I went to buy a lawn tractor, but I got the feeling the sales guy wasnt all that interested in helping me. And when I inquired about the 15% discount for first responders he told me paramedics werent considered first responders, just fire fighters and police officers. I didnt really need the discount, but i AM a first responder. The poster hanging on their wall even says EMS. (They should probably take that down.) I kind of had my heart set on a Cub Cadet, but Ill check out the John Deere dealership instead.Two stars because my initial contact was with a very friendly person who pointed me towards Mr. Grouchy.

I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody. My experience consisted of having a company vehicle outfitted for working in the field. I dealt with the salesman John, who is about the most unpleasant person to do business with. I walked in with a high spending limit because of what all I was needing. After it was all said and done I received about a 1/4 of what I needed. After receiving my truck back I was not happy with part of the product that was purchased and installed on my truck. The part was sub par compared to other options in the market and for the premium price that is charged to my company for this, I felt like I should have been given a better option. I will try to settle my dispute with the manufacturer on this part but I will try my best to not have to return to this dealer.

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable employees. clean work place. We purchased our mower from shade equipment and it is awesome.

I did not expect the delivery on my brand new zero turn to be this fast. I knew what I wanted and purchased online, generally could take 3 business days. Within 24 hours I received a phone call saying they could come at any time and were at my house within 45 minutes. Very courteous. Ill give them a try for repairs when necessary.

Took my lawn mower here after it wouldn’t start after the winter. As a young single woman I always worry about getting charged more for these types of things than necessary. They promised to call after 30 mins labor to let me know what it’d cost based on what they found. But they were able to fix it in only 30 mins for $30! Jake in the service dept was very friendly and I was very happy with my experience here.

Place has a bad rap from years back. Ive only had top notch service in the last 5 years or so. Almost always has the parts i need for the brand new tractor or the senior one. Easy finance will get you into a better mower than any box store is gonna sell ya. Id recommend to anyone

I was under the impression Shade was the name of the owner, not the nickname for their dealings. I took a zero turn mower here for gasket repair and it needed a new battery as well. I was told it would take 4-5 days. They asked me if i wanted a new battery while i was there and i said TSC sells them for $30 and i was getting one there. They said theirs were only $35. I said might as well. They called me nearly two weeks later and said Are you planning on picking up your mower? I said i will when im told it is done. They then said sorry they thought they called me. I went to get it and my bill was a bit high. They had charged me $50 for a $35 battery and lied to me about the cost. I asked for my old battery back and they stated it was recycled and there was nothing they could do. It was my first experience there and they flat out lied to me. It now is certainly my last time going there. They did not earn my future business. As for the gasket repair, it was actually pretty good. My advice, get quotes in writing as they will charge what they want after you leave.

Terrible way to handle bussiness shop manager will not call for approval on work done on my mower and sales rep. just throw nunbers for me was over 4k more fpr two new mowers than Mc.Michaels of Warrenton.
