. Artificial flowers, knitting, painting, models, drawing, kids crafts the list goes on. They also have all kinds of home decoration items. All kinds of themes. Yet they also have a lot of seasonal decorations. The prices are reasonable with items on sale regularly.

Hobby Lobby has a wonderful selection of so many crafting supplies. It doesnt hurt that I have a very close friend that works there as Brenda keeps me up to date on whats going on and whats on sale. I highly recommend the Winchester VA Hobby Lobby.

I was going to buy a few items until I encountered a completely unprofessional, rude and just outright mean employee. I put everything back on the shelf and walked out.

They seem to always have a different sale going on and plenty of coupons to get the best deal. They have a very wide selection of not only hobby/ craft material but also home decor and many random decorative items.

I like hobby lobby, they really have a lot of items that you really can only find that hobby lobby and theyre always getting new stuff. They have a very good amount of art supplies and jewelry making accessories. The staff is very friendly and the place is managed very well.

Love Hibby Lobby always and forever. Everything is easy to find, has items for any project and items for home/outdoor decor. Never disappointed other than not having enough money to buy everything! Lol 🥰

Whats not to love? This store has the cutest house decor with lots of coordinating pieces that are displayed together. The prices are awesome and there is always an online 40% off coupon you can use on regular priced items. They are implementing social distancing and other cleaning and sanitizing standards. Staff are masked and friendly. Do yourself a favor and go here when you have plenty of time to take it all in! A+++ for Hobby Lobby!

I like hobby lobby not much to say

When I come here I always seek out the picture sections. They have such awesome photos like this one. Always makes me smile.I love shopping here for fabric. I swear they have more and better designs than Jo Annes. They also have Kona cotton which I have been using for masks.I would have given them 5 stars. However, longlines makes it hard to do so. They had the staff, just didnt call them until the lines were reaching into the isles of the store.

High price. 50% off sale with a large note of what is 50% off. Why all 50% cant be placed together like other store. Some price were good not many. Need to look for sale.

I love Hobby Lobby so much that I cant even spend just one hour inside the long as I spend was almost three hours why is because I took my time looking and I love it there and every time I go in there I think of other ideas of what to come up with to make for like birthdays or Christmas anyting a lot of times when people ask me they want decorations nice decorations for their home or their bedroom our bathroom anywhere pretty much a part of our house and I always tell them go to Hobby Lobby youll find it there also what I like about Hobby Lobby is that people are very nice they dont judge you and follow you like youre a thief I mean some people I understand they do but the thing is I was in there for almost three hours waiting for my mom and no ones like can I help you why are you still here I mean you got to realize if you were not working there and you go to look around in a very nice store like Hobby Lobby and you would have take your time looking at things and coming up with ideas how can you do that if someones following you or mistreating you and telling you to get out cuz youve been there for hours like I said Ive been there for almost 3 hours and no one mistreated me or told me to get out and I did buy things to thank you Hobby Lobby for being the best store Ive ever been to that doesnt mistreat people or judge people

Last Friday we drove to Winchester for a day of shopping. Hobby Lobby was high on our list and we spent several hours shopping. The store was clean, well stocked, and well staffed. We checked out and headed on our way home. Once arriving I discovered that a metal sign Id purchased for my husband wasnt in my bags. I called the store and asked if they had found the sign at check out or if Id left in in the cart. I was hoping that I might be able to get a refund since we were far enough away that it wouldnt be worth our time to drive back. A staff member got my info and promised to call back shortly. Of course, when I got the call back I had left it in the cart and it had been returned to the shelf. I asked the staff member if it could be mailed to me and Id gladly pay the shipping. Instead, this lovely person offered to mail it to me at no cost! I was so speechless I forgot to get their name! The sign arrived today and my husband is thrilled! Thank you so much to the staff at this store for going out of your way to help! This is the kind of service that keeps customers for life!

Super friendly staff. I always come here first for my crafting needs. They have an awesome selection of most things crafty and they also have lots of cute decor in tons of different themes. I love that they carry dream catcher making supplies because they are getting harder and harder to find at commercial shops.

This place has everything! This store is gigantic. The staff are very friendly. The prices seem to be a little bit pricier than other places but I believe this has the most selection. You can sign up with them online to get decent coupons. There seems to be plenty of parking. You can also make purchases online. This store is so big one could probably get lost in there if they tried. The staff do a great job at keeping everything neat and organized. The items seem to be arranged by themes. The bathrooms were clean. The cashiers were quick and were able to handle the influx of people that checked out when we did to where we hardly had to wait in line.

Massive craft store with just about anything you can think of for the crafting hobby. Lots of decorating and sewing/knitting supplies also. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful with me on determining the correct paints to use for a project. Also had model planes which i havent seen in ages

Its one of my favorite stores. Even though the prices are fairly high, they always have good sales going on. Its always exciting to hunt for a bargain. I would say that the quality of the merchandise is higher than in competitive craft stores.

Hobby Lobby is dangerous for the wallet. This particular location is consistently clean and well stocked, with fairly priced home decor and craft materials. The staff is helpful and friendly. Shelves are loaded rather heavily with Christian religious merchandise, which while inoffensive is definitely not inclusive.

I shop often for seasonal decor as well as craft items. Great selection and helpful associates! I always check for an online coupon as well to use at checkout, usually 20% off of an item. If you cannot find it in the store, or dont want to go, look online for even more selection and fast shipping!

This location is always a bit of a war zone. Employees are helpful usually if you are looking for things. Its a shame they dont support military and teacher families like other craft stores. Joanns Michaels and AC Moore all have military and teacher discounts.
